Horrible. It’s completely impossible to get money back. I have at least $150 taken from me in rides and yall refuse to reverse the money

We scheduled an Uber to the airport a day in advance. About 10 minutes before pickup, the driver called and insisted we cancel the ride and pay him cash directly. When we refused, he became pushy and unprofessional — then refused to come at all. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially for a time-sensitive airport ride. Uber should take stronger action against this kind of misconduct.

I needed an uber xl to take myself and art work to a local art market. I had phoned Uber afew days previously to ask if this was fine and told be me to prebook the trip which I did. However in extremely poor English the driver only allowed me to put my boxes in the boot of his people carrier, claiming he’s not allowed to use the passenger seats? Completely going against all I had be reassured by Uber, and making the ‘XL’ vehicle pointless for my needs. A hateful experience all round.

Uber charged me extra amount than it was shown in the app while booking the drive. Also driver didn't follow the correct route. He missed one turn that makes the drive very long, and for that the Uber charged me extra dollars. Not best and safe option for ride.

Uber drivers need to be held responsible for bad driving, aggressive behavior and unsafe driving. On the other side of it uber needs to pay their driver's way more then they are making. Corporate greed at its worst. Uber drivers drive me every other day 90 kms and get paid around $15 to $20 for that trip. They have to pay their gas on top of that. The totals for the trips are around $80 to $90. Come on Corporate greed do better!

I was double tipped for a ride. I went to try to rectify the situation and I was told that i need to pay attention to what I am doing and that they could not correct the situation. The fact that you can not speak to someone over the phone about the situation is also a horrible idea.

Not at all a reliable system to depend on city travel at all. I had to wait for more than 1.5 hour andd had to cancel and rebook 7 times at LTT. Deleted Uber app.

Shocking service after complaining about how my driver drove me for an hour, hard acceleration and braking constantly, swerving in and out of traffic at speed. Complained to customer service and they hung the phone up on me complaining when I said no satisfactory outcome

This is about a food delivery that never happened. We (wife and I) ordered from a restaurant but they don't do deliveries from that Restaurant. Even thou the restaurant is on their site The only way I found out was I called the restaurant to give details about my order. In turn the employee informed me that they don't have a delivery account with Uber and this happens a lot. So I had to cancel the order even though they changed me $89.00 already. When I cancelled it they charged me a $63 cancellation fee. For a issue that was their own fault. So I made my order with GrubHub no problems. Now they have to fight by bank because I will not pay for something I didn't receive nor was my fault.

This was an extremely disturbing and unsafe experience I had with an Uber driver on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. This trip was booked through my medical insurance, HealthNet transportation, by Modivcare, and was not associated with my personal Uber account. Trip Details: * Date: Wednesday, June 18, 2025 * Approximate Pickup Time: 2:47 PM * Pickup Address: 12424 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles 90025 * Intended Drop-off Address: 505 S Virgil Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90020 * Driver Name: Catherine * Driver Vehicle: Gray Honda Civic, License Plate: 8K0Z757 * Driver Description: White Latin female, on the thicker side, wearing light jeans with a white shirt that has green leaves and peach color flowers, and a black cap with an LA logo. Incident Description: Upon pickup, the driver, Catherine, immediately expressed frustration about the trip duration, stating, "it’s going to take us an hour to get to your destination." Despite my assurance that I was not in a rush and would arrive on time for my appointment, she began attempting shortcuts. Throughout the journey, the driver exhibited highly reckless and aggressive driving behavior: * Erratic Lane Changes: She repeatedly changed lanes suddenly and aggressively, causing my body to "flip" to the left and right. This was extremely painful and dangerous, especially as I suffer from pre-existing back, neck, and hand injuries. * Excessive Speeding: After exiting the freeway onto Crenshaw Boulevard, where the speed limit is 35 mph, she accelerated to 55-65 mph while still changing lanes rapidly. * Verbal Abuse & Threats: When I politely asked her to stop speeding, she vehemently denied it. Upon my clarification of the speed limit, she began yelling, stating, "I’m not and this is my car I can drive it which ever way I want, you cannot tell me how to drive." She then repeatedly threatened to abandon me "in the middle of the street" if I did not stop telling her to drive safely, yelling, "if you don’t like it you can get off right now." I told her “I’m not telling you how to drive” and she responded “Then forget it, i’m gonna drive, however freaking I want to drive, if you don’t like it you can get off right now”. * Hostile Actions: When she noticed me holding my phone, she became more aggressive. She turned her body towards me while driving, making me fear she intended to hit me, causing me to move away. She then stopped the car abruptly and diagonally on the sidewalk, pointing her hand and repeatedly yelling, "get off here" while I was trying to exit the vehicle. I screamed "do not touch me" as I opened the door to get away from her. I was forced to exit the vehicle prematurely at an unsafe location due to her aggressive and threatening behavior. This left me stranded and required me to walk to find a business to call for alternative transport. As a direct result of this incident: * I was unable to reach my scheduled medical appointment (from a physical therapy office to an orthopedic office) on time, despite it being pre-arranged. * The reckless driving significantly exacerbated my existing injuries; I repeatedly hit my right hand and arm against the door, experienced whiplash in my neck from sudden stops, and felt increased pain in my back. * The entire experience was terrifying and highly distressing. This driver's conduct is completely unacceptable for any passenger, but particularly for a medical transport patient with injuries. Her actions put my safety and well-being at severe risk and directly impacted my physical condition. I hope that Uber will conduct a thorough investigation into this driver's behavior and for immediate appropriate action to be taken to ensure such an incident does not happen to anyone else. Uber has a responsibility to vet its drivers and ensure a safe and professional service, especially for vulnerable passengers on medical trips.

I made a mistake by not doing enough homework before I used their services. I should have looked into the company more. Reviews could have warned me about their issues. I was lucky that PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM listened to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted fast to fix the problem. I got my money back last week because of their help. This quick refund was a huge relief. It shows that PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM cares about its customers.

I have 3 drovers so far acting very rudely. Just yesterday i requested my driver to put the window down because i get car sick, amd turn the music off which was very loud and my head was hurting He shouted at me saying "im mt ur chaffeur, get out my car" after me calmly explaining i wasnt being rude my head was hurting he got rude with me and told me to get out the car. Dropped me in an unfamiliar place and drove off. U guys need to make ur rules strict on how ur drivers treat ur customers

I've been a loyal Uber Eats customer for years, ordering almost daily. Today, I placed a food order, but the restaurant called twice to tell me they were out of the item. They told me to cancel the order and said I wouldn’t be charged. I followed their instructions and canceled. Then Uber Eats charged me anyway. When I contacted support, they refused a refund, blaming me for canceling even though the cancellation was due to the restaurant being unable to fulfill the order. I just spoke to the restaurant again they confirmed they never charged me. This charge is 100% on Uber. I paid for food I never received, and Uber is refusing to take responsibility. This feels like a scam, and I won’t let it slide.

Took Uber from Atlanta Airport on 5.30.2024 for $38.63. I paid for that trip in 2024. I took another Uber from Orlando Airport on 5.30.2025. I paid for that trip. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 2024 TRIP AGAIN on 5.30.2025. Uber won't remove that charge - too late. EVEN THOUGH I WAS JUST CHARGED.
