Back on Jan. 11 i had scheduled a ride to be to work. My uber driver was 40 min late, making me late for work. To say I was mad is the least of it. Then this morning, Jan 24, I kept getting phone calls saying a toyota dealership has requested a ride for me. I have never had anything fixed at a toyota dealership, I am at home trying to rest before I have to go to work but yet at 7 am my phone is going crazy and then you try and charge me. I'm not the one requesting a ride. I'm at home trying to sleep so whoever tried to get a free ride on my account, shame on you!!! So uber this year you aren't doing good for me. If I could give 0 stars I would

A driver gave me a 1 star rating, but I did nothing wrong! I didn't abuse him, I didn't slam the door, I gave him a good tip, I don't recall dirtying his car or anything. I have no idea what I did to deserve it? I have a theory that it might've been because I wasn't chatty or came off as cold. But that's not my fault because I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Tourette's syndrome, speech apraxia, social anxiety and a hearing impairment. It's difficult for me to engage in conversation because I either can't hear what people are saying or I can't get my mouth to move properly or my mind just goes blank leaving me unable to come up with the simplest of words. I struggle to smile because my facial muscles are weak and have a mind of their own, and it takes a lot of energy to show the so-called socially acceptable facial expressions. I'm always reluctant to use Uber because of reasons like this. The drivers can be incredibly ignorant and petty, and for someone with a disability like mine, it's always a risk to use services like these. After this I don't think I have the confidence to use it again knowing that the drivers think having a neurodivegent passenger is wrong. Please Uber, get rid of the passenger ratings! They're unfair, petty and are being used for discrimination.

I had a round trip to pick up some stuff that only took about 2 minutes and returned home. It was only a quarter of a mile to the store. I bought 25 dollars worth of cigarettes and when I got out of the car the driver said thanks and took off before I could tell him my bag was still in the back seat of the car. I immediately called him through the lost item link, he hadn't even turned the corner off my street yet and he didn't answer so Uber says we contacted the driver and it would cost me to have him bring it back and I clicked ok. I never heard or Saw him again. He was telling me how he liked to drink and had to have a cigarette when he was drinking. Well he must have needed a drink because he stole my cigarettes and never looked back. He was literally 200 feet from me when I called him waving my arms around as he sat at the stop sign. He's a thief plain and simple. He got a 5 dollar tip as well. Never hit the tip before you get out of the car. You never know what kind of person you are tipping.

I have used uber rides and uber eats for over 4+ years. I am very disappointed in the company’s guests servings on 1/23/2025 and never ran into this kind of issues I was dealt with tonight. I am permanently deleting all linked uber accounts I have and will encourage others to NOT use Ubers company’s services. I spent 26+ dollars on an order that’s completely not edible not even an animals could eat this order I received, on top my whole other order was missings. When I addressed this concern I only received 2 dollars in credit as a full refund for this order. I just wanted my order replaced in credit so I can reorder not even possible I spent that last 30 dollars I had to my bank account to eat food for myself, I’m out of a meal because I was only credited 2 dollars when I paid 26+. I really hope you guys resolve this issues in your company for the sake of future guests you will encounter personally I will not be returning to the Uber company.

Never Using Uber Again - Unresolved Billing Issues and Poor Customer Service I’ve had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Uber’s customer support. After raising concerns about a duplicate invoice, I received a response claiming the trip in question was legitimate, despite my clear evidence to the contrary. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, Uber has failed to address my concerns adequately, leaving me with no choice but to escalate further. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. I expect better from a company of Uber’s size, but at this point, I feel my concerns have been completely ignored. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be forced to take legal action. I will never use Uber again and highly recommend exploring other ride-sharing companies that offer similar fees with much better customer service and reliability. It’s not worth the hassle when there are alternatives that actually value their customers.

Probably the worst customer service I ever had. Every time I responded to their message, I got hours of waiting for the next one. And they don't solve your problem. They just kept saying the same useless things over and over again like we put your experience at the highest priority. You can't even say that was live chat, more like a half dead chat.

On September of last year I called Uber from MIA he never showed and they charged me $6.15. Last August I left my glasses in the car and they stole my Gucci glasses I didn't recommend Uber

Charged me £50 for no reason saying i renewed uber one, uber one costs £25 not £50, also if i did renew uber one then why is it running out in 2 months??

Uber offered a ride with a wait of 6min which driver cancelled just before arrival time, Uber switched to an offer with 30min wait time which I then tried to cancel immediately but the app does not display cancel options easily and then forces you to accept a 50% charge to cancel yet the remaining wait is now approximately 28min and your options is only to accept to pay 50% charge to cancel or just wait for the ride. Uber needs to rectify this or we need to avoid using Uber.

Request to all riders not to use uber platform for their commute they dont pay good to drivers exploitation of hardworking people..its better to give business to other private taxis ..uber charges 100% to ridership and pay 40% to drivers..how is it fair to driver ..please use other ride share companies than uber

I made an order with dominoes and cancelled the order within 3 minutes because I realized one of the pizzas had tomatoe switch I’m allergic to. I called Dominoes and they told me it was in the oven and refused to remake it. Now Uber is refusing to give me $30 I paid for food and delivery because dominoes lied to them and told them they made the order and sent it out for delivery. I’m on one income, 5 small children at home, no food. And the America I grew up in that is called stealing. Uber refuses to refund me because of what dominoes said and Uber won’t let you escalate to a supervisor. It’s just legal for them steal your money and I have yet been able to speak with someone who at least understands me. Uber and dominoes ought to be shut down

If I could get away with giving no stars I would. Uber charged me $70 to take me literally 21 miles. I had never in my life been on all of the additional back roads and loops and turns the see eyed Uber route took me. It was insane and so extra that I will NEVER use uber again.

They charged me for their Uber one service without asking. This was $110 for an annual fee for a service I hardly use. I was unable to contact any customer support so I will be disputing the charge.

Be aware using this company if you have a gift card. They would not let me use it because they wanted me to use my debit card instead. So they stole my gift card and refused to give me a refund for the money I could not use. Lyft is way better
