“Booking was for 8.20pm landing plus 1hr. Good communication when we landed from the driver and said msg when through and outside. We did, 3 mins before the hour was up. Told by the driver we were a “no show” and he hung up. Phoned the contact number to be told, we had landed 5mins early and only had 45mins from landing. Would not listen to me saying we had an hour from 8.20 as per agreement and also hung up! Had to sort taxi but in fairness, Holiday Extra refunded the cost plus £22. First time using this service, will think twice before using again. Also, take screen shots of your messages etc as you will need them.”

“Hotel and parking there fine but shuttle service not so easy. Couldn’t find desk on arrival and had to wait for shuttle which is individually ordered.”

“So Easy to Book easy to get to just park up remember your number where you parked go to office check in is easy deposit your keys get your receipt and get on the bus it's as easy as that when you return get on the Silver zone Bus and collect your keys and that's it”

“I didn’t realise this was ‘key drop’ parking. Whether that was unclear or I just dudnt notice when I booked, I don’t know. I return to find my car moved which I guess is what they do? I always ensure everything in my car is off & my wing mirrors folded in everytime I park. My seat position was totally changed, my wing mirrors weren’t folded in, my windscreen wipers were halfway across the windscreen & my radio blasting Heart FM? The outside of my car was absolutely plastered in bird poo. It looked like a bucketful of sloppy sand & cement had been tipped over it. I took photos & went straight back in to show them & their response was because it’s ‘an act of God’!”
