They are a rip you off company they are all ways charging me twice for my rides!!!! It's unreal!!! And then you can't get a hold of anybody to talk to so nothing gets done!!!! I'm am so passed off right now !!!! I never would use them again if I had a choice!!!! But I'm poor and have no car so I have no choice.

I can't reach out to uber without an uber app. I am trying to reach uber to let them know that I have FRAUDULENT charges on my card and I don't even have an Uber account. I am trying make uber aware somehow people are faking uber rides to people's account that in some way got cyber hacked. And if uber does not address that it is happening or have more intense security for ride requests that everyone who is experiencing or has experienced what I am going through come together and figure what legal action can be done for uber to take the responsibility to have more accuracy ride requests to prevent this from happening.

Drivers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Online payments were introduced not just in Uber, but on a lot of such forums for a reason. Working in corporate, I get reimbursed for office related travels (including travel from home to the office and office to my house), provided i show reciepts of online payments. While very very few drivers understand when I explain this to them, most Uber drivers demand cash and do not accept rides if the payment is made online and not just that, either force me to cancel or create such a ruckus about it and mostly even resort to screaming. Forget company policy, many people would prefer to use their cards as a matter of convenience, but Uber drivers are exceptionally rude and arrogant when they are not told what they want to hear. Moreover, it is not enough that we pay a lot more on Uber than other travel apps, specially for long distances, Uber drivers also think it is okay to demand INR 100 or more extra. Paying extra is not a problem if drivers have the right attitude about it. And all this I face only in India. Never using Uber in India again.

My driver disappeared on me...on purpose it sounds like it...because according to Uber support ...there are no consequences to drivers who drop clients...because the clients get fined and double charged. They have robbed me of nearly R500...and they just go..." the driver says, you were not on time" ...so I told them to look at the messages...to investigate...but NO...they cant be bothered. Its much easier to keep the clients money, then to look into the matter....Bad bad bad service!! So disappointed.

Worst company ever, it charge costumers an absurd amount of money keeping from 90-95% of it while paying its drivers 5%. How the hell a broker that connect restaurants with delivery driver keep most of the money? it should be the other way around. This "company" is well known also for stealing tips from drivers and delivery drivers. i dont know why our government is allowing this scam company to operate. If i could give negative star to Uber i would.

Since 15 days I book auto and all drivers cancel it. Daily I am going late for my work place. Please solve the issue.

terrible, just had a delivery..Hot chocolate was missing, last time the milk was missing. You still pay for it because there is no further way to communicate. This is the worst service ever and no accountability. Another good reason never to tip in advance!!

I cancelled my uber one free trial and they continued to take money from my account. Despite many conversations with them, they continued to take the monthly subscription even when I threatened legal action. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL WITH UBER ONE. THEY ARE CROOKS.

My driver didn't move at all, prefers chat, didn't reply, didn't pick up his phone, I don't know if my money will come back to me or not

Uber drivers are allowed to give you a rating if you don't allow them to abuse their authority. Uber driver was trying to flirt and meddle in my business asking personal questions and just because I let him know it was none of his business and personal I received a bad rating for the ride. Complained to Uber and was ignored.

The driver never showed up and there was no way to contact him to see what happened. We forfeited $700 we had paid for a trip to Victoria, Vancouver on the Victoria Clipper

Yesterday I wanted to try out the uber one membership trial and I accidentally pay for a yearly plan. So I call and live text chat through the app but the costumer service number didn't work it just told me to go through the website. So I call the driver costumer service to get through to their main uber eats service. They lied and told me through chat that I wasn't able to call and talk to someone to get my refund. But after running around the website and like 5 apps because they're also postmates. I was finally able to talk to someone with much better costumer service than the people through live text chat. It was a bad experience until I got to the end. But Sheesh.

Without a doubt, Uber has the WORST customer service, if you can even call it customer service. An Uber driver left my delivery on the side of the road because she could not locate my apartment even though I tried to assist her via text messages. My delivery was prescribed medication. When trying to resolve this issue, I could not find a customer service telephone number and their website was NOT helpful at all. Uber is a terrible business!!!

Literally the worst app ever I was working on this app over 2 years they block my account by mistake and then when I called to find out why my account is blocked they say it was a mistake we will fix the issue and then my account is reactivated after couple months I go online my account is blocked why because they said your account was blocked before when they already reactivated so ridiculous and not satisfied with their customer service absolutely horrible

Yes I complained about an Uber driver who picked us up yesterday morning. He had a rundown car with no air. The seats were leather and had been taped up because they were so bad. He drove slow as a snail. He took different routes than his map was telling him and as a result my daughter missed the bus. She had to come with me to work and I had to pay someone else to get her to school. I complained about it to uber. They gave me 90 cents back as a result. Ninety damn cents. Worse service ever. Plus when they responded back they didn't offer to make it right they just said thank you and we will work to fix problems like these in the future.
