Easy to organise- just that the bus took ages to come when we landed back at Gatwick after a 8 hr flight

Was good service to be fair my car got parked under a light so when I got back from holls it was covered in bird mess , apart from that will use again next year 👍🏻

Great hotel and room. Very convenient for Manchester Terminal 3. Problem comes with parking. Car park was completely full when we arrived. Literally had to abandon the car on the edge of the car park. On return, car was still parked 5 miles away, off site. Had to call them to ask them to move it to the hotel. Hoping it was a one off as hotel and staff are all really good and helpful.

We didn't have trouble dropping off and setting off to our flight. Returning from our travel the flight was delayed (not our choice) when we picked up car, we were told 'you have seven (7) minutes to get out or you'll have to pay the fees for the delay! Well we didn't get time to check if there was any damage while we were away. We hurriedly put our luggage in and left as quickly as we could taking care of all the rest of the travellers also leaving the parking lot. So stressful 😫 Not pleasant at all.

I booked a double room at the Hilton including tea. We got two single beds and had to show the payment made a number of times to get a voucher for tea. Tea was limited compared to a lovely wider menu but managed to get a slight change after discussion.

Finding the short stay car park was easy and straightforward, like the previous customer I find the loyalty discounts non existent as I have bern using this facility for a number of years. I would have thought a small discount wouldn’t ho amiss ?

We used this car park for the first time and everything worked very smoothly. The staff were very helpful and we did not have long to wait on the bus at either end of our holiday. It’s not tarmac but rather rough gravel but I would still recommend it and use it again.

Nice comfortable surroundings and reasonable choice of food . There was extra costs for certain drinks but still plenty to choose from that were included. Would probably book again this was my 3rd visit .

Very easy to book and use. Directions to the car park (Birmingham) were clear and easy to follow and transport from the car park to the airport was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was that there was nothing on the website when booking that told you how long a window you had to collect the car once you returned. As we were supposed to arrive late at night (around 11pm) I booked the time to go into the following day. The return flight details only appeared once we had processed the booking and our flight did not appear, only the next flight due the following day. Didn't really make a difference but we could have saved a little bit of money doing this.

Easy to book. Found the car park without any problems. Courtesy bus drivers very polite and helpful and they run regularly. Only issue we had was getting out of the car park. We eventually spoke to a member of staff who happily checked our booking and was able to proceed with lifting the barrier. Not sure what the issue was but it was resolved quickly. I would use the mid stay car parking again.

Hotel excellent but slightly surprised that MBW Meet and Greet made us pay for car park entry at Heathrow Terminal 2, an extra £7.50 which previously has always been included in the Holiday Extras price

The hotel, the room and parking was great. Breakfast was delicious but the evening meal was awful for all 4 of us. Falafel was so dry it was difficult to swallow. Would not recommend at all.

Everything about the hotel was good, the room was clean and well equipped with tea making facilities which is very important if making an early start. The hopper bus was on time and got us to terminal 5 in good time early in the morning of our departure. Unfortunately for the second time the transport FROM the airport back to the hotel was useless. Last time we tried to use this service the bus just didn't appear at all and on this occasion the bus was at the stand but minus a driver and the queue to board was enormous so we would never have been able to board and would have had to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus, if it ever appeared. We had to pay £25 for a taxi so that we could retrieve our car within the allotted time frame.
