First of all I paid a price for a driver being said 4 min away. I get a driver saying they’re 8 min away. Ok I can deal with that. 2 min pass then driver cancels and I get another notification saying my new driver is 10 min away! Driver took the longest 1 min away I’ve ever seen. When she finally gets there she’s on the phone and her car smells of weed! She then presumes to drive in the opposite direction of where I’m headed ( to work by the way) and takes the long route! Omg! Weather it’s Uber/Uber eats, I seem to almost always have some type of issue. I use this service 6-7 days a week almost 2times a day. So you can imagine how upsetting it is when a good chunk of hard earned money is going out!

Never address the issue raised, then close the issue. Terrible service all around, will NEVER use their services again.

Upon finding there was a missing item in my delivery I phoned Uber who told me, after checking details of my account they could not offer a redelivery nor a refund. No explanation as to what that means and every time I try to get hold of someone I get shut down with the same vague response. Disgusting service, unacceptable is an understatement, Uber are thieves!

MY BAD EXPERIENCE IS SIMPLY NOT BEING ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT UBER FOR SUPPORT. I HAVE BEEN USING YOU FOR YEARS AND A RECEIPT IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY RIDES BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION ON YOUR WEBSITE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. NO ONE SHOULD USE A COMPANY THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. i WILL BE SWITCHING TO LYFT.

I did not order food from Uber, but was eating in at Macdonald's Bentley Bridge Wednesfield, I ordered my food at my table and got up to use toilet, I got me food served to my table and Uber worker who was collecting meal, tapped my on my shoulder and asked me if this my wallet he found on the floor, it was and I was so greatful he was so honest, I offered him some money as I was so pleased I had not lost my wallet but he totally refused. His name was "Andrei Lucian Baisan". He deserves recognition for being so honest. Kevin Keane

Uber cancelled my order when the driver was outside my door. I had a gift voucher that I used to place the order. They would not return the credit voucher to my account even after I never got any order. 0/5 customer service. They kept ending my requests for help and you can't even talk to anyone to get your money back.

My driver was just fine. No complaints there. I have a problem with Uber finishing out my trip for me and TAKING a tip automatically without my consent or authorization. I reached out through my app after searching for quite a long time on where and how to contact Uber. I have yet to hear back.

Uber ride U.K. Never again. The driver took twice as long as stated to arrive. Then he drove straight passed me seemingly ignoring my waving. Went down to the lights and turned left and drove off. To add insult Uber charged me half the fare to compensate the driver 😡 You have lost me…….Never again 😡

Delivery from Walmart missing 2 items and no possible way to get help especially after driver claims Delivery complete which is how I ended up here There is no viable support. This has happened twice. Not that Uber cares but I will NEVER use Uber again!!

Uber is asking me to pay for a fictitious trip. I have always paid the fare on completion of trip. They have made a claim for Rs. 492, which I am unable to relate to. This is atrocious.

There has been twice that my card has been charged for the same trip more than once Then it comes back to me insufficient funds Why would you want to charge me 36 dollars for an eighteen dollar trip You all need to fix that They’ll charge one price then add a couple of pennies and charge it again First one says complete second one doesn’t It’s not worth the drama

I am so sick of these delivery companies and their wgas attitudes. Good tips don’t seem to matter nor do express/direct deliveries. Another order screwed up. I order for convenience for my employees and family. I’m done with their convenience, it’s nothing but aggravating

They are the worst, they can solve zero issues. If you lose connection you have to start all over. I talked to support for hours only to get no where, they give you a police form that you can't fill out, the police can't do anything anyways, guarantee these representatives are making next to nothing. Basically tldr, my uber driver sold my phone and told support he shipped it to me. In his defense I did make him angry, so I get it, I tried everything on my end to make it right offered 150 on top of their 20 fee, he could of even asked for more, but he would not talk to me.

Uber Customers Service has no respect for themselves or others. One of their drivers disgusting disrespectful behaviour towards me when i called Customers Service to complain the person i spoke to was very rude impolite and shown no intrest in what i was complaining about. This is the 5th person i spoke to about the same thing and they've all had the same attitude this company staffs and taxi drivers are utterly disgusting so it's a big ZERO

Price gets higher each day and wait time gets longer. Corporate Greed at its finest. This use to be such a great business to use. I am disappointed to say I will not be using or recommending Uber anymore.

Uber charged my account for a ride that I didn’t take and no one was able to help me figure out why I was charged! It honestly sucks. I’ve never had a problem with Uber before and now I’m starting to have one.
