UBER - NEEDS IMPROVEMENT- Support isn't always available. You are directed to read and resolve it yourself. Phone calls are automated pre recording of prompts. At the end call says no longer receiving calls. ONLINE: Many Uber errors app works 80% of the time. Wrong navigation routes, wrong pickup areas, wrong routes, pickups are to far from location to get to. Not all features work. Not getting enough rides. Verification selfie pictures are multiple times in one day. It interfere with getting rides. On ride get to many requests during a ride. Brings rating down. EARNINGS AND WALLET: Not 100% accurate has glitches skips and misses payment. Something is always going wrong with it. Uber Pro Card: Doesn’t pay you on time delay payment and payout. UBER error from programming development team. More complications. UBER RENTAL: Car prices for rentals are high. 3rd party rentals charge double in a week. Electric vehicles need to be charge 3x a day from driving so much. Gas rental every other day sometimes twice a day to fill up. When looking for chargers some offline, broken, prong to the gun charger is faulty. Being charged for chargers that don't work . Car rentals are not at there best conditions. UBER needs improvement and drivers need better pay

Charged me 4 times for 1 Uber trip, I contacted them with in 24 hours. They had a back and fourth with me about it waiting until a month had passed then claimed they could not refund because "I had contacted more 30 days later" which was clearly entirely untrue and made up. Not the real scenario so basically just refused to refund money they had stolen from my account.

I've used Uber many times, mostly for travel to/from the airport. Generally, my experience has been positive. Last week, however, I was shocked when I got my bill. I got charged for unanticipated tolls, booking charge and other questionable items. The charges are improper and certainly not unanticipated. When I asked Uber to explain these charges they did not. Instead they said the provided $0.41 to my wallet - what an insult. In addition, this was the second driver who did not help me with my luggage. I'm 80 years old and assumed I would get help. I was wrong.

They charged me a $25 cancellation fee despite my trying repeatedly to cancel the trip which was booked by mistake I will switch to Lyft

Their customer service is AWFUL!!!!! They charged me for 3 rides in one day when I only took 2 and I cannot reach anyone to resolve my issue. I will be switching to Lyft and deleting the Uber app. They are the worst!!! There so quick to take your money!! But can’t resolve the issue when they over charge you!!! In my opinion they are stealing from there customers!!! I’m done with them!!!!!!

This was the one of the only ways to get my son to school I don’t know what happened but they said something about fraud suspicious activity so I asked what activity because I have done nothing to take my rides or ordering food away and they will not give it back so show me what I did wrong

I booked uber cab from sector 18 noida to my home in the afternoon today around 4.10 pm. Each driver who accepted the trip I called but each one assured he is on the way. But NONE CAME . THEY CANCELLED THE RIDE AND KEPT ME WAITING. The driver pravesh accepted the trip but the moment I boarded the cab and gave him otp instead of starting the ride he kept idling and got off the cab saying give me two minutes. Then he came back saying his cab is heating i asked if i should drop the ride he kept assuring no worries i will drop you safely. But within two minutes of driving he stopped the cab and again got off. He was on the phone with someone and again restarted the cab n again stopped saying i should not worry and wait. I was with my aged 78 year old mother with mobility problems returning from the hospital. After Waiting for almost 15 minutes he said i should look for another transport. It was way off and i requested him to cancel the ride. He showed me the details saying he has cancelled the ride. It took me one and half hour to get an auto from that place. When i told pravesh that he has cost me too much time and harrassment he became aggressive and came to wards me as if to hit me and started abusing me and my mother. I left the place. I came back home and find I am charged Rs.140. i tried contacting customer support but got only automated response no help no call and the charges still pending.

