Staff here were very good. Bit of a walk to terminal 5 if one getting on in age.

Meet and greet was very good except for the signage to and in the car park. Polite and efficient service and easy walk to T5. On collecting the car, one side was splattered with mud from the secure storage area, have previously experienced mud in the foot well, at least that is now protected by use of a paper mat.

Office staff very efficient. On return the only problem was finding the car. It was raining and dark, the car park guide was not lit up and finding the blue zone was problematic.

I love meet and greet and used it many times but I do have a problem this time as when I put my suit case in the boot it wouldn’t go in and somebody had move the back seats to there normal position indicating that somebody had been in the back seats and also the passenger seat had been moved, surely only one person should only drive my car, there and back.This seems that people namely meet and greet have been using my car but unfortunately I didn’t note my mileage. I’m sure that you will investigate this to see how many times my car left the parking area or whether it ever went in.

The Car Parking was so easy to find and so quick at getting us to the airport, however on return journey (As it was early hours of the morning) and we were tired to be fair the transport got to the airport to pick us up in a good time, but we waited for others to get onto the bus which took over 35 mins waiting time (and it states in the brochures that you have to wait no more than 20 mins) we got back to the car within 40-45 mins however the bottom line is that when you arrive back all you want to do is get your car and drive home (we did have a 4.5 journey home so felt it was a little long to wait for other flights to come in.

Here's your proofread text: Booking was easy. However, instructions on how to collect a ticket for the NCL short stay car park would have been useful. Upon exiting, we inserted the ticket and were asked to pay the full tariff. Consequently, we had to call to get the fees waived and the barrier lifted. It was a nuisance.

Parking convenient although do not follow the Sat Nav - takes you to the back of the hotel and not parking! Good courtesy bus connection - very comfortable hotel.

Over all, reasonably priced for convenient parking and the hotel could not be closer to the Airport! Sadly the service on the Holiday Inn restaurant was extremely slow, my drink arrived as I was finishing the meal I'd waited ages for and having to get up to find someone to ask again for my drink four times. Then they charged me for drinks I never got. They didn't even apologise. The room was very dark. There is no over head light, only the bedside lamps, a standing lamp and a desk lamp. This was very annoying. The parking was excellent. Very helpful bus driver dropped me off and picked me up quickly and helped with my bags. All the parking staff couldn't be kinder, friendlier or more helpful. Direct Parking are first class.

I made a mistake on dates with my booking and when I realised this I phoned Holiday Extras and was well treated and the mistakes rectified. It was a relief. My stay at Hilton Hotel at Gatwick South was very convenient and l would use it again.
