When I booked the cab it was showing 162 but the cab driver asked me to pay 233.68. Worst service.

I had booked a ride in auto from aluva to chin bank but the driver was so rude that I had to cancel the ride and book another ride.. All this happened at 3am in the morning. Very unhappy as there is no source to complain also.

This is flat out stealing. You can check the map that the driver never picked me up. I had a share ride where he picked up someone before he was supposed to come and get me. I recieved notification after he picked up that person that "I" was in route to my destination in harvey. The driver "never" picked me up and why did he start the route to take me to harvey when I was not in the car. If you checking k also I immediately rebooked a ride after canceling to avoid the driver taking the person to my job. Also why would I book another ride after canceling. I have been a loyal Uber rider for years. I also have the gold awards program and this is how you treat the customer.  The driver should not start the route to take me to work in harvey on 3-25-25 when I was not in the car. I should not be punished for that.

Terrible experience with Uber! The app deducts money unfairly, even for cancellations that aren’t my fault. I was charged twice for a trip I didn’t even book, and there was no proper way to get help. Their customer service is useless—no response, no resolution, just frustration. This app used to be reliable, but now it’s all about taking money with no accountability. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!

Uber is a rip off no transport company should be aloud to charge 60-65$ for a 15 min ride from the airport i erased the app

just wanted to update my phone number, and for no reason just said due to irregular activities they were deleting my account. wait... what? I contacted support via chat, and after being on hold for 15 minutes, they answered. I told them the problem. They said they cant talk to be without an email. Before I could respond, they deleted the chat. seriously???

Charged me twice for rides that were not confirmed. Impossible to speak with someone in customer service. Terrible experience! Trying to get help on the app is impossible. It's a scam that they take your money without providing services and then tell you it will take 3-5 business days to refund!

Uber had canceled my UberEats order and notified me of such, stating I would not be charged, but they did charge me. I immediately contacted them and they said I would receive a refund in 3-10 days, but the refund never issued. I reached out again after the 10 days to let them know the refund didn't issue, and they said sorry but they can't fix it. I asked for a supervisor, and they said there is no supervisor level support. UBER CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORTHLESS!!! UBER canceled my order, UBER said I would be refunded, UBER DID NOT ISSUE THE REFUND THEY SAID THEY WOULD!! I provided customer support with screenshots documenting the above. I was charged for an order that they canceled!

Tried to sign up as a driver, I added my passport to ubble instead of my drivers license so they kept telling me I needed to reupload. Waited days for a response and they sent me a link that said I’d already completed it. Generic emails and generally useless support. I’ve deleted my accounts

My last cupple orders with Uber eats was missing items, and not refunding me my money back also the uber drivers show up in different cars then what they have set on the app and look nothing like there profile picture and asking me for more tip money after I tip them fairly well

I ordered from Uber and received some else's order. I used the help facility on the app to let them know. I was told they were reviewing the situation. Then they said they will not be issuing a refund. As there has been suspicious activity on my account. And that the matter is now closed. I will be deleting the app, and contacting my bank to recover the money I spent on food not received. I have both receipts , my original order. And the receipt for the order that was received. And photos.

My family and used an Uber last night to go to an event. The driver was reckless, he was accelerating quickly, speeding abd going through red lights.

The worst experience i have ever had. Applied for Uber Driver and everyone was so unprofessional to a point they had me continuously resubmitting documents which the start issues and ability to go online was never resolved terrible experience for them to be the type of company they supposed to be.

I've had the WORST experience with the customer service specifically. On more than 1 order I've requested a refund since I didn't receive what I had ordered or the items were damaged. I sent photos to make my case and it was refused for to this day, I have NO IDEA! Technically I'm owed almost $50 at this point but apparently nobody can do anything about it. I don't recommend downloading or using this app, it used to be so good and now it's complete trash!

The uber driver kevin was rude and disrespectful. He called my child a B* even after I tried to explain to him she is not intentionally slamming his car door. She was just trying to close it. He was rude and disrespectful while I was trying to explain to him. He is in the wrong profession with his disrespectful attitude and behavior. When my child got out the car he called her a B* and I barely made it out the car before he drove off speeding down my street. There are a lot of kids that live on my street with no sidewalk. He could have easily hit someone. He was irresponsible and reckless.
