“Everything nice and smooth. no problems from booking, entry to the car park, exiting the car park..no complaints at all. My only gripe is that it's quite a bit more expensive than some of the other parking available.”

“Good price. Reliable most of the time as I did have one bad experience with a pick up and drop off, but the past couple if times has gone really well. Easy booking experience, good service, kept in touch with timings and always been very prompt.”

“No waiting, especially when arriving back into Bristol. There were 2 buses waiting for passengers and 3 staff ready to return car keys. Very welcome as by then it was 03.30 by our internal clock. All staff were helpful and courteous.”

“No problems. Rang them after getting suitcases and car arrived as we arrived at the car park. Lots of building work at Birmingham airport so walk to car was 5/8 mins.”

“Happy with price & transfers to & from airport. Disappointed in lighting , exit signs need to be improved in dark at Glasgow. For this stay had problems with exit barrier.”

“We continue to return here,fair prices,well managed site,easy to locate,staff efficient,texted up to date information. Bus times could be sent via text,we waited at 30 bus stop 25 minutes and its always cold. We are senior citizens and struggle to get our cases in and out luggage racks,drivers could wait little longer as they always rush.”

“Purple Parking worked well. Buses arrived and departed without much delay. Had minor issue with staff directing me to wrong area of car park on collection but all good.”

“It was very easy to book our requirements. The accommodation was very good and the car parking service was also very good. How a couple of minor points to mention a) Instructions to find the car park could be improved and b) On arrival back in Edinburgh our pickup point was unavailable due road works , it would have been helpful to have been advised of a new pick up point. A quick telephone call sorted matters out.”
