Ridiculous price range for what the app considers a busy demand rate, shouldn't be quoted at almost $83 for a 15 minute ride. Do better on y'alls pricing intervals

Worst service provided by uber after fixing the final charge it will ask for tip to confirm the request...no one will accept in the morning, if they accept also after come to the half way they will cancel request ...waste of time

The Columbia SC VAMC uses Uber for folks who are having a minor procedure and live alone. My Uber driver Dionne was great on the way to the hospital, but David on the way home was TERRIBLE!!! He was rude, did not help this older woman on a walker get into his big truck, did not appreciate my instructions to get home quicker than his GPS told him, and he vaped something that nauseated me so much I felt like throwing up. I will certainly let the VA know about this as Veterans deserve better care and respect than this man showed this Viet Nam Veteran.

I booked a ride for the airport a week ago. I had an old card on file so instead of asking for different payment they cancelled my ride. They were nice enough to tell me I would need to re order ride thankfully it was the day before so prices were higher. Uber sucks this was crazy stress to put on us.

Whenever I do uber there is always long wait time, even though I can see that there are multiple drivers in my area, still my trip always get appointed to the driver who is 10 minutes away. This does not use to happen before but from past month, everytime i do uber I face this problem.

I don't know how Uber comes up with these prices they just got done charging me $32 for a 15 minute ride stop overcharging people you're ripping people off!

Melinda in Grand Rapids, Mi is horrible, she said she was outside my work and then lied about it. when she was actually 20 minutes away, it would’ve been fine but I had to wait in the cold for her. When I got in the car she didn’t greet me at all after saying hello to her and she missed my drop off point twice! Horrible

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, because zero rides were completed. My daughter’s friend ordered an Uber to their home from our house which is about an hour and 10 minutes away. A driver was assigned then a couple minutes later that driver canceled. The second driver assigned picked up her friend and then drives 2 minutes down the road, turns around and brings her friend back to my house. When I confronted the Uber driver as to why he accepted the ride to only drive the passenger back and cancel, the Uber driver argued with me about the fact he was only getting paid $40. (Not to mention, the tip is not paid until the end of the ride.) It is not the customers fault what Uber pays their drivers. That matter needed to be taken up with Uber not a customer. Not to mention my daughter and her friend only had enough money to pay for this 1 ride. because of the way this driver went about things, now, my daughters bank account has been charged $80+ for the ride and now needs to wait for a refund. I could write a whole other paragraph on how much this was an inconvenience to myself, my daughters friend and their family. Both families have small children at home and were unable to drive out as it’s late at night, hence why the Uber was ordered. Extremely dissatisfied with service and the fact that I cannot reach a customer service representative at this hour is Mind blowing considering how much Uber charges customers should be able to pay for 24 hour customer service.

Uber let a driver over 6 miles away pickup my ride. It was 21 minutes until pickup and then it routed the drive a super inefficient way. Not the drivers fault. I can’t find where to complain to uber, they make it easy to complain about users and drivers but nowhere to complain about their service.

The service is absolutely poor. One after another, the driver cancels the journey. Unfortunately the cancellation is not done immediately. After accepting the journey, driver waste 15 to 20 minutes and then cancel it. Then another driver is provided. He also wastes 15 to 20 minutes as usual and cancels the journey. If anybody has to reach any where in a particular time, it is not reliable at all. No action is taken from the administrative level. However, if the journey is canceled because of us due to the said reason, the fine is added to the next journey. Appropriate action should be taken immediately from the administrative level.

What was once an $8 ride is now a $30 ride. I understand surging especially on holidays and busy rush owner but as of a month ago it’s been everyday. Trust me yall go to LYFT. There is no way there is a Surge EVERYDAY ALLDAY, deleting this app cause they are taking advantage. Charging $27 dollars to go less than a mile shows the greed this company started with. And I was a DAILY user for years . They are just robbing people at this point

When I booked the cab it was showing 162 but the cab driver asked me to pay 233.68. Worst service.

I had booked a ride in auto from aluva to chin bank but the driver was so rude that I had to cancel the ride and book another ride.. All this happened at 3am in the morning. Very unhappy as there is no source to complain also.

This is flat out stealing. You can check the map that the driver never picked me up. I had a share ride where he picked up someone before he was supposed to come and get me. I recieved notification after he picked up that person that "I" was in route to my destination in harvey. The driver "never" picked me up and why did he start the route to take me to harvey when I was not in the car. If you checking k also I immediately rebooked a ride after canceling to avoid the driver taking the person to my job. Also why would I book another ride after canceling. I have been a loyal Uber rider for years. I also have the gold awards program and this is how you treat the customer.  The driver should not start the route to take me to work in harvey on 3-25-25 when I was not in the car. I should not be punished for that.

Terrible experience with Uber! The app deducts money unfairly, even for cancellations that aren’t my fault. I was charged twice for a trip I didn’t even book, and there was no proper way to get help. Their customer service is useless—no response, no resolution, just frustration. This app used to be reliable, but now it’s all about taking money with no accountability. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!
