I am not able to think of any company in my experience that has worse support than Uber. One Star is too high a rating. This is not based on only one incident with Uber, but extends over more than five years.

I was charged four times for only taking two requested rides. I showed proof to the support. They were no help. They try to say that it was an authorization hold from my bank and so my bank said that they already released the money and that it was Uber.

Uber drivers keep canceling on me and if I cancel I get charged a fee I will be using Lyfte from now on uber drivers are lazy.

Uber offers no human support only AI robots that do not resolve your issue they don’t even respond to your issue their response has nothing to do with what you asked. Every time I do a grocery order they screw something up and I end up paying for items I didn’t ask for and can’t use bc their support system is nothing but robots soo frustrating Uber support needs to hire actual humans in order to call it support bc what it is is useless They deserve a negative rating

Uber in liverpool Sydney! Are horrible! We ordered food 2 weeks ago! I gave them a bad review because my food was missing/stone cold/ opened! Ever since that the drivers keep cancelling on us! And the ones we do get! Are so rude! And nasty! They don't care! With saying that! Uber made it so the driver has multiple stops along the way! Which is VERY unethical! As food can spoil! DO NOT GO WITH UBER!

I can tell you they are STILL stealing tips from drivers. It happened to me recently. They changed a $38 tip to $26 two days later. Then they took $5 of the lowered tip to pay the base fare in the statement. Leaving me with a $21 tip and myself paying my own base rate. I have proof and puctures backing up everything, and have contacted them a dozen times. All I get is scripted generic responses about how the customer can change the tip at any time and apparently as many times as they wish. Also, their proof is their own doctored statement with the altered tip amount. They absolutely are ignoring and refusing my MULTIPLE requests to speak with upper management and it ended up giving me a negative balance of $17 which they took from my next trips. So a billion dollar company thinks it's ok to steal $30 from good drivers that they would not exist without. Pathetic. By the way, that base pay was for STACKED Walmart orders with over 40 miles of driving. It's literally highway robbery. The ONLY reason I take these requests is because of the TIPS and promotion bonus and they turn around and steal it right back. Also I know the customer and they did not alter any tip amounts. Uber won't listen, so I hope their customers are seeing this and do something about it. Maybe it's time for another class action lawsuit because it seems the lesson was not learned.

Uber has gone downhill. You’re better off with DoorDash. Uber doesn’t care about their customers all their high priced overrated and don’t care if you get your order or not they won’t even give a refund when they know the order was completely wrong. We got a tuna club with no bacon. It was just like a tuna sandwich that I would’ve made in my own kitchen. It was horrible and they wouldn’t even refund the order and this isn’t the first time we’ve had several other incidents where our coffees were spilled all over the bag and they refuse to refund missing items and etc., etc. terrible service.

Uber charged me for a ride the driver never showed for. I asked for a refund but uber says I’ve had to many adjustments on my account. Uber keeps ride history for 7 yrs. Out of 7 yrs it shows 2 trips one that never showed and the second I reserved from the no show.

It has become so untrustworthy. Be it prebooking or booking for immediate onboarding, the cancellation is so frequent that we cannot trust the booking. We always have to find alternate options ready with Uber or Ola. While there are few good drivers, you cannot trust them if you have to reach either airport or an interview on time.

Why do your drivers accept a ride then half way they cancel don't accept it. I'm just going to the store 2nite but I've been late 2 work because of y'all because canceling and I tip pretty good

Uber is very unprofessional and will take your earned money every chance they get without speaking to you or the rider.They make their decisions based on the satellite not real life events.

I placed a delivery order for food. I never received one of the most expensive items on my order, the main reason I ordered in the first place. Uber refused to help in a way. No refund no credit nothing. I called the store I ordered from and they told me my food was still sitting there. Also told uber what the store had said. I’m very irritated they never resolve any issues for customers and you can’t even contact them over the phone. I’m done with UBER

Uber support is the worst. First, they don't have phone numbers that are active for you to get help on an issue with their service. When you do finally get ahold of someone, it's not in the U.S. and they do not want to assist. Customer service is supposed to be just that and you get anything but. Obviously Uber doesn't care about its customers or its employees giving you less than sub-par service. They do everything they can not to help you.

When it comes to your driver picking up an item, to deliver they are horrible. Cancel after cancellation after cancellation before the item is picked up. Makes my day even longer and harder.

Very poor the worst app I have used riders are not coming after asking for 5 min and it took 46 min to confirm my ride so I cancelled very very bad app never going to use that app again
