Did apply for uber more then a month ago. For some reason my account was marked as duplicated and and I was suspended. Did contact the support about this 4 times and every time was told the same thing. That team of experts will contact with me and fixed for me and it may take them 3-5 days. And guess what they never did. And I was contacting support over and over again…no more business for for me with Uber. Transfering to Lyft

I was robbed by Leeds uber car. They charged me a different price than what was agreed when the booking was made. Uber is a fraudulent business to scam vulnerable customers. I think it's time to write a petition against Uber so that their licence can be revoked.

Uber support has been no help at all. I visited Houston, TX and naturally when I’m in another state, i use Uber if i plan to drink. I lost my wallet no fault of no one but my own. I reported the item lost. They said the driver could not find it. Two weeks later they send me an email stating the driver found it and took it to their Houston Greenlight Hub. One of the options to retrieve my item since at this time i wasn’t in TX anymore was to have it mailed. I immediately paid for a label and sent it to them. Here it is 2 weeks later and I’m following up on the status of the item since my tracking has reported it not being received by the post office yet and I’m now being told that we have to contact the driver again??? So i explain this WHOLE situation to the new support person and they still call the driver. The driver tells her he doesn’t have it. Of course he doesn’t!!!! My issue is no longer with the driver he returned it to the proper place. My issue is with the hub. Once i forwarded the email i received she comes back and says “great news your item is at the hub!” But I’m the one that told you that miss!!!!! Please listen to my concern. Then now tells me the only way i can retrieve it is to pick it up. Why would Uber give me a well written out explanation of how to get it mailed back if i can only pick up? Why don’t you know after i explained to you what was going on how to help me?? At least reach out to The hub?? Then tells me she is disconnecting!!! I will NEVER use Uber again!!!! Nothing but a rip off and VERY UNpROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

Ride toward an expensive future 'Lack of improvements for a big consequence' "We believe you cannot be allowed to choose between being ripped-off by our ever rising fixed prices and left conflicted on whether it's worth the commute when needed. That's why Uber has cheatedly drained the pockets, off even its loyal users and will continue to do so by 2040 (perhaps into the next century, leaving Uber out-rivaled by fast growing rival taxi-ride systems). So far well over 10% of only our London trips are unaffordable! ____________________ Best of Luck Uber, with your non-user-friendly app and inconsiderable service as a whole.

I have been waiting for 3 days for my background check. It still shows as pending and when I call uber support to no avail, all they do is just send an email telling me to wait for a response. I'm deleting my account because it shouldn't take that long. Uber support does not help in any way at all. So, why do you have a support team who doesn't provide? At least someone could get to the issue as to why it's still pending. Lastly, have someone who speaks clear English.

Uber support is a joke my account is being disabled for 8 days and I call every day no one is able to help they transfer me back and forth

I took a trip and made the payment. But it is still showing as pending. I have contacted uber support many times but no help. I cannot book any ride now unless that payment issue is cleared

Uber Support is non-existent, that is the issue. Your drivers are going and there is no one to keep them in check. Clearly, Uber has no interest in continuing their business as I have read a ton of reviews stating the same issues I am having. Goodbye Uber. I will be shutting down my account now. The photo attached to my review is of the driver that left my daughter stranded at her orthodontist appointment. I heard the entire conversation he had with my daughter, as I was on the phone with her.

My order was wrong, the resteraunt asked me to contact Uber so they could refund me. I got 0 support from the Uber support guy. I am not hsppy with the uber experience at all!

I requested to speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant said they would put me on hold so I can speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant lied and said the supervisor cannot rectify my query. I didn't tell the phone consultant my query? I couldn't get a reference number for the phone call either. The phone consultant just transferred the call after I told her that the Google reviews have rated Uber Support with the worst customer service. I'm afraid the reviews are correct. I was transferred multiple times without my query being resolved.

Very poor support, receive very generic, poorly written responses that does not address or solve the issue. Unable to reach representative, communicate is extremely poor.

Uber support is horrible. They've lied several times to me and deactivated my account saying there's fraud on my documents even though all were green. Every time you call support you never get help or you get hung up on. Uber has terrible service and has a lot to work on. When youre an "employee" you get treated like dirt. No good leadership either.

If I could give “ZERO” I would. Uber eats driver support has been the WORST since the beginning. Ive been with two other driver delivery companies never I encountered that many disappointments and issues. Uber employee told be to get my own criminal check and I had to pay for it. So I did. Than I asked where I should be uploading it to another employee and Ive been told that they don’t take third parties criminal record and needed to do the ISB criminal check when I’ll be receiving and email with the link. Following this new information, Ive been trying to make the employee understand that the previous employee gave me false information and made me spent money for nothing and she transferred me and again and again. They just kept saying that they were not the right department to take this matter. I called back another day and they said the same thing until I spoke with payment department that was apparently the right department to deal with, they said I needed to call back when all my documents where approved and that I had completed my background check with ISB. I sent message to support, over and over and kept being told that they cannot refund since it was in their refund policy or some sort. I did not stop there with those stupid answers, kept going and saying I wasn’t ok with this and that they should cover the cost as it was their employee’s fault. They ended up giving me a $25 curiosity payment. I said well thanks but no thanks. I want the full amount. I then said that I will go to higher levels and report them to the business bureau and so on…. Now will see where it goes but, I feel like I got screwed over.

Yes the Uber support people Mr Kildeep K and Manpreet k helped me to resolve a trip which was canceled by a Uber driver and I was charged a particular amount. Now I am happy to get a mail my money will be refunded soon because of them . Thanks you and really appreciate your helping people like me . It’s not really about the money itself I felt like people are able to use me and cheat me on a Uber app which I bearly know how to properly use it . Thank you once again Manju S
