This is my worst experience with taking uber the uber share is crazy 4 people in a car i could understand if the ride was 10 dollars i paid 18 dollars for such crappy service uber you need to do better feel totally exploited

If you order delivery through uber, you better pray and hope your order is correct. Any time I have something missing in my order or if something is made incorrectly and I report it to uber (even minutes after I recieved the order), they say "sorry for the inconvenience but your order is jot eligible for a refund". EVERY TIME! There is also NO customer service number. You're only option to speak to anyone is through chat and the chat responses are all automated responses. You never talk to an actual person.

I had uber premier recently de scheduled for a little after my midnight and takin me and other 3 guest. I received a email this morning letting me know my ride was cancelled. Now me and my guest don’t have a ride home I called so many times and no issues were resolved horrible customer service Never against n

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used in my life I was overcharged 148.00 for a ride that was originally $14. I will never use this app again I requested to speak to someone customer service no one reached out to me regarding the issue this is the worst app I've ever used in my life.

Uber blocks drivers from earning a living for made up issues,(seat belts not working, photos sent proving, in a new car, they work as new, won't respond, date stamped pics. They play games with people, they deserve to be disrupted. Very low quality company. Don't use the Chinese government alternative but use someone else. Not even a 1 rating.

I had a delivery issue that the items were delivered to the wrong address The driver willingly still delivered them to the wrong address -after even though I had given them thorough instruction that he was in the wrong spot he still proceeded to take the picture and send it to me. I made it ambiguously clear it was not making sense while he was doing this. I said the delivery is the wrong place you need to deliver to this address. After arguing with customer support (who took hours to respond message after message) that he contacted me multiple times to which he never contacted me once-Not a single time they delivered it to this random Address I still got charged honestly WTF is this freak show service? Plenty of clowns in the circus for this carry on. The service is literally gone to the dogs among other recent incidents of drivers just driving off from Taxi collections as well and charging through the nose over the Christmas period and taking cash only for extra passengers it’s gone to the dogs. then when customer were contacted, I was expecting a prompt and professional reply however I got a message at 3 am in the morning to say that they weren’t refunding the money and there was no apology for the language used by their esteemed professional driver. What’s worse I’ve no idea what happened to the food I paid for and some cheeky delivery driver has probably had it on the house No responsibility taken of course by this billion dollar company for a complete BAD Service.

They stole my money and keep doing it. They flash offers for $10, then give me $4. I hope people start complaining to the BBB. Consumer complaints. Your drivers re getting ripped off. The tips you think your giving are going to the company, they are robbing drivers and don’t care.

Uber is not paying their drivers good amount of money, drivers are spending they're gas, time, car miles, and maintenance. These things are not cheap. Even when you go to the airport waiting lot, they are not repairing that lot as well. It is damaging our wheels, alignment, tires.

It's not fair that they make you give a star when none are deserved. I did not learn my lesson when my food came cold on Christmas day and order again today. Will Popeyes had a buy one get one free Chicken Sandwich and I only got 1. Then my french fries looked like they were eaten out of. The fun part about it is, the driver came to the door smacking as if she had just finished eating but I didn't think anything of it until I opened my bag and saw my sandwich was missing and fries have been eaten out of the worst part about it is Uber Eats do not have a way for you to get in touch with them and report this right away. They have a place on the app where you can file a complaint, but they want you to upload a photo before you can submit. The upload link does not work so it won't allow you to submit. What a convenient way do not have to be accountable. No more uber eats for me

The food came stone cold all the drinks were leaking as soon as got them inside the bag just broke and drink was on the floor.the driver apologised for delivery being later than usual ,I would not order from uber anymore it just not worth it yo order for convenience but i wish I had got the food my self ,very disappointed with uber Date of experience: 28 December 2024

I drive for uber and uber eats, I had a recently promotion for $110 extra starting at the airport. I been having a hassle with them for over a week about my money. I drove 4 and a half hours this day and only made $100. Once I told them about it this lady Lakur something like that told me basically i can’t read and my phone old. Latest apple user here 👋🏽… Today someone finally did their job and looked into my account and seen that my app is glitching which means update soon! Sooooooo! Anywho I been driving for uber since 2019 never had a bad experience such as this one! Do not let them play you out your money because they will!

I just strongly believe that all agents “working” for UBER are incapacitated! I have dealt with them for over four years almost on a daily basis. It was one of my sickest experiences of my life!

I’ve been calling this support department for about 8 days and they can not solve my problem , I just can not login to my account, and they have no clue how to fix this problem I can not work, can’t get customers because I keep getting a message indicating that login is denied, I have no idea why , this is my first time trying to work with uber , uber offer jobs I’ve sent everything they asked, I have been approved, but I can’t login to my account

They have bad customer service by not having any customer service. You cannot speak to a real person. They want you to use a chat bot. No good effective and efficient company works that way, and if I were you guys, I would not use this place. Use other companies like Lyft, and or DoorDash.

@Uber_Support I ordered MD's on Dec 21, 2024. I ordered 2 Big Macs, 1 L. Fries, 1 Van Milkshake and 1 Apple Pie. When delivered, 1 Big Mac was missing. When I asked for a refund for it, they claimed I was doing dubious activity and would not refund the missing item. So I cancelled my account. Stay away from Uber, they are thieves. Initially I did not know Uber was this bad, but they are VERY BAD. No matter any mistakes, they NEVER refund.

Uber customer support and driver support is non existant they will also try to fire and terminate you for no reason whatsoever and try their hardest to discredit you as an individual for no reason. This company dhouldnt even exist as a serr ice if they treat their drivers, customers and employees as bad as they do. I wonder how it is people like them exist as a company when they do wrong to so many people. I might just make a 4chan and reddit thread about them.
