Uber has the worst customer support. No phone number slow response times and off shore associate who are not helpful.

Not very customer friendly app. I've been using it for years and the option for us CONSUMERS has been removed. We can't get in touch with a live costumer support. I'm having a serious situation with one of their drivers and they keep telling me to contact him. HE PUT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR APP!!! My situation: I forgot my phone in his car and called our phone while he was driving away (he knew we forgot the phone.) He picked up the call gave me another phone number and asked me to go to his place (2+ hours away from where he picked me up) to get the phone from him. This app is getting dangerous for us costumers.

I can't stand using Uber. Get's worse every time. You quote me a certain price, so I book a ride. As soon as I'm dropped off , the price on the receipt is ALWAYS more than the quote. I was just quoted $44. As soon as I'm dropped off, it turns to $48. Then, when I go to complain on your website, NONE of the options given, pertain to my problem. I sent a complaint to your Facebook page, still sitting 5 days later. Hasn't even been read. I'll be using Lyft from now on.

Confirm charges, cost 11.26, after ride ended, charge 16.00. talking about tolls. I live 12 mins from destination... No tolls! I was a frequent rider. That stops today.

Uber support is THE WORST. I've had so many issues with them. My latest Uber Eats order was missing half the items. Uber Support refused to give me a refund. After 14 hrs, I finally got a response saying they couldn't refund me because I didn't provide images of the receipt or the food. At this point, the part of the order that did come was in the trash, and therefore I could not take a picture of the order. Besides that, you can't take a picture of food that doesn't exist!! I've had a MUCH better experience with DoorDash. I only switched to Uber to get Marriott points. Not anymore. I will be dumping Uber Eats and Uber because of this latest incident. Will be going with DoorDash and Lyft from now on. I recommend the same for everyone else.

The worst experience. There is no customer service . No way to talk to an agent. I have been subscribed to a membership "Uber one" and I was not aware of it. I ended the subscription but am trying to call for I have been charged for something that I did not subscribe or even use it. I ended the subscription finally. but i also see there was no benefits that came out of this subscription for my orders during the membership. Unable to reach the customer service

Uber's software quoted me a price (not a range) to go from Los Angeles International Airport to my home. The price was very reasonable. I was so thrilled with the driver that I added a 25% tip to the original price. Ninety minutes after I got home, I got an email from Uber that they added over $50 to the trip but did not cite a reason why. I complained to Uber and they told me there was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. Quoting one price before service and charging a different price following service (where the buyer is a captive audience) is fraud.

Uber has the worst customer service I have ever experienced- it is impossible to get someone on the phone and the AI support is useless. Totally unacceptable.

Scheduled 2 rides in advance. Pick up at airport. Had to walk from one end to the other to get to pick up point. Texted driver throughout the walk. He called me to say ,”You’re taking too long. Get another Uber. I said, “You’re kidding!”(The site says don’t worry we’ll wait for you). He said,”No I’m not”. He then hung up on me. Name is Carl not waiting for me from a Yardley PA number. I got a cab instead. Got a call about 1/2 hour later from Steve who said I can get you. I said I was already in a cab. No way to talk to a human being. I made a complaint and the response was you knew how much the ride was before you booked it so no adjustment needed. I had to pay the cab driver, of course, and got no refund from Uber. Disgusting and disgraceful!

Do not use Uber. They are not a good platform anymore. I went back to check my transactions and found three duplicate transactions from Uber and they started saying that they did not do it but they charge my card and it’s on my transaction so you don’t see it on my transactions doesn’t make any sense

Hi uber My self Rajat Bhola. I had a uber eats delivery account with you . My account has been deactivated due to real time id check failure. I was at overseas last month when I received an email or notification that my account has been deactivated. I also applied for appeal with my profile Picture and driving license as a id proof. But the final decision of uber is to keep the account deactivated. Can i do either any kind of appeal or provide any id or evidence so that my account will reactivate again. Please help me out from this issue.. I am looking forward for your reply. Thanks Regards

They customer service can't speak good English and was very bias and racist on the phone against a disability of a customer .Being rude mocking someone with a disability disorder was very inappropriate and not professional. The customer informed the rep that he couldn't understand the language they were speaking and tried to hold a conversation with a rep that didn't speak English or just intentionally didn't want to speak in a manor to understand. This is unacceptable completely. The reason they are in business is because of people needing a ride .This is suppose to be a legitimate company I believe it needs to be shut down also there trying to up the price for a ride stealing customers money. There needs to be a petition to stop there service point blank. 5 mins away $35.94 this is outrageous seriously.

Uber ripping people off because it's Christmas £4.50 journey now over £10, £30 journey is £56 or more adding surcharge on top saying you get priority but still wait 20 mins for a cab I think it's about time councils got well rid of it and get the local taxis BACK

DONT USE THIS SERVICE! Just read all of the other reviews! I wish I had before using them. I had an Uber driver steal my food and my money then there’s no customer support ! Don’t do it!!!!

There is no longer ANY customer support. I keep getting messages from Uber that charges have failed…yet they have NOT failed and credit card issuer confirms there is no problem. There is no way to communicate with Uber about this so, given the company’s history, I can only conclude this is Uber trying to defraud me. The FBI needs to investigate.
