If ther dricer support is going to be for English speaking drivers they need to speak and understand English to do their basic job. Just plain and simple. Customer/driver supports for English speaking countries need to have enough basic English skills.

Uber Driver support and help desk is absolutely terrible. The text message support is just as useless as the phone support. It all seems automated like you’re talking with robots. You can type a complete description of your issue as clear as day and it’s like they don’t even read it or comprehend it.

UBER SUPPORT IS THE WORST!!! ABSOULUTE GARBAGE! The representatives are extremely unprofessional and untrained! Their system has major issues that no one seems to be able to figure out. If you need help navigating any issues, you're going to have to wait forever and chances are NOTHING will be done. Don't waste your time trying to become a driver! Don't waste your time using Uber at all!

Always have to end up talking the most unqualified unprofessional support agents. Fire all of these overseas agents and hire agents who are more qualified and know how to their job! Hire agents in the United States for god sake. Holy Cow. These foreigners with their heavy accents and terrible service is just terrible. Fire all of them and hire new ones in the United States even. Speak English!!!!

Worst ever. Took forever to find the right person. Then they had me on hold while they looked somehting up. Then after 15 minutes they said thanks for my patience, wrote that I would get an email from another team in an hour or as soon as they could, then they terminated the chat.

Called customer service for Uber eats. After the customer service representative would not resolve my problem. I asked him customer service representative for a supervisor. The first thing they said of course. "The supervisor has the same information we have. I don't know if there's a supervisor here."after asking to speak with a supervisor at least 10 times the representative finally put me on hold came back and said a supervisor will call you back in 10 minutes. But remember there was no supervisor available. I never received my order. I ordered medication that was delivered to the wrong address. The medication ordered could potentially be a danger to children. The app makes it impossible to make the complaint. I should not have to navigate outside the app to make a complaint. Then the supervisor tells me we can give you your $35 back in Uber cash or we can return it to your bank account in three installments. What kind of BS is Uber pulling. They've got these people out here delivering items to the wrong address that could be a potential harm. The customer service representative thanks people are stupid and believe that there's no supervisor on The clock to make a complaint to. Should not take a customer asking 10 times to speak to a supervisor. Here's the kicker the how stage delivered the address to doesn't even fit the description of any house in my neighborhood. Uber so busy advertising on the app but doesn't make it a simple tap on the screen to contact customer service. I would never use Uber ever again for delivery. I can only imagine an elderly person or a child being delivered to the wrong address. After going back and forth asking for a supervisor finally the customer service representative put me on hold. He came back to the phone and said a supervisor will contact you in 10 minutes. At this point I had to remind him not to have one of his colleagues call me portraying a supervisor. Because remember he told me there was no supervisor on duty. But now all of a sudden the supervisors calling me back in 10 minutes. After speaking with the supervisor the supervisor agreed as you know to refund my money. She claims she was making an exception to give me back my money for item I never received. Uber y'all really need to get it together and stop robbing people of their hard-earned money.

Am not satisfied as as a valued Uber Custer on the $34.51 the trip was 22.51 was told by one of your agent that driver took a different route this on my side has not been resolved coz your company debited more than what appeared it’s not my problem as a Custer that driver takes a longer route that am responsible.

Im a 5 star Uber driver and I've been driving for a little over a year in both Boston, Ma and Providenc, RI. However recently all of sudden my account stop allowing me to receive Uber X in my home state, before this I was driving in 2 states (MA and RI) with no issues. I have spoken to at least 12 associates from Uber support and no one can tell me what happen or how to resolve this. They all give different responses, first they told me it was an internal issue that they would work on it and never did, then they made me reapply to drive in a new city and majority of them didn't understand my issue and was of no help. Its very frustrating when you have a group of employees and no one is able to help. Uber have the worst customer support for drivers. A multi-billion company and you can't afford to have a knowledge worker that understands issues that arise within the app.

