Usually drivers nearby don't pick up the ride. If any one of them pick they usually cancel the ride after making us wait for 6-10 min.

i requested an invoice for my business expense, which supposed to work on the app feature, but doesn't work for one particular order, they kept resending me "receipt" instead of "invoice" , and think i am dumb. the worst customer service experience ever, when they can't resolve your issue, they just either end the chat or hung up on you , and the next agent would tell you the same thing. absolutely terrible service.

Uber no longer receives phone calls. They've disconnected their phone. The recording says there will be a link sent with the new number ten hangs up. There's no link or number. I don't have a drive option in my preferences and I've chatted with half a dozen chatters who can't get the job done. Horrible!!!!

Zero stars if available. Charged 2x for a single trip. It has happened before. When asked for a refund, they chatted with me that I was CONFUSED. I cannot be confused about being charged twice. I have proof through my bank. Uber will not refund this issue. If lyft was widely available in wichita falls texas, I would never uber again.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance. All was confirmed and payment arranged. Then at the appointed time I get notified that there is no driver. I found another way to town then found out my return ride was also cancelled. They shouldn't accept reservations in areas where service is poor.

Main Uber ko ek trusted aur customer help support wali service maanta tha, lekin jab maine help maangi ki mera saman Uber wale vehicle mein chhoot gaya hai, use wapas karwa do, to koi response hi nahi aaya. Ab aap hi batao, koi kaise is app pe trust kare? Main ek hafte se wait kar raha hoon, lekin ab tak koi reply nahi aaya. Agar aur kuch karna pade to woh bhi bata do.

I didn't get paid for a ride and customer support just kept sending me through people that couldn't help me. Basically they told me I'm doing this for fun and not for pay.

I was charged cancelation fees for 3 rides due to an operational issue on Ubers end. The drivers went to a different stop, and the pickup notes state that the pickup would be in front of the hotel. Uber claims they approved a refund, but I have not received anything. Over 2 weeks later. I unfortunately will have to take further action to recoup the funds. Very unethical and poor business practices.

I was charged today for a subscription I never signed up for – Uber One, £4.99. When I contacted customer support, they sent me a message saying I won’t receive my money back for 3 to 5 days. This has left me without money to buy food. I am a vulnerable person with cancer, and Uber is just trying to take advantage of vulnerable people.

The support uber provides for customers is really less than a one. The payment system would not connect my vouchers - worked 50% of the time. I personally paid for the others. When I tried to get uber to correct t their system error. You could not connect with anyone. It’s awful. Clearly they don’t care!

The call center employees are polite but unable to do anything to really take care of valid issues (such as valuable lost/stolen items) with their drivers. I've been tracking an Uber driver all morning who we will consider a thief. If you are unable to help the riders who pay the fares, there's little point in using the service.

For the past two months, I’ve been unable to book rides due to a technical issue in the Uber app, and despite raising multiple complaints, the problem is still not resolved. What’s worse is that Uber’s customer service is absolutely pathetic — all I’ve received are copy-paste replies and empty promises. No one bothers to follow up or provide an actual solution. Every time, they claim it’s “being looked into” — and then silence. I used to depend on Uber daily for my office travel, and this technical failure has seriously impacted my routine. But Uber doesn’t seem to care. Their lack of urgency and accountability is shocking for a company of this size. If this is how they treat loyal users, then Uber is clearly not the reliable service it used to be. I’m writing this review so others are aware — if the app fails, don’t expect any real help. You're on your own. Uber, it’s high time you fix your system and stop taking customers for granted.

They charged me for Uber One when I didn't even use it properly and now have blocked me from further using Uber till I clear my charges for a service I never used. Fraudulent charges applied should never be tolerated big these companies can threaten customers like myself.

Very bad service. My order is over 40 min late and all they can recommend is a free cancellation with no meal or a $4 credit. Yeah definitely not. Was talking to Diwanshu Singh and he just ended the chat when he didn’t want to talk anymore or find other solutions

Uber Canada, where is my bag? I don’t usually post, and I tend to keep to myself on social platforms. However, this experience has compelled me to speak up—not to seek a new opportunity, but to highlight an issue with Uber Canada’s customer service. I recently visited Winnipeg, Canada, to attend a relative’s 40th birthday celebration. After the event, my cousin kindly arranged an Uber ride for me, my daughter, and two of our relatives’ children. We had quite a group and needed to get home safely. At the time, I was managing a cranky 19-month-old, along with my purse, phone, diaper bag, and a change of shoes. Shortly after the trip ended, I realized I had left my micro handbag in the vehicle. I immediately asked my cousin to contact Uber through the app, which stated I would receive a response within 24 hours. This is not the first time I have accidentally left something behind in an Uber (London, UK to be precise). In fact, I have always had confidence in the platform’s ability to assist in retrieving lost items. However, 48 hours passed without a response. I then turned to Twitter (now X), tagging @uber_support. To their credit, I received a prompt reply requesting my email address and phone number so they could follow up on the complaint. I was informed that the driver had been contacted. I followed up again the next day and the day after, only to receive the same generic response and a promise that I would hear back within 48 hours. Still, no one contacted my cousin. Eventually, after public comments on Twitter, Uber responded on the app to acknowledge that they had received all my messages and would follow up. Yet here I am, ten days later, with no email, no phone call, and no resolution. The bag is still missing. It is deeply disappointing that such an experience could occur in a country known for its standards and on a platform that prides itself on transparency and service. It is disheartening to see that Uber Canada appears to place more value on operational efficiency than on delivering meaningful customer support. I am asking—once again—where is my bag? I have exercised an extraordinary amount of patience, and it is time for answers.
