Scheduled a ride to the airport a week prior to the flight, day of it says no drivers available, missed my flight and had to buy more tickets, thanks Uber!

Driver tries to put 3 children and one adult in the backseat with only three seatbelts. He also drove 136km. Very dangerous and we are unhappy that uber did nothing and still charged us for our trip. Poor customer service

Totally disappoints and makes upset to their customer. Had trip yesterday with one driver who was very rude and aggressive. Also used some abusive words. When I asked him to leave he left us in the middle of road. More surprising before we put his feedback, to save himself he put false blame on us and then uber charged us unnecessarily. He also put an incorrect blame that I was drunk as this was totally intolerable as I am from a Sikh family and didn't ever touch alcohol in my life. But Uber charged me unnecessarily without listening my side.

I paid to a stupid driver 950 Rupees, and in receipt it is showing 699. I want my refund idiots.

Unacceptable UBER has no customer service. You can't contact anyone it's absolutely frustrating. Long story short. I had a PetSmart ordered delivered by UBER Direct, the driver pulled up into my property and demanded $30 for a ferry ride that he had to take to bring my order. I am like dude PetSmart doesn't charge their customers extra money upon delivery . It was an online order directly from PetSmart all prices taxes and shipping fees were included at checkout. He insisted I pay him I told him to get out of my property or else I will call the police. He called me a b word. Uber is hiring people without verification. This vehicle had no front license plate the driver obviously was trying to illegally charge a customer money for what? Unacceptable. Pet's smart adviced me to report to Uber immediately. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to report this incident. Please be aware of this type of delivery drivers. Glad my husband was home.

I am absolutely appalled by Uber's handling of a recent billing issue. My wife was charged $96 for an entire year of Uber One when she clearly intended to sign up for just one month. This was an obvious mistake, yet Uber has refused to provide a refund. We contacted customer support immediately after noticing the error, expecting a quick resolution for such a straightforward issue. Instead, we were met with dismissive responses and a total lack of accountability. For a company of this size and reputation, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but a business that values its customers should be willing to make things right—especially when it's their app or system that causes the confusion. The refusal to issue a refund for a service that wasn’t intended to be purchased is not only disappointing but also feels like a blatant cash grab. We’ve been loyal Uber customers for years, but this experience has left us questioning whether the convenience is worth dealing with a company that doesn’t care about its customers. Proceed with caution—Uber’s customer service is non-existent, and their refund policies are a joke!

They kept ignoring the safety concerns I had brought forward to them about a driver. For context this driver kept accepting and cancelling my journey messing me about. Where as in which time I could have got someone who would actually take my journey. For a safety perspective it was dark out and that kind of messing about anything could have happened to me in that time. I relayed this to Uber and they have ignored me deciding to defend the driver. They have lost me as a customer as I have now deleted my account. If anyone asks me would I recommend Uber I do not and will be saying as such and the reason why. Going to be taking this further as I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service I have gotten with Uber from this.

I usually take Uber to my work because my car is broken, they charged me between 13.00-15.00, now for the same trip they tried to charge me $35.00, I use now indrive that v they charge me for the same trip $13.70

Ridershare companies don't even care about drivers. Per hour is not more than 7 dollars and every driver is paying more than 14% of every trip as taxes to toronto city. But there is no voice.

I was charged $96.00 for Uber one annual membership in which I never paid for and can't get in touch with anyone via email or by phone for a refund and there's no reply back or anything. There communication process is horrible.

on 11-22-24 I was charged a cancellation fee for a driver who never showed up. And there is no way I can find to complain to Uber or request a refund

It's ridiculous how many times you go to pick up a order only to find out the order was already picked or not available. Happens so many times and when you call support they always say noted. But don't worry we canceled the order and ull continue to receive orders. No compensation for our time , effort or gas. It's ridiculous. They don't care. Nothing changes.

On Nov 29th. I went to pick up my child blanket from daycare. The driver told me I should leave my 4 year old child with him. Told him no. He does not know u. He gave me a smirk on his face. Told him he was a sicko.

The driver's car light didn't come on when I opened the door so I inadvertently left my cane inside. Uber wouldn't let me message her. She sped off before I got to my steps. Uber said it would cost $20 to even inquire about my cane. So, I downloaded Lyft to use for now one.

My neighbor left her phone in her Uber card yesterday. She never heard from the driver and came to me to use my phone to contact Uber customer service (I use the term in the very loose possible way). ALl you can do is "chat" with "human-powered" representatives (autobots) and get the same word for word replies with each question. If the bot feels it has given you all you need it ends the chat!!! I was able to access her ride account only once and give them the info (Driver, ride time date and addresses). They tried to contact the driver but, of course, he didn't answer. We never got an update or the return of the phone. I tried calling the phone and it went straight to voice mail. I texted and no response. My friend is elderly and frail so wasn't able to report via her computer app. Very disappointed and appalled the the lack of "service" from Uber. I will never use them again. At least Yellow Cab has easier ways to contact their company.
