“Easy to book online, Easy to make amendments, and excellent communication with regular updates on traffic and road conditions etc. Very helpful staff on site and more importantly regular buses to and from the airport.”

“Car parked for 2 weeks to be covered in what appears to be cement including the sun roof of a 6 month old car. Car was valeted before entrance admission photos will show a clean car. Poor complaints system with a telephone number that apparently belongs to another company. No feed back from my complaint, which is fairly urgent and will have to wait 15 days for response! Complaint procedure explained but not how to make a complaint-needs to be bought up to current procedures.”

“Excellent transfer. Was staying in the heart of Malaga where cars are restricted, but he managed to get me right there which was fab as it was past midnight and a solo female traveller.”

“So easy to use , from car park to airport in less than 15 minutes, both departure and arrival. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Flew from Leeds Bradford”

“Easy process on booking, arrival, departure and transfers on bus, although the bus was very full. A distance from airport, so wouldn’t be first choice to book. Downside car park is not tarmac or smooth surfaced and because of this returned to a dirty car due to dust from stone surface.”

“The Doubletree by Hilton at Newcastle airport is well placed for an overnight stay. The price is good and no complaints about the accommodation. Check in and out very straightforward. Have used before and will use again.”
