Everything went according to plan. A great relief when you have so many things to consider.

Easy enough service, price was a bit expensive for what it is.

Great parking and a reliable coach service to the airport. the price shot up since the last time I used this parking service but it is still value for money compared to other airport parking.

Hotel was great - close to airport and very quiet. Collecting car on return did not go quite so well however. Company were short of drivers and could not bring car to airport terminal. They arranged taxi to take us to collect the car but we did not get the service we had paid for and we were therefore delayed about an hour.

Lanzarote Airport transfer to hotel all worked well for us but we had to work it out for ourselves - the instructions implied that the pick up was just outside the airport terminal but you actually need to go up to the bus departure area in the lift which is not clear and the instructions also said go to window 4 in the bus departure area but it is actually window 7. The instructions need to be re written.

I always have excellent service, but, and it is a minor but, I drive a VW Amarok because I have two labradors, why oh why do I have to walk to the furthest row in the collection area when I get my vehicle back, it is always parked with all the vans. I usually travel with my autistic son or alone so it would be really nice to not be so far away from the collection centre (I was parked in CA13) my vehicle is long but still fits in a ‘normal’ space.

When I arrived at the parking just after the time I had booked, the barrier did not open. When I spoke to the guy he asked for my registration, checked, then said there was no booking for that registration number. I gave him my booking number and he said 'I'll open the gate then' and mumbled something about when I come back. I asked him to repeat it but he'd gone. I was bothered thinking about my return as I would be arriving about 10pm,. As it happened my suitcase did not arrive on the carousel and it took nearly an hour to find it. Staff at the airport were next to useless! When I got to the gate, quite late by now, it did not open again. The guy asked for my registration again. I gave it to him and explained what had happened on entry. He disappeared and after a short while the barrier lifted without a word and while I was still out of the car waiting for a response. Apart from that everything was ok, lost my £1 in the trolley - they are abominable. Can't get one out of the line without help from a burly bloke and can't get one close enough in the line to get the coin out. I'm a lone 81 year old female; thank goodness I'm quite fit in body and mind, but it's not a very pleasant experience to have to negotiate late at night. I was told it would only have been a couple of pounds extra to be taken and picked up by a local taxi. Maybe I'd better take that option in future. But I'm very independent:) Previously, when I once accidentally left a back window open, it was taped up very securely by the guard presumably. Wonderful service. there was no-one there to thank sadly. I didn't need to confess to my husband, who was alive at the time and had been dropped off close to the terminal having been disabled. So credit where credit's due. Thanks. Brenda Hynes

Countryside location the other side of Gatwick is compact but well organised. If you are an EV car sounds obvious but bring the hard key because if you rock up with it on your phone they can’t park your car and you will have to find alternative parking last minute, stresssssfulll and no refund. Don’t say you have not been warned.

Great price but a bit off a walk for someone who has mobility issues

Saved some money on parking, though exit didn't work as smoothly as usual. Mid stay is a good arrangement but I would prefer a cheaper option further away; however this is not available for a three day trip. Once you're into catching a bus, the whole concept of "Mid", "Long" stay or "Jetparks" is totally irrational. Price vs transfer convenience is the only consideration.

Bit of a long wait once on the coach before we left airport. Something like 1 hr 15mins.

We always used holiday extras to book airport parking. Never had a problem before but on this occasion the barrier didn’t open when we approached in our car at 02:30. We used the buzzer (after some difficulty seeing at this time) and gave the booking number to the operator who opened the barrier remotely and gave us a token to use in the machine, for our exit 2 weeks later. The operator informed us that the camera couldn’t read our number plate. Wouldn’t put us off using again

Booked Drop and Go car parking at Manchester. All very straightforward and efficient but not easy for passengers with walking difficulties. Getting on buses with luggage and disabled passengers isn’t recommended!

Silver Zone at Bristol - good parking facility, check-in automated, bus to and back from airport efficient, only downside was a long queue to pick up of keys.

I booked Meet and Greet, and I have a disability. Where I had to park the car was a too much of a walk for me to get to the reception to handover my keys. I thought the Meet and Greet was like Gatwick Airport they actually meet you at the Airport entrance and take your car back to the carpark, and then bring your car back when you arrive. Stansted Airport needs to consider those who have a disability as this was very tiring.

Very easy to use, great price, simple service. My only gripe is the car park itself being a bit messy. The pathways are looking delapidated in places, there are weeds, tree roots breaking the surface etc. It needs an overhaul.
