Jesus Christ do you hire your drives from the cesspool of bottom feeders? How do you allow your drivers to accept a deliver that’s half way across the city? The imbecile was in Academy area and took an order to be picked up from Archibald and brought to St B area. The DAFT and BLIND driver then didn’t bother to check to make sure he had everything and left behind a 50 box of Tim bits. This is your three ring circus terrible service you offer? Obviously any bottom feeder will be hired with no restrictions. Forking ridiculous the order was placed around 7:45pm and didn’t get here until 8:19 to start with, not doing a very simple job correctly is ludicrous.

Horrible customer service. Keeps bad service from improving. Cheats customer. Booked a ride yesterday. Easy address, Broadway, NYC. Said driver arrived. He did not. Called driver & he kept saying, in poor English, he was now coming. He did not. After 10 min of this ridiculousness, hailed a yellow cab. Cancelled before that but he kept engaging. Wrote message on app “driver didn’t show. Do not charge fee” I was charged $9.04. I had to use their poor customer service feature to refute charge & got an immediate 12.00 credit - to USE on 2 FUTURE UBER RIDES! Within 6 days! The message was that it was my fault but since I’m a good customer they’re giving me this ‘courtesy’ credit. You cannot give good service to HUMANS without access to HUMAN COMMUNICATIONS. Uber sucks!

Uber is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. The customer reps are extremely rude and threaten you with account closures if you dispute a fare. Over and above that they lie outright. I was overcharged fare for no fault of mine. The road was closed and it should have been picked up by them. The car had to take a detour of 2 miles for which they increased my fare from £35 to £59 - which was exhorbitant. When I challenged the fare I was told that it could not be changed. When I insisted- they threatened me that my account will be closed as I have been made multiple refund requests on legitimate rides which is an outright lie. In my several years of using UBER I have requested for refund only 2-3 times. Terrible company and appalling customer service. They should be banned in UK

Bad Bad Bad company! Steels money and charges 3 to 4 times for same ride same time! And will not respond to my email if completed! I always regret using Uber, I'd rather use Lyft! I always do use Lyft but sometimes Lyft is not available for the reason of location or availability! Uber👎👎👎👎 ☺️ Uber Stinks!

service is good. but sometimes the driver talk so rudely and also nowadays uber is charging extra fare. the fare in which we have booked and the fare we pay on the stop it's very high. I booked a cab from jasola to lajpat in almost 270₹ but at the end of the trip I had paid almost 350₹ which is very higher than I have booked my cab for.

DISCRIMINATION AT UBER RIDER SIGN UP!! have recently tried to join uber rider job and have experienced the highest level of discrimination there is I have uploaded identification valid in the United kingdom only to find out if your British you dont get a job without a driving license or a passport if your applying to ride bicycle I have uploaded my Yoti British citizen card several times it was rejected so I updated to the standards they was asking and it still got rejected I was also asked whilst sending my British identification if I had a right to work in the uk or proof for that matter as if the United kingdom citizenship card wasn't proof already this is highest form of discrimination you can get that's disgusting uber shame on you

My cousin Aunt and Uncle were at a concert in Waco, Texas. We all tried multiple times to get a ride and money was taken out of accounts multiple times, but a driver never showed up. I do not believe that if there are no drivers available, you should be able to place a ride request. I tried for an hour and a half to get a ride and nothing.

Had a driver who accepted our ride and then decided after we got in that it’s too far and kicked us out. Absolute disgrace, I’ll use Lyft from now on

I can‘t get the refund the service I did not take Uber one. I tried to Chat, they are cold like a machine. I will avoid them using lyft instead. they do not care even they know the request is reasonable.

Used two different credit cards four times and it did not go through when I know these credit cards are good. Could not get a hold of anybody to help me fix the problem so now I have to walk about 6 miles at midnight.

Dear Uber Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for an exceptional Uber driver, Pablo, who went above and beyond during our recent trip to Paris Island, South Carolina. My husband and I were visiting our daughter for her Marine Corps Boot Camp graduation, a momentous occasion filled with both pride and logistical challenges. Securing transportation on base proved incredibly difficult. Many Uber drivers were unable to access the base, leaving us frustrated and concerned about missing important events. Then we were fortunate enough to connect with Pablo. His son's service in the Marines gave him unique access to the base, solving our immediate transportation problems. Beyond his access, Pablo's service was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, and his vehicle was impeccably clean. He displayed exceptional proficiency in both English and Spanish, making communication effortless. More importantly, Pablo demonstrated a genuine care for our well-being. He patiently transported us to various locations, ensuring our safety both on and off base. He even went out of his way to help my daughter resolve a banking issue related to her military pay, even stopping at Dunkin' Donuts for a much-needed coffee after her 13 weeks of boot camp. Pablo’s assistance extended far beyond a simple ride. He was a calming presence during a stressful time, easing our anxieties and making our daughter's graduation a truly unforgettable experience. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were truly remarkable. In my years of using Uber, I have never encountered such exceptional service. Pablo is a credit to your company and a shining example of the positive impact a dedicated driver can have. Employee stole my food and I was still charged and they only gave me a $10 credit!!!!!! I spent 40.06 and they only give me $10 back!!! And customer service said "there no other solution you're going to get, have a goodnight" and hung up on me!!!!

I am not able to think of any company in my experience that has worse support than Uber. One Star is too high a rating. This is not based on only one incident with Uber, but extends over more than five years.

I was charged four times for only taking two requested rides. I showed proof to the support. They were no help. They try to say that it was an authorization hold from my bank and so my bank said that they already released the money and that it was Uber.

Uber offers no human support only AI robots that do not resolve your issue they don’t even respond to your issue their response has nothing to do with what you asked. Every time I do a grocery order they screw something up and I end up paying for items I didn’t ask for and can’t use bc their support system is nothing but robots soo frustrating Uber support needs to hire actual humans in order to call it support bc what it is is useless They deserve a negative rating

Uber in liverpool Sydney! Are horrible! We ordered food 2 weeks ago! I gave them a bad review because my food was missing/stone cold/ opened! Ever since that the drivers keep cancelling on us! And the ones we do get! Are so rude! And nasty! They don't care! With saying that! Uber made it so the driver has multiple stops along the way! Which is VERY unethical! As food can spoil! DO NOT GO WITH UBER!
