I reached out to Uber Help on the app about a past order. My issue was that a few days prior, I had ordered something from Uber Eats and part of the order was missing. No big deal at the time, I immediately reached out to Uber to let them know and they were to refund me in Uber Cash. Great. For several days I was checking my account to see if the money had shown up and it hadn’t, so I reached out once again to Uber Help to see if I was missing something or if the money was on the way. The Customer Service representative (Tushar) that I spoke to was incredibly rude, did not answer my question, and then proceeded to”hang up” on me via the chat. I then requested more help. A Yogendra opened the chat, then immediately “hung up” on me as well. It was incredibly rude. I have since gone through the receipts and realized that Uber had just not charged me for the item in my final bill as opposed to refunding my account. So it was my error. And had someone explained that to me, I would have understood. All I needed was someone to explain what I was missing. I am a very reasonable person. I was very shocked at how rude both these representatives were.

Terrible customer service. I had an issue being charged for not taking the trip. It took over a week to get hold of me properly.!They didnt reply and call back until I said their CS is terrible.

Waited 5 months (and counting) for a refund for a gift voucher my partner purchased which didn't work. Customer service just give the same copy/paste response that the specialised team is investigating it, but any other company would see it wasn't used, refund it, and then investigate why it didn't work. Why should I wait this long for a refund?

Uber support has been the worst. My account has been on hold since February and they still can not resolve the issue or even provide any information. It’s the run around every single time. They need people who actually know what they are doing

Well, I have been trying to sign up to drive now for about 5/6 days. Had some issues with documentation, the app isn't allowing me to upload so I have tried MULTIPLE times thru chat.....I can't get anyone in the US or anyone who's English is good enough so I can explain wtf is going on, talk about frustrating. Their English is better than my Indian but geezus, one simple thing I am trying to do....resubmit a document....and they tell me (6x now) the document has already been submitted....no sht Sherlock but the document didn't haveball the info (my fault) that's why I want to resubmit......."your documents have already been submitted" ugh....same BS going on a week now.

Awful service! Spent 45min in the center of Madrid waiting for two drivers that never came. The answer of the support team: no fee was charged!

Uber support is one of the worst support ever. Being working for uber as a driver the uber support fails to solve my issue and it took more than a year to just get my background check approved. Lastly Supervisors are so unprofessional and provide false information like one said you have to do 100 deliveries to unlock uberx. Another saying child abuse is not optional and mandatory. You have to upload it right away and don’t get 90 days and one of supervisors saying we can provide access to do uberx despite your background check is under review. What a bunch of clowns you have to deal with. Background check team is one of the major headache they don’t do there job properly. Have a long story but guess uber won’t be doing anything about it.

I was charged 60 euro for a trip that neither me or my daughter made ( we were even both sleeping at the time). It’s not on mine or hers history in the Uber app. They repeated questions I had already answered in full and answered things that wasn’t even relevant then they closed the chat with “we can’t help you further”. They completely and absolutely suck and I have deleted the app.

Uber customer care 📞8590246257 call now. Ola helpline number 8590246257 call now 24*7 available service. My good experience in uber cabs. One time I booked a cab in uber. Some i reason I cancel my plan. Then I call ola helpline they refunded my money within 5minutes.0% fine. Such a good company uber.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life . They don’t care about the drivers who are the backbone of this business . They just care about the % of the money they make on each trip looting the drivers even after the gas prices went soo high . My background check was getting expired and I contacted Uber support 2 weeks before it was getting expired. Customer service told me everything was upto date on my account and I don’t want to do anything from my end . Now it’s 1 week since my account went offline and every single day they tell me they are going to sort this out . Later they told me I have to do my background check again . Uber customer care including the supervisors and managers doesn’t accept the mistakes they do and take an extra step to help the drivers . I was told that triton needs to send me an email to do the background check . After waiting for couple of days I got fed up and I contacted Triton directly and the answer I got from Triton was surprising! Triton never send an email to the drivers and those emails are supposed to be send by Uber to the drivers . Uber customer care blames Triton meanwhile .. It’s sure after seeing other reviews here to confirm uber doesn’t care about the drivers . They don’t care even drivers go offline for weeks without income even after they make mistakes.. when I asked for the income loss I had for 1 week with Uber support teams mistake they where kind enough to provide me $25 as a compensation for my living expense for 1 week . I hope Uber doesn’t go bankrupt after proving the $25 compensation as per the policy they had .

It’s amazing how this company refuses to get involved in customer issues ! I booked a ride and left a bag in the car by accident with keys to my house .I called the driver twice 2 minutes after drop off and my call was ignored . Now after three hours customer service tells me they are unable to reach them. Currently stranded outside my house at 3am and all I get is some generic ass responses . DONE WITH THIS COMPANY

I just wanted to add my uber plus card to multiple devices .So i tried to take help of the support but they said that i can’t do it but THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS says that you can use it on multiple devices. So i let it go and said to order a new card the SUPERVISOR left the line and cut my call they don’t understand what the driver is trying to say .I am offended by this if you guys cannot full full your terms and conditions that is against the policies.I NEED ANSWERS FOR THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

If I could give zero stars I would. Uber charges the most outrageous fees to the restaurant as well as the customer and wants to have no part in the actual service they are part of. Nothing is ever their concern about their process or business model. It may be the worst customer service ever.

I canceled my food delivery due to 2x drivers being rescheduled, due to canceling the trip. After my 3rd reschedule, which was set to arrive around 11pm, I was over it. I tried to get a refund from their janky customer service team via chat, who basically told me no refunds when you cancel. I asked for a manager or supervisor, and they ended the chat. I was out almost $20, like I actually received no service. I can’t even believe Uber is still in business, they are the worst food delivery service ever. The ridesharde hasn’t been to bad, but I canceled membership due to how bad they treat you with the food delivery. I hope they go out of business.

Yesterday I was chatting with Florissa from Uber help I explained that I was charged $9.99 just for opening the app and filling out the form. I wasn’t told that I was creating a new account. I tried to cancel it in the app but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried online and when creating a password it just kept canceling. So finally I tried again and they accused me of being a bot. I found the chat on my phone. I explained to Florissa that I am not a bot I’m a grandma with real boobs and everything and I explained everything. She said I can tell you’re not a bot because you’re so animated and I will refund all your money and cancel your account. I promised her I would leave a google review but I left it here because I can’t find how to leave a review on google. So here’s my review! I’m

They don't speak English. You ask them something they will give you unrelated answer. It's seems like they copy and paste the answer
