“Hassle free process of booking, parking and picking up car. However, there were no disabled spaces available in the car park at Exeter! The only space that was available to park the car was the furthest possible away from the entrance. Nightmare for me! I realise that this is not Holiday Extras fault, however, a reservation process might be an idea for the disabled.”

“A good car park with an easy walk to the airport terminal. It was a bit difficult to see where there was a space in the dark. It would be good for when the text came with postcode for the car park the name of the car park was included. Otherwise it was fine would use again.”

“Holiday extras did not make me happy. The lounge was excellent but the pick up time to get us to the airport was too late. We tried everything to amend this . Taxi company said it was no problem but Holiday Extras had to make the change and this was impossible on line, and impossible to contact Holiday Extras. Considering not using them again after many years with them.”

“We used the Leonardo hotel at East Midlands Airport. Good system, everything worked as it should. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Only comment is bar prices. £9.40 for a pint of beer and half pint of shandy I felt was frankly taking advantage of a captive audience. Same thing costs £6.63 at Premier Inn and around £3.50 at Wetherspoons. I do wonder where all the extra money goes to?”

“Lovely hotel, great rooms, very helpful staff. Car parking, taxi to the airport only 2 miles away. Restaurant expensive, but enjoyed the food. Would stay again.”

“We enjoyed our time in the Aspire lounge at Edinburgh airport. Unfortunately we never had the full time allocated due to a problem with our baggage. However, checking into the Aspire was brilliant, we were allocated a table and it was suitable plus there was a highchair available for our grandson. Food was tasty enough, and a nice selection, I only had soft drinks, the family enjoyed wine and beer, thought it was great value for money and a good way to relax before our long haul flight.”
