“Outward was fantastic. Seamless. The way back not so, it was very busy and we had to queue for ages. I’m hoping it was a blip so we will use the service again”

“The hotel is warm and friendly close to the airport for convenience. Lovely clean rooms. Leave your car for the duration and it will be hidden with leaves when you return. Had to take it to car wash as some leaves had stuck, plenty of bird poo stuck to windscreen. The hotel is great”

“Transfer was smooth both ways. The only issue is that the pick up time they gave was at the time the plane was due to land. Seems daft the pick up time is set for that and doesn't allow for getting off the plane and through passport control as it states the driver will only wait for an hour after that time in the T&C's.”

“Great on line experience. Late adjustment to car reg easy to change. Notifications brilliant. Access and departure from car park automatic and fast. On line contacts and reminders perfect. Just bad airport support to car park. Stansted Long Stay bus overcrowded on return at 11pm and late arriving at terminal. Toilets at entrance to Long Stay car park are a health hazard. Been like this for years. Terrible. Be warned!”

“The car park was easy to find. And easy to access and leave. It was quite a way to walk to the terminal luckily the weather was kind to us. Improvements, the spaces could do with being a bit wider a lot of people have SUVS . Fast track was a nice to have.”

“Ibis hotel was so convenient for terminal 2. The room was quite small but adequate for our needs as we had a very early flight so just needed to get a few hours sleep.”

“Staying at the Thistle hotel was fine but parking was a bit more difficult as spaces were not easy to find and we ended up driving round the other car park areas before finding a space. The POD system worked well and it was easy to get to T5 and getting back to the hotel from T5 also worked well.”
