As flight times changed for the same day, it's annoying that it wasn't simple to advise car hire company of this. Instead we were asked to cancel and rebook at an increased cost.

I booked transport to take us to the airport for a return flight, taxi turned up with no problems, nice driver and helpful putting our cases into his boot and removing them at the airport. Only thing was it was booked for one hour earlier than i had requested.

As usual with our meet and greet at North Terminal check in and collection on our return was simple, straightforward, hassle free and courteous

Great transfer service to and from the airport. Nice meal in restaurant but a little pricey. Room spot on everything you needed for a short stop over before an early morning flight

Good, efficient transfers from Enfidha-Hammamet to our hotel in Sousse and back again. Everything as it should be and on time. Very good.

Easy access, nice place to spend the time while waiting flights and cheaper than spending money on drinks and food elsewhere in the airport

Easy to book and edit any changes. Barrier didn't lift on entering car park so accidentally took a ticket. Contacted helpline and they advised us that we should not enter the ticket on exiting the car park or we would be charged again. They advised us to press call button on exit machine to speak to someone which we did, they then checked our booking details and lifted the barrier

Hilton Garden Inn was very comfortable and with the express car parking it met our needs. Only one negative. The hair dryer in our room was faulty

It would have been better if I could have booked it in the first place and not drop and go. Luckily I did go on website and found it was available.

The multi storey car park is within very easy reach of the airport. However, it wasn’t that easy to understand where we were to go and we found signs for ‘Green parking’ quite confusing. Furthermore, we didn’t realise that we should NOT take a ticket from the entry machine. Because we did, the machine showed an outstanding cost of £372 which was of course incorrect as we had already paid online but the fact that we pressed for a ticket on our way in meant the gate did not open automatically. Luckily a nice security person helped us to bypass this error but I’m normally quite good at reading up on things like this and was very surprised to have missed this (if it was highlighted?) and wish we could have avoided the shock at our late arrival after a long journey.

Meet and Greet is a very convenient service, making arrival and parking stress free. I've only knocked off one star because I much preferred it when I was received by a helpful human being, and didn't have to negotiate a self service machine at 4.30 in the morning.

Service was good - lounge wasn’t. Food cold - run out of drinks and had to wait 30 minutes for them to be restocked. Car cleaned well but staff a little rude and abrupt.

Easy to book, hotel clean and tidy, parking 1 minute from hotel and bus waiting to take us 5 minutes to the airport. Will definitely use both hotel and parking again.

Very good deal for overnight stay and parking. Easy bus service to and from airport although the buses could use some better luggage space! The Hampton by Hilton Hotel had comfy and very quiet rooms despite overlooking the runway and station! However, the food is all frozen microwaved dinners which is hugely disappointing. I understand this if food is ordered outside usual meal times but to serve this rubbish at 6pm is not acceptable. Staff appeared bored and I'm not sure the man on reception when I got back spoke any English - sorry, but he stared at me blankly and didn't say a word but only handed me a car park exit ticket, which I didn't need in the end! However, it was an ideal parking/hotel option otherwise.
