“A great hotel, we’ve stayed before and wasn’t disappointed with the service. We had dinner and drinks which were great too. The downside was the return and the parking machine not opening or accepting our ticket. We needed to call for assistance and it wasn’t the friendliest of services.”

“So happy the transfer I had booked waited for me as the flight was delayed The driver was easy to spot with my name displayed and the transport was a private car a very clean and comfortable drive to hotel. I will be using your company again thankyou”

“We had no problems with using the meet and greet system at Heathrow Airport everything went smoothly and our car was ready for us to pick up when we arrived back having notified them of our arrival and baggage claim , the only issue was it’s quite a walk to the terminal if you have problems with walking like my wife lucky enough to find a wheelchair on the way to book in .”

“Easy to book Easy to park A bit chaotic in the reception area Bus to and from terminal ok Unfortunately, there must have been a building site near where they parked my car. At first, we thought there must have been a sandy rainfall but after getting home and looking at car next day, saw that the sand was concrete dust which was quite thick. I usually wash my own car, but this time, I took it to a hand car wash where they jet washed the dust away.”

“My name is Roger. At around 2am an employee approached me in the hall insisting he knew who I was. I told him I don’t know you. He said ‘Mate we went to butchery school’. On and on it went. Had to go put back way to avoid him. Then in the morning the English we ordered, was luke warm. But the car booking was fine.”

“Easy enough as long as you dont take the entry for T2 drop off in haste and not the next turn for T2West. As I did, easily done. Otherwise parking was fine, be patient finding a parking spot, once in 3 minute walk in to terminal.”

“The car parking drop and go system worked fine, only gripe was that the key return box didn't open easily, when you touch the screen to retrieve your key it didn't work the first few times.”

“Arriving at Bristol, the Office struggled to find our booking. " Did you ring us 1/2 an hour before?" ..I got the impression there was a lack of communication with yourselves... All sorted quickly. The return was much smoother.”

“Best price for all parking options at Birmingham airport. Only problem was that I had to make a cancellation and they gave a partial refund keeping £10 for a voucher for you to use in future, it’s ok for me as I travel a lot but if you don’t it’s annoying!”
