“Easy to book. Found the car park without any problems. Courtesy bus drivers very polite and helpful and they run regularly. Only issue we had was getting out of the car park. We eventually spoke to a member of staff who happily checked our booking and was able to proceed with lifting the barrier. Not sure what the issue was but it was resolved quickly. I would use the mid stay car parking again.”

“Hotel excellent but slightly surprised that MBW Meet and Greet made us pay for car park entry at Heathrow Terminal 2, an extra £7.50 which previously has always been included in the Holiday Extras price”

“The hotel, the room and parking was great. Breakfast was delicious but the evening meal was awful for all 4 of us. Falafel was so dry it was difficult to swallow. Would not recommend at all.”

“Everything about the hotel was good, the room was clean and well equipped with tea making facilities which is very important if making an early start. The hopper bus was on time and got us to terminal 5 in good time early in the morning of our departure. Unfortunately for the second time the transport FROM the airport back to the hotel was useless. Last time we tried to use this service the bus just didn't appear at all and on this occasion the bus was at the stand but minus a driver and the queue to board was enormous so we would never have been able to board and would have had to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus, if it ever appeared. We had to pay £25 for a taxi so that we could retrieve our car within the allotted time frame.”

“Was really easy to book and leave car at the airport with a 2 minute walk to the terminal. Dropped a star as we could not see any signage at the roundabout for MandG we ended up in drop off zone and ended up having to pay”

“The only problem we had was that the barcode to access the keysafe wasn’t properly printed so we were unable to get our car keys. We rang the number on our receipt and a lovely female member of staff sorted this for us but the issue does need addressing. Also on the ticket it does not make it obvious where to find the keysafes & we had difficulty finding them.”

“Competitively priced for service. Timely drop and collection Only downsides: - they got wrong terminal when returned from holiday despite confirmation when leaving but they transferred quickly - instructions on where to collect a bit confusing”

“Stayed at the Brittania Hotel several times in the past. This visit was just as good as previous ones. Very convenient for the airport, small but well appointed room and an excellent breakfast. Won’t hesitate to use again.”

“The signage within car park 1 really needs improvement. I found myself going around in circles trying to find a place to park. Otherwise, everything was good with entry and exit fast and efficient.”
