Easy and quick on the way to the airport but we missed the bus back by about 30 seconds and seemed to wait ages for the next one.

Good, quick system and easy pick up but could do with better signage for drop off on main airport roundabouts

The booking process was straightforward, it was easy to find the hire car centre and the car was ready and waiting. The only flaw in the process was that Holiday Extras had advertised the car category as 4 suitcases, 5 passengers. The hire company said that this was not true and the car should have been advertised as 3 suitcases. We did manage to squeeze in, but more accurate car descriptions would have been preferred.

The car park itself was great, very easy process of just driving in and out - a completely seamless process. Where we did have a bit of surprise though was the length of the queue for the transfer bus upon returning to Stanstead.. Whether this is the norm we remain unsure.

Hotel was excellent, bus transfer to airport was very good. Holiday Extras is misleading people, I had to get a taxi back from airport to hotel to collect car, there is a standard charge of £30. Information from Holiday extras said approx £19. People should be made aware of this.

Knowing it would be there whatever time we flew in.

Jet Park 3: Easy to purchase the parking but finding parking can be a challenge (and we go out of school holidays). Never wait long for a shuttle to the terminal and the bus drivers are friendly.

Good overnight stay and close to airport. Having pub on same site that did meals made it handy at mealtime.

In general we were very happy with the service, one thing that was really annoying was when we arrived at the airport there was a sign that simply read meet and greet on level one, when we drove in we were told that holiday extras was up a level, so we had to pay £19.50 to get out of level one to go up to holiday extras. The sign should explain that purple parking and holiday extras are on different levels, we were travelling with another couple that also had to pay £19.50. That's scandalous, that was the only thing that put a dampener on the parking.

Easy to drop off keys. Unfortunately the bar code would read to let us leave but soon rectified by assistant via phone.

Easy to get to hotel, good facilities and smooth, short transfer to terminal. Only downside is ever increasing cost.

Radisson hotel was fine for our nights stay and the car was parked there for 3 weeks with no problems.

It was straightforward to book airport parking at relatively short notice (less than a week before departure). It also remained the most cost-effective option for our trip.

It's very expensive for what is basically a open air carpark with no frills. Took a while to find a space. Very close to terminal but definitely not worth the money.

Problems with Long Stay 1 at East Midlands where the automatic number plate recognition did not recognise the car going both in and out. Going in to the Carpark was sorted by scanning the barcode on the receipt. When leaving the Carpark I had to press the help button and it was several minutes before that was answered and, the registration plate was checked and the barrier finally lifted.

I booked with Park2Travel in Leeds/Bradford as they were competitively priced and I have used them before. They weren’t as slick as other companies as there were not many staff - in fact we were driven to the airport by the same lady who checked us in. We had to wait a good 10 minutes on our return and it was quite cool!

Quite packed car park but got a space easy enough, the bus was there waiting when going to the terminal and about a 10 minute wait when waiting to be collected from the terminal. The car park numbering system at Stansted was odd. I expected it to be in alphabetical order so got off between p-r and t-v for S where our car was parked, however S was a lot further down, the friendly bus driver picked us back up on his way back to the terminal and made sure we were in the right place. Overall good value, some waiting when all you want to do is go home and buses are quite slidy, so it's quite tricky keeping hold of the luggage as you go round corners etc. It's about a 10 min journey to the terminal and back to car park. Would use again.