So my account got Blocked because it was an duplicate account they told me that they deleted the other account because we verified that it wasn’t me, they then told me that my account will be unblocked now just wait 24 hours it’s now been 8 days and my account is still blocked when calling an agent the one guy hung the phone up on me and then we i call back to ask for a manager to handle my issue they guy told her that i wouldnt allow him to handle my account which was a lie but still nothing been on hold off and on for over a hour

Here’s a rephrased version: On March 11, 2024, I took an Uber ride while on a phone call. Due to the poor quality of my earbuds, I had to speak slightly louder. The driver suddenly turned the car radio to its maximum volume, making it impossible for me to hear my conversation. Shocked, I politely asked him several times to lower the volume, but he completely ignored me and kept it at full blast. When I asked why he had turned the volume up so high, he initially remained silent and then dismissively replied, "I would," while keeping the same volume level. He even put on his own earbuds during the ride. As someone who has used Uber for years and taken countless rides, I was stunned by this strange and unsettling behavior. I felt terrified and unsure of how far he might escalate the situation, so I stayed silent for the rest of the ride. Once I arrived at my destination, I informed him that I would report his behavior to Uber. In response, he shouted F word at me, showed me his middle finger, and drove away. I contacted Uber’s safety line three times on different days and sent several messages to their customer support team through the app. Shockingly, after eight months, I have received no response. Uber’s complete lack of accountability has left me deeply disappointed. It’s clear that this driver felt emboldened to behave so horribly because Uber fails to enforce consequences for such conduct. Today, while reviewing my ride history in the Uber app, I was astonished to discover that the record of this specific ride had been removed, while all my other rides remained intact. This blatant erasure of evidence is appalling and beyond comprehension. I have consistently left five-star reviews for Uber drivers for hundreds of rides, except for one instance where a driver dropped me off at the wrong address and left immediately. I have great respect and appreciation for Uber drivers, but this extreme case and Uber’s subsequent inaction are unacceptable. I have recordings of the incident and plan to seek legal assistance.

UBER SUPPORT CLOWNS ARE JUST A JOKE. unable to resolve a complaint, cheat their taxi charges, lie and take money for a promotion, then give 2 days of reasonable taxi charges. Once the 2 days is over, they put up the same ride to the same location by 50% more, there is NO MEMBERSHIP its all a false con. These crooks make money by cheating the public and get away!!! I would rate the 2 of 10 !!

I can't even contact this company I had a driver put me out his car today for no reason he lied told your company he took me to my appointment I'm 68 had walk for miles I'm in the process of taking action nobody wants to contact me my complaint won't go through however I will never use this service again he was high on something and a RedNeck

Horrible company hires thieves and doesn't pay them well. SO THEY STEAL YOUR FOOD !🤣🤣 then uber doesn't want to take responsibility for the people they hire lol . If I could give you guys no stars I really would.

I never use Uber because in Cambodia not exist but there charge me 42$ on December 2024 on my Credit card ... Ask uber by help on there app what is this run 8005928996 NEVER ANSWER !!!!!!?!

I am so tired of these uber drivers at the DTW airport. They feel they have the right to block airport employees from turning into the parking lot because they are afraid someone is going to jump in front of them and they BLOCK the right turn lane into the employee lot. I will never take another uber again, this is telling me just how your drivers are behaving.

Was picked up a female driver who spoke very poor English language and did not match her (male) picture, whose driving skills were highly questionable (seemed as though she had just got her driving license, making for a scary ride). Had the misfortune of losing my iPhone in the car (fell out of my pocket), which I quickly realized and called Uber. Per Uber representative, he left a voicemail for the driver, and he informed me she would return my call - She never did, and my phone fell into the wrong hands. Despite tracking my phone on Find my iPhone, I was unable to retrieve the device. Thanks Uber!!! I will never use again.

What went wrong? 3 years of money being charged to our credit card when we don’t even use Uber!! And a criminally difficult procedure to remove our credit card from Ubers site plus zero response to my pleas for help! In fact so difficult we gave up trying and not wishing to stop a credit card just accepted that this is what we had to do … keep allowing payments to go out until we figured a way to stop them and agree a refund. So £5.99 every month, then random extra payments going out on top of this. Uber just not at all interested in correcting this. If I could give -10 stars I obviously would. £293 later I’ve finally stopped my credit card. We only left it this long as each time we tried we thought we’d get somewhere closer to resolving this and get a full refund. Hindsight etc… DO NOT SIGN UP TO USING UBER!! (It will be interesting to see if Uber responds now…. But I very much doubt it)

No phone # to speak to a rep. When your car breaks down on the freeway and you need to be picked up. The app gave me an address that was n.a.

Took over 2 hours to get our food delivered as the driver was obviously just sitting according to the app then once we got the food it was cold and burnt very disappointed
