Tables and seats to low. No nice food to eat. Very noisy.

Newly taken over, directions were clear but no easy signposts to direct you to entrance. However once in the compound all went well. Transfer from airport to carpark was chaotic to say the least, picked up by a mini bus, no space for cases which were piled in the front of the bus and blocked the exit doors. Health and safety issue, driver did not explain that he could drop off at each bus stop so that one could alight where car was parked. His communication was poor and I felt that he had not done this before, The person in charge at the porto cabin was very helpful and apologetic, Would use again but the line numbers need to be at both ends of the parked cars lines and possibly reflective to be seen easier in the dark. Bus stops also need to have easy to see numerals or letters so that driver can be informed as to which stop [s requested.

We only needed a bed before an early flight. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable.Really good value. We have been back again since our first visit.

Well to be honest it was the cheapest transfer I could find at Tenerfife airport, the company they used did a good job.

I booked the Holiday inn at Gatwick Airport for an overnight stay with 12 days onsite parking. This represented the best value for me without having to move the car in the morning. The check in process was seamless, the food and drink in the hotel was ok and the rooms very comfortable. Caught the bus from the front door to the South Terminal with no problems and upon return, the check out and car collection was equally as seamless. My only niggle was Holiday Extras wanting to charge an additional fee for late return cover should the flight be delayed. When I checked with the hotel, my car was booked in for 14 nights so that would have been an unnecessary expense had I paid it. I've used Holiday Extras before and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ensure they put a space in your registration. I was issued with a ticket as the barrier didn't recognise the reg. Thankfully the Stansted customer service helped resolve the issue via email so a quick chat at the exit gate and all was resolved. Fantastic price through Holiday Extras so would definitely use again

Great service, however the price seems to have gone up a lot. £140 for 11 days parking seems very steep

Easy to find and ANPR recognised my number plate. The only issue with the parking was that it wasn’t well signed as to whether or not we were at the correct bus stop bus stop for collection to go to the airport. We had the same issue on the return journey from the airport back to the car park. A sign at each stop with details would have helped. Apart from this minor issue, parking was value for money compared to other car parks around the airport.

Overall we were satisfied with the service, with the only slight niggles being that the check-in desk at the short stay car park was difficult to find, and we had to wait for 30 minutes for our car to be delivered upon returning home.

Everything went according to plan. Easy to find and well organised for our car to be parked in car park. It only took 5 minutes to walk to terminal. The only thing is it works out at £20 a day. Overall I think it is too expensive. I know cost of living is very high but costing £87 pounds for 5 days is I believe is high. It’s seems that tourists are hit from all sides and sometimes I wonder my self whether it is still worthwhile going abroad.

Ideal for those with early morning flights from Newcastle. Airport is less than 5 mins walk from hotel. Hotel car park was very busy when I arrived but eventually found a space. Hotel basic & dated but served it's purpose. Car left in hotel car park till returned 7 days later. Would consider using again

We parked at Exeter airport, but our confirmation did not say FlyParks. So we were unsure which car park we had booked.

The Airparks service in Birmingham Airport is very useful and easy. We parked up after being shown where to park, we had a ticket which told us which zone we were in which made it so easy on return. I got to keep my car keys, which I found reassuring personally. The bus took us outside our hotel. The Hilton garden inn Birmingham was beautiful. Very clean, our room was big, good WiFi signal. The facilities were amazing, lovely big bed, very comfortable, lovely shower as well, big tv in room with desk. The price for snacks and drinks are quite expensive so would keep that in mind . The food prices at the hotel were also expensive. But staff were friendly and very helpful. We ordered an Urbereats to the hotel as it was more in our budget which we picked up right out the front. Breakfast was incredible, so much choice! We paid £25 for two adults and it was definitely worth it comparatively to airport prices. The return was easy, the bus took us to our zone in good time, my car was completely fine. Overall a good service to book alongside hotel.

Car parking was seemless and the hotel was good, just let down by not having the full breakfast offering and limited evening menu due to flooding at the hotel which was known about by the hotel when booked but no information was passed on
