Safety concerns with uber putting drivers in danger with incorrect and unsafe map directions. Service would not address issue. Also there mistake cost drivers money but they do not adequately compensate for lost revenue. Service is arrogant and unhelpful.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME AWARD GOES TO UBER SUPPORT!!!! I called them once the person said your document(driver abstract) was made in 2021 which is not valid when I confirmed with him that it was issued in 2023 which stated right on the the top he hung up the phone on me.. I don’t know what to say about it but this is the worst experience I had for the lifetime. Uber should really hire some professional people

BEWARE, UBER RIDES ARE NOT SAFE!!! Uber does not security screen their drivers, in fact they have a disclaimer that they are not responsible for safety once you book their rides. An über driver called Ceasar seized my i-pone forcefully from me right before my ride ended and he dropped me off, I have provided uber with his name and registration but they claim they gave him a call and he is not responding to their call so there is nothing they can do. Please be careful beware Beware!! his name is Cesar , i believe he planned to do worse that night he picked me up in NY. See his license and plate details and photos attached. Uber has confirmed they do not hold drivers registered on their platform accountable. DRIVER NAME: CESAR License Plate: T698341C FHV License Number: 5682677 Driver's TLC License Number: 5356126

Had a very bad experience. The driver first ask for the pin and then after the pin. Within 2 mins of time he was my car is not working and even CNG is over. When I tried to cancel the trip UBER is asking for money and even the driver. The driver is very bad and arrogant. Infact even Uber customer service or the app is not at all helping. Within 5 mins of my journey I had to leave the taxi. Service is extremely bad

I tried to order an Uber with my friend and while I was waiting for my friend the Uber drove off. I tried to find him but I couldn't. I also tried to complain but it was so hard to find that I couldn't. I don't understand why it was so hard to say something. Except I do. Uber makes it hard and I'm really upset at how hard it is to complain. It's actually ridiculous.

Zero customer service. I hate companies like this. We should boycott them until they have to go bankrupt and fail. I've had enough. It's time to make companies pay for bad service. Uber is on the list for terrible service. They need to be punished by the public. Don't use them.

Seems like your customer service support is a bot. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved because of this. I kept on receiving the same response over and over. Even when I asked a different question, in regards to my issue. Uber really needs to have a live customer service reps. Very disappointing.

Agent did not listen or respond to the actual issue, just gave a standard response and issue with App location continued for several days. I am not going to waist my time sending you pictures as you have too much to improve. Do beter.

This is not the first experience tgis is maybe the 10th, They don’t know English enough and they ask 10 times what is the issue and after all that they still don’t understand it and they try so hard to avoid take the responsibility and solve the issue and they also very good with i’ll send you to the right team, very very very bad customer services.

I'm not sure how a customer service within a particular company can operate with the ignorance and incompetence of agents like Bhavya and Deepak. My experience aside which has been extremely subpar and full of agents with the IQ of a shoelace, trying to rush on to the next caller regardless of their inability to resolve any issues. These agents are clearly not qualified however this is on Uber themselves and is systemic within their organization. They had a chance to really shine and spearhead in a direction that the world is obviously going however, profits have outpaced customer service. Bad business ladies and gentlemen. Bad bad bad boys. Bad Uber!!!! Bad!!!

Worst support ever; too frustrating and drive me crazy. I linked two accounts, and customer support deleted all my ride history without asking me which version I wanted to keep as the main one and what will happen. I lost all the invoices that I would claim at work, and I couldn't find anyone to communicate with after they closed the case without even asking if that was ok.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I have been trying to contact uber for 3 days I placed an order the delivery driver was rude to me I waited an hour for my order it was freezing cold when it came the driver was sat in a place for 20 minutes when he was ment to be delivering my order I have contacted uber eats about this matter they are refusing to give me my money back and now they are ignoring me they won't reply

Tried to chat support with Uber regarding "3 unfinished charges" that instantly appeared in my wallet. The amounts do not show in my trips nor can Uber tell me what they are for. All support does is say "I can help you just me us a valid form of payment" to pay them off. Where is the detail? No phone number to call either. The chat is useless. UBER SUCKS!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to start using the Uber service, but I never dreamed that you would rob me in this strange way before my very first ride. I only stay with Bolt, where whenever I needed help with anything, they helped me IMMEDIATELY and with a nice attitude, they obviously have no need to rob their clients. I will continue to address the situation and delete your application. If paying back £14 that you stole from a client based on a fabricated FOUR year old process is such a problem for you, then it speaks to the desperate situation of this company and the even more desperate attitude towards your clients. This would never happen with Bolt. This is no longer about £14, but about an absolutely unbelievable attitude and ripping off clients. Here you can see that stealing £14 is more important to you than keeping/getting a client. Approach as from the last century. So I'm filing an official complaint against you for this theft, if it can't be resolved through customer service. Thank you for nothing.

I would give 0 stars.customer doesn't resolve issues. They have you tip driver before delivery. Then you can't edit it to 0 if the service is shotty.

My driver found my lost jacket minutes after I left his car on my ride to the airport in April. He promised to send it back but never did. I contacted Uber support numerous times but to no avail. I really miss my ítem, and would definitely pay to get it back. I don’t think the Uber support ever addressed my issue. It would have been different if he could find it, but I called him within minutes and the driver named Christopher confirmed that he has my item. The Uber support team suggested that I file a police report, which I think is excessive. A simple phone call to the driver from the management team would have likely resolved the issue. Thanks

Uber disconnected my account after the first trip and gave no reason. Just a generalised hint at their conditions. It is now not possible to take the case up with them as they always refer to this older communication and its "link" that I have no clue how to recover. The situation is locked into this loop. The only option that was also given was to login to the no more existing account. I had used UBER EATS without problems before. Remarkably unhelpful indeed.
