My boyfriend and I were in Santa Fe, NM over the weekend. My boyfriend and I had to take an Uber to the hotel. When we got out of the vehicle, he noticed what looked like a bed bug on his shirt. He says that the driver was courteous, but the car didn't seem especially clean. The driver was an older man with gray hair pulled back in a ponytail.we had to launder everything before we could wear any of our clothes. Disgusting!

I will be using Lyft from now on. I was trying to report a dysfunction / difficulty with the app itself regarding a trip I took from Pearson Airport. Uber had decided the pickup location based on my flight number. My original flight was delayed twice and therefore, my destination terminal changed. Uber did not seem to update the arrival Terminal and I wasn't able to change my pickup location when arriving without canceling the ride all together. I did not want to cancel the ride and penalize the driver because it wasn't his fault, nor mine. I also wasn't sure if I'd have to start all over again and wait longer for another driver. When I called for support, they basically told me I have to do it online and to complain about the driver. It's unbelievable that there's no where to report this. Bye Uber ! Off to your competitors I go.

1 star is to much. Drivers did not want to pick up at Westchester Airport. Charged twice and then drivers cancelled. Guessing I was not going far enough for them. Will never use Uber again. Wasted an hour trying to get a car.

I had a package picked up but never delivered. They were unsympathetic would not refund the cost of the delivery and believed the drivers story. I just had surgery and could not pick up the item myself. The item was 104.00. They said they do not reimburse costs of items or delivery fees.

THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! I literally waited three hours for food that I ordered. On top of that, the main dish from my order was missing!!!! When reaching out to their support team they wouldn't help with anything! Please spare yourself and go to GrubHub or DoorDash!

Ordered Ubereats however driver never arrived at premises. Claims that he did, claims that he called the right person, the person receiving the food recieved no call. CCTV footage outside premises show no delivery driver. Security outside of premises confirms this as well as reception. Called restaurant where food was ordered from, manager confirms it never arrived back as is also protocol. Ubereats is refusing the refund us. UBER SUPPORT IS USELESS

"The driver has 3 air freshener in the car and it's overwhelming so I say I can't handle it and need to open the window and why does he feel it's acceptable when 1/3 people are sensitive to artificial fragrances to have 3 air freshener. The driver immediately started glaring back at me, with no response, and then accelerated to beyond the speed limit, making aggressive unnecessary illegal lane changes more than once per minute despite driving on the same strait road for 10 minutes. I filed a safety concern but all they did was refund me the trip. I told them that driver needs to be removed from the service he violated the law and scared me. They just repeated the statement multiple times that they have refunded the cost of the trip. I will never ride Uber again and you shouldn't either. They allow drivers to violate the road laws and drive unsafely and provide a literally fearful customer experience."

I Order a Canberry Juice and a bottle water and I cancelled the items in a minute since my Co worker gave me a bottle of water. I was charge for the full price. Even though no pick up the order and they were perishable items

Price Gouge with Uber. I didn't know a person would be charged 3x the amount for a reserve Uber. If you aren't a regular uber rider you would not know. Uber you should be ashamed of yourself for charging the older generation that don't use Uber services like that to know.

My brother was supposed to be on his way to Melbourne from fort lauderdale. He was supposed to be on a Greyhound at 6:00 a.m. the Uber driver picked him up and spoke zero english. He started driving in the wrong direction. He could not understand what my brother was saying. After this very frustrating time he wanted the driver to bring him back home because he missed his bus and all the driver could say is speak no english. He missed his bus. He has photos of the driver's license plate and of the ride. I tried calling Uber support. It gave me a number that was in South Africa and it said the wireless customer is not answering. I would have needed to download your app which I have no desire to do after this event to contact someone else. It was too late. He missed his bus. Beyond frustrated. How can you hire drivers that do not speak english?

They don’t exist. They’ll tip toe around any actual answers and I’m pretty certain it’s all just AI robots. Designed with no actual phone numberThey like so many make it impossible to complain.

Well uber claimed I had bad reviews but I found out the last 2 customers I had lied about not getting their food and I proved I had the pictures of their food. Someone said I ate their food when it was a complete lie. The store rushed to put the food in the bag and it was ripped once I picked it up. I asked for a new one but the waiter told me just tape it up because he was on break. I told uber this but they didn't do anything about it. Also their drivers drive recklessly in Indiana and almost cause accidents. I hate uber completely because they never investigate anything. They believe the customers and so I lost a good job🥺

You have turned to be a scam robbing us day lights will really help to remove our details on ur app u delivered my food @ the gate tried explaining yo your diver that she. Needs to look AT THE notes i am on hospital ur driver didnt want to listen to me she did her own thing I want my refund. U are now playing a robbing game but soon the whole world will know

Your cusomer servive for consumers sucks. You tell us to go to the bottom of our screen and click on "account" and we can update our profile. There is no "account" at the bottom of our screen. When I place my food order, I get a drop not notice that the delivery address is far from the restaurant, please change your delivery address. It then drops off and I get my delivery. Do you have my current address fro, when I moved from another state almost years ago? I can't find out. You double bill my account and then say the extra charge is just a hold, and will drop off, but it doesn't. We must call our bank who removes it immediately when they hear the problem is with Uber. I can see why you have a 1.1 rating. Your delliver meals well, you complete rides well, but your customer service especially as it relates to your billing preacties is a joke. How many times does the hold charge not "drop off" but is kept to offset expenses.

Missing food constantly then they just refund the one missing item which doesn't help when you've a child missing food and it's £10 to reorder a £3.50 meal that's a mistake on their part
