“Very efficient airport carpark. Easy to use- no need to hand in keys or even a ticket, barrier opened automatically on arrival and departure. Bus arrived fairly promptly.”

“Meet and greet is fantastic. If there's a delay driving to the airport there's no heart stopping wait for a car park bus. Just drop the keys off and one minute walk to the terminal.”

“Very efficient system - you park and at reception you drop key into a machine which gives you a green receipt (with printed code). Whilst you're away, they move the car to a separate area and attach a plastic tag to your key which matches code on your receipt. All keys are kept securely at their reception. On return you hand in green receipt for key. I was very concerned about the enormous number of yellow plastic tags that must be used every day and then discarded. I wonder if at the exit, there was some way that drivers could remove the clip and drop it into a container ready for reuse.”

“It was easy to park as the signage was good in T2 Manchester. Key drop off was simple. Collecting was not so good as it was not clear exactly where the car was parked and we had to search for a few minutes to find it.”

“The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We were the only people in the dining room did feel a little bit dead, but we had arrived late so forgiveable the meal was okay it’s beautiful spot and the parking was good, a little difficult to find. It was also quite muddy to drag your cases out of. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and booked us a taxi to get us to the airport at a set price… Very good and I would return.”

“Not the easiest to find, but once there all smooth. The staff friendly and helpful. All went smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Holiday Extras or Purple parking at Gatwick”

“Parking great however a decided to park on the double yellow line so I was blocked in!! Took a while to get my car out not great when tired and just traveled over 10hrs the hotel should take action.”

“I use Holiday Extras regularly in my holidays and the transfers always work just fine. This time however the local company sent me detailed instructions to meet the driver at the arrivals car park, which i followed but he wasn't there. Waited for 15 minutes and ended up having to call them, to find out the driver was somewhere else. He was a lovely guy and saved the day, but i suggest you stick to the usual practice of having the driver wait for you at arrival holding a sign with your name.”

“For the last two times, it was let it down slightly with how hard it was to actually find a parking space - it felt like the carpark was overbooked. There were just no spaces - we had to drive round for ages until office let us park in front of it.....!”

“Overall it was good ,hotel was fine , what let it down slightly was how hard it was to actually find a parking space it felt like the carpark was overbooked there were just no spaces we had to drive round for ages untill somebody left which wasn’t great and not the best start to a holiday”

“Very easy to find at Newcastle. Seamless check in and helpful staff. 5 minute undercover walk to check in. No problems on early morning return. Cheaper options but will use this service again”
