Uber sucks a fat one

I would give this a zero if I could; seriously not even close to 1 star. The customer support agent I spoke with told me he has no way to see the app and can’t help me navigate it, so there was no way he could help me with my problem. He was completely clueless about anything Uber related. I found out more from Reddit and googling about my problem for 15 min than I did in my entire conversation.

I scheduled a delivery order via Uber Eats over 1.5 hours ahead of time. The order was set to arrive an hour after the scheduled time!! What is the point of scheduling food to be delivered but set to recieve after my lunch is over? Now I have to go an entire shift with no food. NOT GOOD, UBER!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!!! They don’t address your concerns; they just keep saying the same thing over and over. I was overcharged $5 and they refuse to acknowledge it or refund me.

Uber Support is intentionally impossible to reach. I sent a complaint to Support and explained what happened very succinctly. Their stock answer to get out of doig anything is: "please send us more details." I write back, exactly what details do you need that I did not provide?" That's when they stop responding. Their website is UBER bad, as well. Anything important is obscured by making it hard to find, or just not there. I hate this company and wish someone other than a scammer would buy it and run it professionally.

Be cautious when ordering an Uber. The app initially showed a fare of $43.15, but when I checked my credit card, I was charged an extra $40, making the total $83.15. I reached out to Uber support multiple times, but they were unhelpful. They insisted that I was charged the correct amount, despite my explanation that the driver didn’t end the ride properly. Later that night, I took another Uber for the same distance, and the fare was only $42.98. Their service has been disappointing.

I can’t log into my account and you guys keep telling me to go to help and click on phone but I only have access to chats online: your customer service is very rude. They would end the chat when I was not done, they would talk to me like I’m dumb, and didn’t care to help. Why even have support of nobody helps you?! I’m in tears because of them.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. The uber driver forgot part of my order and they’re not refunding anything and to get anything done it’s taken about a week just for them to say sorry it’s the restaurants problem. I’m so done with them, they are a god awful service.

I booked an Uber and when it arrived, 4 people just jumped into the car I ordered and showed me the same car plate and driver Uber gave me, so I lost my ride, Uber double booked the same driver for 2 different order, because there is a unfair function in Uber let people bit up the price for faster ride, so you will loss you spot if someone in near location take your place. when you try to rebook they charge you double, that is very bad business practice, I end up miss my time get to store when store closed, it sucks.

Uber supports sucks. They just refuse to take responsibility. Even with evidence the support does not acknowledge it and just repeats the same thing to close the conversation or and refer to the help in the app which doesn’t provide you with a solution. Avoidance mastery. Now I paid for an order and have bank proof in my statement and they said no and want me to pay a second time. Is there an Uber oversight here? I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they avoided that too.

Uber support is not helpful in the slightest.. and during tourism time i have to wait a half an hour to an hour to be picked up.. either uber isn’t pairing me to the closest driver or the drivers only want to pick up tourists who dont tip and vomit in their car. Its bad enough our city sidelines the locals for short bursts of tourism that ends up costing our city more money than it makes from them but uber doing it too? Don’t be surprised when locals stop paying for your overpriced taxi rides where most of the money goes to the app not the driver. Not only are you not paying your employees properly but when you raise the prices during hurricanes (which is disgusting to price gouge poor people trying to evacuate) and during high tourism and your drivers still make the same amount regardless it makes locals not want to pay your made up prices.. cause where is that money going? you aren’t passing along that money to the consumer once tourism is complete by making rides cheaper for a bit, and you dont give it to the drivers doing all the labor, so where does it go?

Uber black costs twice and all of the cars smell of cigars and some of them were overused and old cars. Why would we pay double for that?!?!
