A driver named Andrew scammed me last night. I ordered him for a ride and he asked me for the pin in chat, after i gave it to him he ignored me, blocked my number, and talked as if he picked me up and we were on our way to my destination, as i day here at the pickup point waiting for him. I was charged $68 for a ride i never got. I then read that you shouldn't give the pin to the driver until you're in the car, well thanks for letting me know after the fact, Uber! This driver drives a grey Toyota Camry LIC plate 7NTF635 in the Clairemont area and he's got a 4.95 rating even though he scams his riders. BEWARE of him, Uber will not help you! Akshima this side i am book my ride and fare is 220 and after the end of ride fare is 291 why so...??? When you share actual fare at the time of ride booking so why you not deducted same amount. Ride details mention in trail mail also share some snapshot at the time of ride booking and the time of ride ending Refund my extra amount which is charged by you even my ride not stop any place more than 1 minutes insist of traffic and not changing any route so refund my extra amount otherwise we took necessary step further. Amount 208 at the time of booking Amount 291 at the ride ending Please refund my extra amount which was charged by you otherwise we will take necessary action.

I will never use a company that has an individual in upper management stating he was sad a bullet missed a presidential candidate. Calling for the assassination of a govt figure in America is vile disgusting and beneath what we are supposed to be as Americans. I will never use this company and will actively tell others about what Eric Cartrite posted about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

The worst and most horrible company I ever worked with. I am visiting Jordan from the United States of America and I bought new lines . I tried many times to change my number to the local number I bought but their system not allowing me . I found out the number on their blocked list from previous customers and now they haven’t responded to any of my messages for a week . Horrible service without any response. Awful company all around .

Absolutely terrible. I'm a driver and would request to contact uber through chat, not by phone. Their instructions are absolutely diabolically complicated. Seems they are right, uber doesn't support their drivers. They couldn't care, we're only left faq's and basic instructions that is absolutely unrelated to our problems.

This UBER driver stole my I-phone then dropped it off in Wayne, MI. The Representatives helped him steal it by prolonging my calls and texts.

Uber sucks. There should be a loyalty program without having to pay a monthly fee for good rates. I’m a regular Uber rider and have spent hundreds of dollars in the past 6 months. Shouldn’t we get a discounted and special rate from time to time for raking up all the rides???

i can only say that your customer support teams are your worst enemy. They are the cancer of the company. They know absolute nothing only sabotaging accounts to make drivers unable to drive. to hurt them based on their personal genda. Don’t they really get it that they re hurting their employer so much more??? how can they be thi dump. where you get them from??!

This app sucks. They charge you 80% of cancels and if it was by accident it doesn’t even have an option to reopen it with the same driver. Bad smh

Today I booked a ride for an extended family member. Before booking the trip I had removed my card as the rider was going to pay cash. At the end of the ride, the rider paid the trip fare plus a tip. After the ride has been completed, the trip fare has popped up in my app as unpaid. Trying to reach through the uber app to get it sorted just doesn't work. There is no number to call and the bot certainly is dumb. Overall Uber's support system for riders sucks.
