I cancel my Uber account and want it to get my tax statement 1099 NEC, the app did not let me get my tax statement unless I update certain information which I no longer have. The chat agent did not understand my request.

They don't even have Uber. They start taking $9.99 out of my account three months ago. I placed sprite through my bank on them.

I am sick of uber and the lack of communication. Twice Ibooked rides only to watch car getting close to my house, then his route changing. Arrival time kept changing. Missed my appointment once and was late the second time. Today I booked a ride ahead of time for 11am. Saw time listed was 11:30. Tried desperately to change it. App wouldn’t allow it. Calls kept saying no one was available to answer. Eventually disconnected after waiting a few mminutes. Now I’m charged for cancellation. I am through with Uber. Not expecting an acknowledgment of this communication.

Booked a cab on the app. Wanted to change destination as I needed to add on another stop. App would not do this ( it never do) so had to cancel the booking and rebook with new destinations. Only Uber took out money from the first booking and didn’t refund me and lost £5 for a ride I did not take. Called Uber and apparently my home post code don’t exist! Absolutely awful service.

I was using my PC trying to get the price for transport and I followed the directions to get the results. Turns out I started an account but something went awry and the locked it for some reason. I wasn't even on for five minutes. I finally found a place to appeal and it turns out I did something against their terms and conditions and they banned me forever. I am a senior citizen and I have no idea what I did wrong.

We booked a ride in advance and was quoted a high price. Since it was snowing and difficult driving conditions I assumed that was the reason for the stiff price. Only when I later viewed the details of the price did I note we were charged a $50 booking fee!! Are you kidding me. I thought the extra dough was going to the driver, not. I complained and got the canned answer. I won't be using Uber again if I can avoid them.

Inability to answer simple questions. Clearly mainly AI scripted bots that give irrelevant answers. Does not actually help. Copy and paste responses. Will lie about communication and end the chat if they don't understand what you're saying.

Many times when I order Uber eats the food arrives ice cold. If you can’t supply hot food then the establishment or driver should not subscribe to Uber eats

Uber East support is completely useless as of late. The responses I’ve been getting are completely irrelevant from the question and seem to be generic AI responses. No regard for food safety concerns or refunds for missing items. VERY disappointed. Will never use again!!!!

My son ordered me and my husband to manchester on the 2nd Feb from chorley both drivers were very nice and pleasant, on Friday ordered an uber from AO arena bk to chorley the driver was called Naheem he was a lovely guy so nice and curtious to us. Thank you so much Naheem. Customers from buckshaw drive chorley.

Uber driver never showed up and I took Lyft home and Uber charged me for a completed Ride, not even a cancellation fee, and M any repeated tries to get help failed, look out for this.

Their service sucks for drivers. You cant call a number to speak to a person unless you go into the app and talk to AI.

What's wrong with you guys?anytime i book ride it's sure to be cancelled for the first 2-3 times, and booking is done only if you are lucky that day, wherever the destination is, whenever the time is, the booking is done within seconds and then the driver calls to cancel the ride. What if there's an emergency? Do you people want to continue your business in this state? If yes,then please change your attitude towards passengers.

Uber is too big now and quality customer service isn't their model any more. I had to drivers cancel today I'm finished using Uber ill try another service

I am increasingly frustrated with Uber. Initially, I had a driver who kept my phone, and Uber's response was inadequate. I acknowledge that I left it in the car, but their handling of the situation was disappointing. I tried to move past that incident, but recently, I requested a ride and was informed that my driver would arrive in 11 minutes. As the timer approached 3 minutes, I went outside, only to see the timer jump from 1 minute back to 4 minutes. I waited, watching my driver on the map, who was just sitting a few blocks away. Since I opted for a shared ride, I assumed he might be picking up another passenger, even though the app didn’t indicate that. After waiting without any movement, I messaged the driver to check if everything was alright, but received no reply. After about 8 minutes of inactivity, I decided to cancel the ride, which meant I had to pay for an UberX to avoid being late for work. The UberX cost $6 more, but I had no other option. After booking it, the same driver who had been idling for 15 minutes accepted the new ride. When I asked him why he had not moved, he claimed he didn’t speak English, despite having no accent. I attempted to file a complaint with Uber, but it was nearly impossible to reach a real person; I could only select from a list of options that didn’t address my issue. Although Lyft is typically a bit pricier, I will be choosing them for my rides from now on.

They keep delivering my food to the wrong address, people don't keep the food warm in the special bag, the last order was açai and I only asked for one topping. They pretty much filled my cup with condensed milk. It takes long for Uber support for reply. Uber hasn't done anything to stop people from delivering my orders to the wrong address, to make sure they are reading the notes or that they are keeping my food warm. All talk and no action. It feels like they are taking advantage of me because I'm paying money for this poor service with no solutions to consistent problems.

I requsted a ride and usually if the price is reasonable for me I will book it if its to high I will not to save money and now I have been noticing they have been pulling more money out of my account and to me this is just unacceptable. If this is there new method of taking peoples hard earned money in such an unethicle way, its very dissapointing.
