Appalling service. I waited 45 minutes for repeated cabs which did not arrive. I was alone in the dark and afraid. The support line offered no solutions and tried to blame me for my extended wait. I am very reluctant to use uber in the future.

Driver I'm "black car" of which I paid a premium price made sexual advances toward me. I reported and they said they "took note." This was reported via chat. You can't get a phone number to call! Additionally, I was charged for cookies "undelivered." Never, ever will I use Uber eats again.

Uber is nasty with their so called support. I just waited an hour and a half for my food order, only to get a phone call saying whoever this guy was had cancelled my order but I wasn't charged and I could reorder right away if I so choose. Well, he's a liar. I most certainly was charged, and now can't eat today because this was my last fifty bucks, and uber has it yet refuses to provide me with my food I've paid for. The driver was literally at the restaurant, messaged me saying the restaurant had given my order to someone else mistakenly, but he'd spoken to the manager and they were remaking it and he would wait there for me as it wasn't my fault. So sweet of him! But this idiot on the phone not only lied saying we weren't charged when we were, but took away the driver and now even if we reorder somehow, it's going to be another hour and a half for the food. If we even get it. And to top it all off, when I couldn't understand what he was saying to me due to his accent, I merely said "I'm sorry, I can't understand what you're saying" and he shouted something at me and hung up on me. I'm so blown away right now, this is the most disrespectful and disgusting way to treat your customers and this man should be fired. If he were my customer service Rep, for my company, he most certainly would be.

Horrible experience. Defaults to last delivery address and they can’t correct it nor can the customer. They told me to contact driver. I went through 4 drivers and they just canceled delivery but couldn’t cancel order either. Uber was zero help. I will never use them again this was my second delivery and second bad experience.

As a rider, the inability to reach a person for customer support is completely unacceptable. I used two rides yesterday, and have three charges on my credit card, that do not add up to the two charges for the rides that I took. In addition the first ride that I took, automatically added a $10 tip to a $12 ride. And though I added a tip to my second ride it is not showing up on the receipt for the driver. I tried to use the bot in the app, to solve my problem, and the butt said that the ride was too old to talk about. So I will be contesting the charges that are in my credit card.

I used to love Uber I use it daily for work but lately the prices have been a little ridiculous I have switched over too Lyft and it’s cheaper cmon Uber..your loosing,

You can not get ahold of any customer service representative. There is no phone number, email,no contact info anywhere. I’m getting charged for trips I haven’t taken. Now I’m looking into all my bank statements.

I am beyond frustrated with Uber and their complete disregard for their customers. They unapologetically steal money from innocent riders like myself. I paid $29.02 for a trip I never even received, and all they refunded me was $12, keeping the rest of my money for no reason. As if that wasn’t enough, I recently had a dangerously irresponsible driver who was clearly under the influence, swerving, missing exits, and taking me in the wrong direction, making me incredibly late for work. Uber’s response? A pathetic $7 in Uber Cash. After all of this, I made it clear I would no longer use their service. They are nothing but thieves, showing zero regard for their customers’ safety or money

Cannot get to an agent, only a bot. I was charged a Booking Fee of $22.14, which was more than the trip fare. There should be a breakdown and showing of the fee allocation up front so consumers can make an informed decision as one assumes most of the cost is the trip and based on distance and travel time!

My partner and I ordered McDonald’s. The order arrived however 2 out of 3 items within a meal were missing. We contacted uber support to complain about the missing food. They stated that it did not meet the policy to issue a refund and refused to help. They then closed the chat. The automatic chat at the end asked if it had resolved the issue, so I selected no, and it sent me to customer services instead of support. I explained again and they again, did not answer all of my questions, continued to refuse to explain how it didn’t meet the policy for a refund and then again, closed the chat on me. So I have paid for food, not received all of it, they have refused to issue a refund or contact the branch to reorder and closed the support chat twice. Joke

I had a very bad experience with uber driver. When I booked the car, charge shown was 610rs and the driver took the long route not following the map and the kms increased (for 1hr route he took more then 2hrs) also the charges that is 922rs. Driver did not accept his mistake and asked us to pay extra amount, when we refuse to pay he tried to get physical on us. How do we trust uber driver's

Awful Service, No Accountability Ordered flowers for my girlfriend, but the delivery was a complete disaster. The driver never texted me, only called once from an unknown number, and after waiting just five minutes, they left. When I contacted Uber support immediately, they refused to take responsibility or even offer a re-delivery. I requested a refund, but it was denied because the delivery partner had supposedly “waited 5 minutes”—as if that’s an acceptable excuse for poor communication and failed service. When I mentioned that I’ve spent a lot of money on this platform, they didn’t even acknowledge it. Clearly, loyal customers mean nothing to Uber. I’m deleting my account and will never use Uber again. If you actually want your deliveries to arrive, look elsewhere!

I was charged a very large amount for a trip that I did not take after I was dropped off 2 miles from my hotel , I will never ever use uber again ! My husband and I use uber a lot but never again
