“The room was very cold. Was told the heating was switched off for the summer. On my return my car was covered in sap and dirt from nearby trees. Fortunately I had some wipes to clean the glass. Took 10 mins to clear.”

“On return car was parked on an upper floor level to where it stated it would be parked. We were just told to go and find it and that our car would be somewhere to the right on the floor above, which in a car park of that size was not very reassuring! When I asked if someone would show me they said no "you'll find it yourself"?! We did, but had to walk around clicking the central locking to try and locate it. Not very convinced / reassured with this company.”

“Excellent as always. Holiday parking plus overnight hotel. Have used HE at least a 100+ times over the last 20 years. Easy website, great choice, easy to understand and excellent directions and extras offered.”

“Small room but had everything we needed. Transferred to airport easily. We were delayed getting back but all was fine. Very friendly staff and made to feel welcome from the start. Even helped us load up our luggage on return. Nice and close to the airport.”

“Straight forward drop off parking space no problem at GLASGOW INTERNATIONAL.taken straight to airport. Pick up on return was a wait about 10 minutes. Driver on return very attentive checked names then loaded luggage onboard bus. Never use any other car park always found sky park very straight forward and easy. Well done all.”

“So easy, pulled up in the car park, gave over my keys, received ticket for return, in terminal within 3 minutes. On return called once received luggage, walked back to car park and waited 5 mins and car was there. Highly recommend”

“Booked meet and greet through holiday extra for airport parking. Very easy and uncomplicated procedure. Very happy. Car park was just across the road from our terminal.”

“Not worth a star!!, shocking from start to finish with this company. On arrival, they state park up in arrival bays unload and drop your keys off - we arrive and had to find parking, with the next car / family being told to park on the roadside, outside of the car park?. We also had a bigger bus on arrival not the case on way back On our return!, waited over an hour at the pick up point in a long queue only to see the first pick up bus to arrive being a small shuttle bus (max of ten people) and then the second collection bus, not a bus at all, but a 8 seater mini bus (taxi style)! Which stated no pushchairs. On our return, we stood outside in the queue in the rain and cold weather with a 18 month old and 9 year old and when we rang and spoke to the operator, their answer was, we are running to two buses and we be there shortly? This service put a real dumper on a great holiday. Avoid booking with Park 2 travel at Leeds Bradford airport.”

“Good service, but long wait for the buses. Also at Stansted Airport the queue for long stay is the same as Jet parks and it was chaos when 2 buses arrived almost at the same time. Need to have a better queuing system so there isn't a mad pzn8c”

“Struggled to find a space, ended up driving round for 45 minutes. And no toilets absolute nightmare with a 4 year old. Also gravel with cases!?!”
