If I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! MS. EUNICE DECIDED TO EXCEPT THE PICK UP, SHE GETS TO ME AND ASK WHATS THE ADDRESS I TELL THAT OLD BIT** THE ADDRESS SHE INSTANTLY SAID O I DONT GO IN THAT AREA, THEN WTF DID U EXCEPT THE RIDE! Absolute useless support team with the same scripted answers. Account blocked for 7 days after id verification request. Upon passing the id verification account get blocked joke support and the same answers everytime you call or message through the help section.

Uber is the only company that I know that charges you double for a worse ride. My ride to work averages between $10 and $12. But i work at a hospital so my ride homw averages $12 to $15 with a longer wait time. But every so often they surge their peices when their qait times are exponentially long. The other day they asked for $30 for the same ride. And their drivers definitely dont get enough out of that . Its a shameful, yet shameless business.

On 11/16/23 i put $40 on my cash app card and reserved an Uber to pick me up from my home the following morning. After making my reservation Uber out $36.97 on hold. The next day after my driver picked me up and dropped me off my card was charged 2 more times for the same amount and then i received a notification saying my card was declined. Then a few hours later my card was charged 2 more times. The next day my card was charged 2 more times and then two days later Uber tried to charge my bank card, 2 credit cards and a card that belonged to a friend that i had listed in my Uber forms of payment. No one gave Uber permission to charge anybody card nor any of my other cards. During the time these charges were being made to my cards i was in mid conversation with Uber customer service. Now last night on 11/23/23 my cash app card was refunded the $36.98 that was ORIGINALLY put on hold when i made my reservation. So I’m trying to understand whyyyyyyyyyyy did Uber NOT see the charge on hold on my cash app and whyyyy Uber felt like it was okay to charge a card that did not belong to me when from the very beginning the money for my trip was already on hold ? Make it make sense!!! UBER IS A THEIF AND IF YOU DONT WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

The company charging extra money, first they pre cut extra amount, but after that extra amount not giving back, I received email for another amount and they charge different amount , this is fraud

What a joke. Some bum mf scammed, said he picked my mother in law up and dropped her off, he never did. Called customer support and they're some a**holes, will never use Uber again

Zero stars not 1. They have left me unable to work for 4 days due to a system error. There is mo such thing as customer service as I've left over 40 messages with mo reply. Don't bother working for these guys as there is no support if things go wrong. They are a joke of a company

Very unsatisfied with Uber. I use this wevice alot! Generally I don't have any issues. Last night we took a ride home and the car that picked us up clearly had an issue with its tire. I requested we not take freeways because it sounded very unsafe. Then we decided to end the trip early due to it being unsafe. We caught a different driver for a ride home. Today (sunday) we ordered an unber from my boyfriends account. It's the same driver. He takes the freeways. The car starts making offal noises towards the end of the trip and we realize it's the same driver. Even after reporting the unsafe vehicle to uber they still didn't pull the driver and demand an inspection. Someone e is begging for a law suit.

I used Uber cab service on 14th November 2023 and uber driver double charged me at the spot of destination. Raised concerned with Uber but they are not ready to reimburse because I already had similar case in the past. Pathetic customer support

I wouldn't recommend Uber if they paid me to recommend them it's a scam the people working for them are scams I had an item that was misplaced in an Uber my house keys and my car keys and what did they tell me that I couldn't reach out to them because I was not a business person and for 3 weeks I've attempted and I even called the police over bogus app bogus people bogus vehicles bogus license plates do not use

This place is a rip off .. don't use them ever . Bait switch.. amount of initial charge and discount but will hold more money and never return . Make sure you take pictures of highlighted blue amount . Cuz it will never come back on receipt.

Read for yourself what went wrong, and what is wrong with this company... I have never posted a review, but I am at my wit's end and want to go scream at Dara Khosrowshahi for the scam he is overseeing in the name of Customer Support. And if he is unaware of how awful Uber CS is then someone should englighten him... If only he could try requesting a resolution himself he'd want to scream at himself and probably fire those who've created and manage this monster. Read below... Worst customer service on planet earth! They ask you what the issue is and as soon as they get confused you have to start over with another representative. And simple math and simple issues confuse them. Will tell you they are putting you on 2-3 minute hold then come back and do it over and over. Next thing you know hours have gone by and your on rep number 10. Ridiculous.

I am going to sue your company trust me on that. Your NYC and New Rochelle drivers and passengers are some grimmy thieving criminals. I left my 2 iphones in your car on November 6, 2023 at 1203am in driver “Sumas” car when I was picked up at 271 North Avenue in New Rochelle and dropped off at 920 Baychester Avenue in the Bronx and either the driver or next passenger got the 2 phones. It’s logic, not rocket science. Your stupid app chat told me the driver doesn’t have the phones and you can’t tell me who the passenger was who go in after? Ok, maybe you will tell NYPD and NYS Supreme Court when I sue your asses!

Me hicieron un presupuesto de 16£ y luego me envíaron un email: “Debido a los peajes o recargos imprevistos de este viaje, hemos ajustado tu estimación de precio para que refleje los cargos que se han generado realmente. The worst costume support ever, the agency unprofessional and they ask you many times what’s the issue and after that they don’t know how to fix it so they transfer you to another unprofessional agency to repeat 🔁 and repeat, I swear every time I call this customer support they waist my time and transfer me at least 6 times until I gave up 😡😡😡😡😡😡
