“ordered online and it couldn't have been easier, the website had good pics and descriptions and got a text with the delivery to store date and time for my brake cylinder, ideal. then got a call from the store to say my part was in even earlier than promised so win win all round. well done Halfords! you often get stick but in my opinion you came up trumps!”

“the staff are all very nice at Redhill branch especially the young man called James who helped me choose out car oil and bulbs for my car. Another lovely member of staff called Bradly then fitted them for me in no time at all. Cheap and fast service that i would highly recommend. Brilliant store and knowledgeable staff who are happy and friendly. My daughter also bought a car seat in store and was very happy with the service.”

“Great service..ordered a motorcycle battery late Monday, it arrived before lunch on Wednesday. The price was cheaper than eBay offered and free delivery. Will definitely use again, light speed delivery..brilliant 5* service. Thank you. Best regards James.”

“We visited the Airdrie store today and were lucky to be served by Allison who was very helpful. We needed oil and were completely clueless with regards the process of filling up the oil tank in our diesel car. Allison was friendly, knowledgable and went that extra mile providing excellent customer service.”

“Visited swadlincote Halfords today with my Audi cabriolet as the electric roof wouldn't close & a young man helped us to fasten it manually ,he was an excellent employee & assisted us quickly & very efficiently , my husband and I were very impressed & will use Halfords at swadlincote every time we need assistance with the car again - not sure of his name but very grateful he was there thank you”
