Uber support is atrocious. I cannot think of a worse customer support service for any company anywhere. Two recent issues: (1) Had more than $200 in uber cash in my account, but was unable to buy anything on uber eats or take a ride. The default answer, time after time after time, was that there was a credit card issue. After about two months, someone finally realized that, for some reason, Uber had frozen my uber cash balance, and unfreezing it resolved the issue. It's insane the level of incompetence that it took almost two months to get it resolved. (2) I disabled the requirement of needing a PIN for a ride. Yet every time I take a ride it still provides me with and requires me to give the driver a PIN. Response three times from Uber to date has been to explain what the PIN is, ignoring the fact that I've provided them screenshots showing that the PIN functionality is off and yet I still get PINs. Still unresolved.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Uber experience. I lost my phone during a ride, and when I contacted the driver, he falsely denied having it. After a full day of trying to resolve this, the driver finally returned my phone, but not before demanding an additional $20 for "gas money." To top it off, I was charged an unreasonable $200 fare for the trip. This situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I feel mistreated by both the driver and Uber. I expect better service and will be reconsidering using Uber in the future unless this issue is addressed.

As a driver for uber I can honestly say that uber support is pointless and a joke. All responses are scripted and you can NEVER get a resolution because they can NEVER help you with your issue. They can NEVER see anything on their end which makes no sense when talking about a billion dollar company. How can you not know what’s going on within your app. They are outsourcing these jobs and paying those people for no reason at all because they cannot help you. What’s the point? SOMEBODY PLEASE MAKE AN APP WITH AMERICAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITHOUT SCRIPTED RESPONSES AND NO RESOLUTIONS!!!

UBER is a joke. I ordered UBER eats I get a notification my food is here so I go to my front door and it’s not here. So I call the driver the first time he answered then he hangs up on me. I call him back a couple times and he just forwards my calls. I try to get ahold of UBER but of course their customer service is non existent. Like what a joke. This is the last time I’m ever using uber lol

If u plan to schedule a ride it will cost you 25% to 30% extra . Yesterday night I booked a cab from Faridabad sector 21A to T3 airport this cost me for INR 800 and when I was just checking in the morning at 6 am the price was INR 600. SO always book the ride instantly instead of scheduling it.

Booked multiple rides today morning. The driver allocated automatically kept changing or the Driver did not move or if the Driver was moving the time kept changing. Waited 20 mins in the morning. Unable to not go to work on time. Took a cab from another company to get to work. Really really disappointed. Will not use Iber again and will make my family doesn’t use Uber either in the future.

The app glitches and took me to the wrong location and then charged me $20 to go 1 mile to the correct location. The support is nonexistent. Either a phone call that hangs up on you telling you to take the app and then an app that doesn’t understand the issue. I will never ever use Uber again.

As of late y’all raising prices for a trip, on top of that you have us waiting 15 to 23 minutes now. Your services are getting bad. Your prices are getting higher and I use your every day and I’m changing about not using your anymore due to the pricing and your long waits for pick up.

Uber support is total garbage, it's very difficult to get support for certain issues, when you do speak with someone, very rarely are they any help at all. Drivers gets shorted on trip pay regularly, the app takes you on horrible routes costing time, gas and low pay and rarely will uber correct this.

I had a terrible experience with Uber on the night between Friday, February 21, and Saturday, February 22. The price shown at the booking was completely different from what I was actually charged. First ride: Estimated €18.20, charged €25.20 Second ride: Estimated €18.20, charged €37.00 Third ride: Estimated €11.20, charged €23.10 Total estimated: €47.60 Total charged: €85.30 ❌ That’s an overcharge of €37.70! On top of that, my credit card was pre-authorized multiple times. I have tried reaching out to Uber’s customer service, but there is no way to get in touch with an actual person for a refund request. It’s completely unacceptable to display one price and then charge almost double after the ride. If Uber wants to charge higher fares, they should show an accurate estimate upfront instead of misleading customers. I have been using Uber for years, but this experience has made me lose trust in the platform. Be very careful when booking—what you see may not be what you actually pay.

It has been a month and countless emails of me trying to get support from uber support and nothing has been fixed. I continue to get the same useless responses and promises that are never filled by the support staff. It is as if they don’t even bother to read what the issue is at all. 1 month and not one thing has been done to help my issue. I can not change my legal name on my account, I am not suppose to have a driver account at all ( I am a rider only). I can not change my payment method so that outstanding tips can be paid as the account is not in my legal name. I can’t change my name until the tips are cleared. Support keeps telling me to do these things I can’t do because of uber‘s system. And the app tells me I have to have support change my name which they will not do. Support is now telling me they can’t void the tips they said they would void a month ago because it has been over a month. And that they can not send my info to an escalation team until I fix the issues I can’t fix without uber support. It has taken them over a month to do nothing but make me upset and frustrated. I have left a very poor review with the Better Business Bureau as well. It is as if Uber support is trying to not help and not read the issues that I am bringing up.

disabled my account for no reason, even after reaching out to the support team so i can book rides and order food, still they refuse to allow me access to these features. It is a brand new account, with my new email and phone number, as i received a gift card I wanted to use.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Scheduled a ride for pick up at 6:50am the driver did not show until 7:24am. I requested a partial refund since it did also make me late to work. They refunded me $1 . It’s a joke and why have a reservation option on there if it’s not going to be for the time you reserve. I will be only using Lyft from here forward.
