WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Uber has lost me as a customer!

Can i go lower? Can I give them a zero? This is the worst service line ever. There is nothing they can do for you. I've called in with issues and they have no solutions. There is no direct cummunication between departments. For example, the CS department is an island, they can't contact the record or documents department. So unless it is the simplest of issues, ie. something you figure out yourself anyways while waiting on hold, they are useless.

Uber customer support=No support at all. Firstly, specially in Canada, they have very few offices to visit in person. Secondly, their phone support is terrible- they can't understand the issue nor speak any English properly. If your blood pressure is low, call them, I am sure your BP will go high with frustration. I have never seen such terrible and disgusting support. Uber is very stingy on spending money. We have seen in the past that they were not spending enough money on Cyber Security and got compromised. Then they opened CyberSecurity jobs immediately. Same thing they are doing on Customer support. They never support drivers. If you are a driver, Consider you are none for them. We need better company. Hopefully in future, a competitor evolves. Then I am sure 80% of the drivers would switch to that. I have never seen a driver fully happy with Uber, just because of the account issues. If your account have issues, pray God that it is activated soon because Uber support would never tell you what is the issue.

I don’t understand how it is acceptable to have people on customer support who can barely talk or understand English. It makes it very frustrating to communicate and to get the help and support needed.

Absolutely no use sending a review on a poor experience. All you will get is a note. No accountability. I am allergic to cigarettes and the particular matter that clings to material. My ride in the last Uber was filled with just such smells and worse, a cheap air freshener trying to mask it. I had to hang my head out window just to breathe. It was a blessing the ride was short. Yet my voice was lost for the better part of the night and my breathing was labored. The support team at under took no responsibility. They do not seem to think it is important for their clients to ride in a smoke free environment!!!

I had a customer that was so drunk he spit on me and then when he got out he killed the side of my car and left the scratch that was about a foot long well I contacted Uber support I gave them an estimate I gave them pictures and they treated me as if I did something wrong and then never paid me for it f*** this company

So I scheduled a ride 3 days ahead of time to take me from home to the hospital for an urgent appointment. Everything is scheduled, although the app is terrible and useless the big issue is my credit card gets charged 2 days before the date, oh well seems odd but it is what it is... here's the best part ---ready.......5 minutes after my scheduled pickup I get a message from Uber saying no drivers available to pick you up. What a SCAM Uber...never again will I even try to use Uber.

They are hopeless!! Thr driver still has my wallet and they won't even contact them! Fire them all, re-employ more competant staff andput new processes in!!!

Uber driver support is useless. Transfer you around the world to tell you there is nothing they can do. The people that work for them barely understand what you are saying and just read in broken English off of a script. Don't bother calling its a waste of time. Lyft is a better option for customers and drivers of ride share

Uber Driver has been one of the most disappointing experiences for me. It doesn't matter how hard you want to work here, or how long you want to drive, the opportunities are not that great and the pay isn't nearly enough to survive in this area. When I had issues with the app (and there were many) the support is outsourced and you are put on hold and transferred a lot. I counted 4 times I called and each time the person put me on hold over and over. If I could share the chat thread and how little anyone did to fix the issue, you'd never want to sign up. Please run the other way from this service and pick something like DoorDash or Instacart. I wish I had never signed on here, what a complete waste of time. They are a completely outsourced and disorganized business, and what you see is what you get.

for a trajectory of 15& they charged me 58$!!! At the time of ordering it, I put 40 and the next day 57! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

If I could give a zero I would its just a bunch of people who just keep transferring you when they can't help i ask for a supervisor and got transferred 5 times straight after i begged to not transfer me just horrible and I like uber but they gone mess up business

Customer service are usless with all means. They have no clue what they doing. I called because I had problem with the App and got trasfered eight times, at the end they told me sorry we can't help you. Where is the quality control? they don't even check the calls. I've been doing Uber for almost 5 years with 17000 rides, only called 5 times and always not helpful and disapointing.

I had a crazy bogus charge on my uber eats order, then they forgot one of our items. I didn't even complain about the missing food, just the extra $11.00 adjustment charge!! This extra charge was not part of the total when I paid!! I never would have paid for that!!! Uber flat out refuses to help me, and sends the same generic message every time......it's no wonder Uber ratings are crashing! I'm done with Uber, and so are all my friends and family!! And I work at a large hospital, I will definitely spread the word!! Such a shame in this economy when people are struggling to get RIPPED OFF!!! See pics below...you will see it says UPDATED receipt.....ya, updated after I thought I was paying the $57.95 as it says on the bottom of reciept!!!!

Uber hires the drivers are convicted felons. I know because I got a ride with Uber also l y f t they do the same thing this is not a statement it is a fact Kenneth walk is a convicted felon of 8 years. And he worked for Uber and l y f t company.com to these people are sent to private residents they're putting citizens lives in danger and risk.

None of the workers in either department even the managers are of any help they just read whatever script pertaining to you issue and they can care less after that they literally don't have a care in the world and will be happy to transfer you to any other department of they don't want to deal with you their attitudes stink their professionalism they have none all around the customer service really just sucks it really makes Uber look bad if you ask me.

Wow just wow 12 hours got nowhere, fraudulent transactions on my account still not resolved can't speak with anyone, generated responses online and twitter. Had to cancel my card. Still no response absolutely shocking my account will be deleted never using uber ever and all screenshot of shocking support will be put on media.

Dear Sir / Madam, I booked an uber cab for one of my friends for going to Airport - terminal 2 at Mumbai on the morning of 28/01/2023. On reaching the destination, my friend made the payment in cash to the driver. I had received a request for payment through UPI since I had registered mode payment through UPI; which I did not approve, since I knew friend will pay in cash to the driver. While booking the cab estimated fare was shown around Rs.500/=. I was told by my friend the driver showed the app with Rs.603/= as the fare and they paid Rs.620/= (Rs.17/= as tip to the driver). The App continue to show as “payment Failed” Amount as Rs.479.39. After some time I wrote to Uber support stating the above facts and requested them to check and let me know whether payment was received by the driver in cash. I gave the details as required by the uber support team and now they are asking me to pay Rs.129.39 and showing the amount as outstanding and informing me that I am required to clear this amount before booking another trip with them. These questions raised by me remains unanswered. 1. How was the amount of Rs.129.39 outstanding is arrived at. 2. Whether fare determined as Rs.732.39 (603 paid in cash Plus outstanding of Rs.129.39 and the details for that. Having failed to get any reply for these 2 questions, I asked the Uber Support team let me know the appellate authority with whom I can take up the matter. Even that request is not heeded. It appears that they have decided not to reply me. It appears to be an attitude of “DON’T CARE”
