Horrible- get real people - ordered and two minutes later cancelled and they said I was charged almost $18 on a $24 order.

Uber eats sucks ass. I was charged for food I never received these people are thieves and rip people off. I gave the driver directions and he just sat by the Starbucks and didn’t even try to find my house and they cancelled my order. The driver probably ate the food because I’ve heard that has happened before with another delivery company. He said he tried to call me which was a blatant lie.

they cancelled the order after 2 hours waiting. and funds wont be back in my account for days, contacted supportt, they didnt care at all. theyve left a disabled person without food and money!

My kid accidentally ordered a meal. As soon as I heard it ding I quickly canceled it less than 45 seconds went by. They still charge my card for the meal even though I tried multiple times to get a refund. Even though I was able to show proof that I canceled it within a minute. They claimed that the restaurant had already accepted the order and made it Don't know how that happened in 1 minute. And they were unable to issue me a refund. I had to call my credit card and dispute the charge and then cancel my card. I had officially closed out my Uber account and then they reopened it saying that I owed the money. For an order one I never received and two should have never even been charged. I highly recommend that you do not use this company for anything. They're extremely untrusted and they steal your money. I still have my proof where the order was canceled under a minute and I'm still fighting the charge 3 months later.

Contacted their customer service. Their agent was not helpful, didn't resolve my issue nor did they even try to , then ended the chat before even asking me if I needed anything else. Horrible customer service.

I had 2 drivers cancel on me back to back for no reason then I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee. Ripoff!!

I ordered from Uber Eats last night and received a notification that my order was arriving. Upon opening the Uber app, I noticed that the arrival time kept bouncing from 1 to 2 mins. After 5mins of this, I then saw the Uber driver leaving. I did not receive a notification that my order was delivered, a picture confirming that it was delivered, or a request for my pin that is required by Uber delivery. I then texted the deliver asking if he delivered my food, and if so where is it. He then responded to my message, in Spanish, that it was downstairs in the lobby. Of course, when I got down there it wasn't. When I reached out to Uber Support with my complaint, it took them over 24hrs to come up with a "resolution" which was no resolution. They claimed that the Uber delivery guy tried to get a hold of me, which he didn't, I reached out to him, and that he waited 8 minutes, and then left it in a "safe spot". What is considered a safe spot? Someone else's door? I spoke to the concierge in my building and they told me that he was confused, spoked zero English and got off on the wrong floor. Where is the proof that he delivered it to me, he failed to provide any verification. And on top of that he was unable to communicate and lied, I am now suffering the consequences. I will never use Uber again, for food or a ride.

On 02.02.2025 I had booked a ride and the bill was paid by cash as insisted by the driver. On 10.2.2025 I tried to book a cab, I was shown the previous amount as unpaid. So I had to pay it and proceeded for booking, the journey was successfully completed and the amount was paid cash as insisted by the driver. Again when I tried to book a cab yesterday the pending amount is seen. Though I had paid the amount my uber account is showing as Rs 563.72 pending. Will someone respond. I have lodged complaint via app also.

They don’t know anything and never resolve any issue. They don’t even listen carefully and just read you one of their ready made responses. There is no point in having the support team because they are useless.

It worked out for a while. Until February 19th 2025. When I needed a ride to the doctor's office. I used my Aetna benefits card to pay for the ride. Uber claims I didn't pay them. I called up the Aetna CVS OTC benefits card line. They told me that Uber charged me. Seems they want extra money. Not going to use Uber again.

Yes, uber customer service does not exist. The best way to deal with any disputed charge is with your bank or credit card company!

I cannot find a way to get to an uber representative. None of the options on the help page apply to my complaint. My actual driver was great. However, I was told that the first driver would pick me up within 10 minutes. That turned out to be over 1 hour! Suddenly I had a different driver. Lisa was supposed to pick me up at first. I wrote her 5 messages on the ap to find out what was going on. She never wrote back. She could at least have notified me of what was going on! I feel that I deserve a partial refund for having to wait for an hour. I walked to the end of the street to help the driver because someone with a flat tire was blocking the way. I stood there for 20 min waiting, and then finally walked back to the house. I have bad knees and hips and this was quite an inconvenience! I don't like the fact that you have no customer service representatives! I am deleting the ap, and will use another service from here on out! I am also going to write a Google review to let others know about your lack of customer service!

I flew in last night from a LONG flight and picked up Uber. The driver took me out of DC to Virginia and put me out of his vehicle at 112pm. I has to calk another Uber to take me to my destination which is in DC. When I realized that the driver was going a different way and confronted him, he lied and said that this was what I asked for. I felt unsafe and because I have a vision disability, I was vulnerable. Luckily I had resources and my phone battery charged up to call another driver. I've never had this experience so riders beaware.

I have never used uber someone else used my card and created an account with my card and uber is refusing to give my money back. Saying it's not fraud charges when clearly it is. Someone spent over $200 on my card. An Uber said it's not their problem. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. As well as made a police report. I don't understand how a business can do this to someone and get away with it.