Send a package with Uber package, driver cancels 10 minutes in and still has not returned the package, Have customer waiting on other end and Uber service won’t credit the drive and I have to pay $20.00 to get the package back, then agent transfers me and message reads someone will get back to you in 6-12 hours, what a joke

My driver was scheduled to arrive at 4am. He never showed up, arrived at the wrong address, and I was left scrambling to get to the airport. The idiot driver, James, sent a text stating, " Unfortunately, your ride has been cancelled." Yet, said idiot charged $14.50 for nothing. I'm suing....Uber is the epitome of crooked and needs to be stopped. BOYCOTT UBER.

I’m an Uber driver and I needed help with my wallet because it said I owed Uber $24.92 due to a fare adjustment after I cashed out. I did not find it my responsibility to pay this due to a customer error. I called customer support in hopes that they could expunge the negative balance. Only to find out I’d be transferred 10 times to different people who wouldn’t be able to help because when they put me on hold to “investigate further” a new voice asked me why I was calling Uber support today. So I kept going in circles. Finally, the 10th person I spoke to said that the messaging team will email me regarding my issue. So I’m hoping that there is actually a messaging team and they do in fact email me. Absolutely awful, unorganized, unprofessional, and just out right disappointing.

Haven't you noticed that it is nearly impossible to reach Uber and communicate your issues and concerns? I just uninstalled my Uber app and I feel great relief. These folks are corrupt. James, my loser driver, never showed up for a transport from my condo in Tempe to Sky Harbor airport. He was not even close to my address, yet charged my friend a waiting fee. Because of his gross negligence, I was charged $150 at the airport for parking. I still plan to file a legal complaint in Civil court.

A car litterally hit mines and I was left waiting for 15mins for a resolve and Uber didn’t even refund part for that journey the team resolve was so bad no accountability was taken at first and then I was on the phone to them for ages and they said they’ll look further into it and cancelled the investigation in 6 Second after they told me they’ll look into it

Uber should change or train their support team or otherwise they will be loosing their drivers or customers. It takes weeks or even months before they will fix your issue or help you with something. They just don’t care

I don’t understand how can a support team have no clue what we are talking about most of the times. Different representatives give me different answers to any issue that I encounter and none of them is normally even close to the solution. I spend hours talking to them every time and my issue is never resolved until it is escalated to the higher management. The representatives are so poorly trained, i give them information they are supposed to be giving to me. Very poor support from Uber. I am having an issue at the moment, three agents told me the GST number is the issue, spent hours following their lead until their supervisor confirmed it was not the issue, then they suggested a different issue which also turned out not to be it and am still waiting, it’s been days and i am still waiting for them to simply figure out what’s wrong. I don’t normally like to write a bad review about anyone but this has happened too many times already, they seriously and urgently need to improve their support team, some people live off Uber and they can’t afford to wait that long..

Uber is a JOKE! They have no real customer support. It's all overseas or straight Ai. Be careful when signing up to drive. It's almost impossible to update your bank deposit information. Especially, if there is an unknown or old account attached to it. Do not drive until you get this situated which can take an undetermined amount of time. Good Luck!

My first time in England on holiday and I tried to book an uber, I booked 40mins in advance and I received an email saying my booking was confirmed. Then 5 minutes after my uber was suppose to arrive I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled.

I pay a monthly subscription EVERY MONTH just to get HORRIBLE discounts (for example I got A 40% up to 15$ off for Uber eats discount only for the order total to come up to 26$ and I still had to pay 21$ WITH THE DISCOUNT AND MY UBER ONE!!!! I also just canceled a ride that was 10 mins away because I was On my way to work and that would take entirely too long only for them to charge me a cancellation fee that was 5.75$ only given back in Uber credits & my CARD was charged the FULL AMOUNT. This is RIDICULOUS and I hope No one decides to pay that STUPID monthly subscription. It’s a SCAM!!!
