Be careful when requesting an Uber ride. I picked a ride for $26.23 but my bank account was charged $42.70. According to Uber, the extra $16+ dollars is a booking fee. But that “booking fee” was no where when I booked the trip. I am going to use Lyft from now on.

Nowadays uber they double the initial price I have ordered around 4 times and I end up paying double the initial price that was in the app.. So disturbing never using it again. Like today was getting a delivery from baba dogo to donholm and the price was 300 and on arrival it had doubled to 660 what on earth is that surely and no clear reasons for doubling..

Worst customer service ever, the drivers are extremely rude. Uber charge you right after your request a ride, and they allow the driver to cancel, even that was the last money you got from your account.

Uber takes advantage of drivers, get bad percentages and there are “mistakes” on the amounts paid. Drivers have to be working like maniacs to make it on a monthly basis, their customer service is terrible and the CEO doesn’t care about drivers but himself. Uber sucks!

1 Star — Uber Eats: Feels Like a Trap, Not a Job Three cancelled orders in one shift. Two at Dunkin’ Donuts — no donuts available at Dunkin’. Let that sink in. Then Burger King sends me to a location that doesn’t even exist. I end up at a Walmart with a McDonald’s inside. No Burger King anywhere. So now I’m the one getting punished? My metrics drop, my cancel rate goes up, and Uber doesn’t even care that none of this was my fault. You can comp the customers, sure. But what about drivers like me? I get nothing but a broken system and a slap on the wrist for showing up and being real. Feels like it was written by God and edited by Satan. Fix your platform. Or stop pretending you care about your drivers.

I haven't used Uber for a while but used it a few times last week. On all occasions, I noticed that Uber's standards in terms of a nice ride has gone down the drain. On all the rides I used last week, the cars were dirty and smelly. It's sad. Uber used to be nice.

I had to call three times. First call person’s English was so ridiculously bad couldn’t understand anything second call call same thing. Third call a tiny bit better English, but person couldn’t understand I was scheduling for tomorrow and sent someone ASSP. On all three calls they couldn’t hear a thing I said because all the other agents were on the phone and background noise was ridiculous. Finally gave up and took a cab.

Where do I start... I have been using Uber for a while, I started using the reserved ride thinking it would help me have a ride already set up before I get off of work. If I was NOT disabled I would not need Uber, chose them thinking it would benefit me. When you reserve a ride prices are shown so we can pick the best one. Well all my rides are in the $39.00 - $41.00 range, guess what ... Uber took a $39.00 ride and made it $83.27 ridicules ... for a Bronx ride, I never paid that much going to the Airport and Uber wants to rip off a value customer. The the nerve to say it was eligible for a price adjustment, well i will find another car service for my needs.

Extremely disappointed with Uber’s handling of a serious privacy issue that remains unresolved. Someone used my personal email to create an unauthorized account that I never verified, and despite multiple attempts to report it, I’ve only received generic, automated responses. I can’t access or delete the account because it’s tied to someone else’s phone number and payment info, yet it’s still using my email. Even the email address provided for privacy concerns bounced back as invalid. This experience has been frustrating, alarming, and completely unacceptable for a company of this size. If anyone at Uber reads this and isn’t a robot—and can actually help me—please do!

The new "Exclusive" trash update that now tell drivers that they need to except ot will lose their status is complete bs. The trips are longer and the price that the drivers make are less now that this nonsense is taking place. Don't you people understand that we use fuel and put miles on our vehicles. You are going to lose a lot of drivers.

I called to report the extra charge. They didn't look for a solution. They never refunded my money. The amount I owed was 18 dollars, and they charged me 67 dollars.

Howabout answering your customer service line? Your drivers are awesome but your phone services are terrible. I've been on hold so far 15min and haven't heard anything but music. Answer your phones please. I am an amputee and I can't take my orders back like they told me at mcdonalds. Like I said your drivers are awesome. Your phone people need to do better.

Tried for over an hour trying to get a driver but none in Tampa area. Then Uber tries to charge me for unfulfilled status. They kept saying find another driver. Drivers were never appointed to us. Luckily a cab driver was there. I will never request Uber again.

I will never be using Uber again. I canceled my account but was still being charged, so had to delete my account "again". Hopefully it works this time b/c GOOD LUCK trying to speak with customer service for anything!!!!

Pathetic. According to Uber, I took a trip that took 2 hours for a distance of 1.6km. I had to press the Cancel button because if I didnt, I would still be in the cab. So I was charged R221.00 for cancelling. Beware of these people. Just as corrupt. Best go with Bolt.

They don't do anything to fix the problem, instead they send an email and nobody gets on the phone. There's no one that you can actually talk to about the problem that you have, it's almost like they're putting the problem at the user's fault
