Terrible customer service. I did not receive my order at all and they just said someone will email me sometime later but they don’t know when and hung up.

Your customer service is the worst. You take a customer money quick but you have a problem with refunding the money back. Your drivers are excellent but your customer service makes me want to switch to Lyft

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Uber Eats. I ordered several items, but for some reason, the system charged me for two of each item instead of just one. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, they told me that they would not refund me for the extra items I had ordered by mistake. I was shocked by the lack of responsibility and poor customer service. It’s disappointing that they are unwilling to correct an issue caused by their system. I won’t be using Uber Eats again.

There is a reason Uber customer support has 1 star. Because they didn’t allow us to give ZERO. They are trash. I’ve been going back and forth with them over something being pending for a YEAR. And everytime they claim to have fixed it all in less than a minute and rush out of the conversation.

We ordered food they came to the house but never left the food they pulled right off. They didn’t take a pic or anything but said we got the food, my kids were starving and I spent over $60 on dinner that we never got and that the driver ate! Uber wasn’t helpful at all they didn’t care! I’m done never using them again don’t let this happen to you

I reserved a ride to work. The gentleman who picked me up, his name is Kendall. He was on time. He greeted me with a smile. I was so beyond grateful that I made it to work. I didn't have to call out with no ride. Kendall was my hero. I owe him a big thank you. He made my first impression of Uber a company I could count and rely on. I want to tell him how grateful I am to him. I could tell he is a hard worker and I hope life treats him kind thank you Kendall

Firstly, the app stopped showing the fare rate for a few days now. Secondly, today, it showed my trip is still active even though it ended around 8:30am (now it's 5:02pm). I am not able to make anoter trip. Lastly, it is impossible to get help when you need it! I tried using the chat bot hoping I will be able to get help that way, since there was no other option. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I couldn’t get any help at all. The bit simply told me that the fee I was charged was the same as the estimated fee even though it was more than $10 over that cost. 3 toll roads were used without asking what I wanted and I was unable get any redress. This has been happing very frequently over the past 10 days. I couldn’t access the messages in a way which allowed me the opportunity to share my experience with Uber.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received. I got two responses that had nothing to do with my actual complaint, and one of them even included the wrong name—making it clear that my issue wasn’t properly read or addressed. To make matters worse, the second response was just a copy of the first one. This kind of support feels careless and unhelpful.

How are you going to charge 91 dollars for a ride and only pay the uber driver 35 dollars. The uber driver even told me how completely unfair this is.

'Uber minutes' are like 3-4 x real minutes. The app messaging states oh just a few minutes away, which is often rubbish. A driver allegedly 3 min away just took 20, at 11.30pn in Huddersfield. This app does not respect your safety.

Im still waiting for a ride at 4:30am and i need a ride to get to work on time but uber isnt making it easy tryinng to get to my truck . Now showing no available drivers in a highly populated area

Uber has started to overcharge and on top of that they have started asking for tips and when matter reported to grievance team they are rude

Dear uber I'm sindhu by my google account u can check that i m a regular user of your app since 2-3 years, my concern is wherever I book uber premium which is a lot costlier than any other variant in your app the car I get is swift dezire and this has happened almost 10 out of 10 times and cars are also not in great condition . After paying more than double amount of money if you provide this kind of service it is not justifiable. Kindly include real premium cars with good condition

Criminal. After waiting for 3 hours my order was marked as delivered. Except it wasn't. I spent hours arguing for refund and being told I wasn't eligible. I eventually got a partial refund. For the food. Apparently they think they get to keep the drivers tip for the order he didn't deliver. I'm never using Uber again
