“Easy parking a short stroll away from terminal.”

“Did not turn up. Could not contact them. Normal contact number + emergency telephone number + desk at the airport could not help. Had to get public transport. Compensation link did not work as it did not recognise my booking. All in all a zero.”

“This service is great and easy to use. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Just drive to the barrier then once it opens find a space , go to the booking area once you have booked in head to the bus to the airport. When we came back the bus was waiting where they dropped us off. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again.”

“Drivers arrived on time. Car from the airport was waiting for us, but felt the driver drove very fast and felt slightly uncomfortable. Parking at Gatwick easy. Went to wrong bus stop on arrival at Gatwick and asked a bus driver where the pick up was. He pointed at a bus stop 250 yards further on, then drove to that stop for pick up, leaving us to drag our luggage after him to get on the same bus. We are both 80 yrs of age. Not impressed.”

“The taxi transfer was very well organised, he was waiting for us with a name plaque when he arrived at Agadir airport and was courteous and organised. The return trip was equally well organised, with a reminder a couple of days before our return of the pick up time and again the taxi driver was very timely and courteous. Would definitely recommend this service. It was also the best value when I checked a few different prices before I made the booking!! Top service!!”

“Car park was closed upon arrival and had to pay for another car park. I have called and you informed me that my claim is being dealt with but I have heard nothing. Very angry will never book with you again”
