“Easy to find with a sat nav, good price. No help with where to park, and as the area was full. A short wait for the bus. On return again a wait but the bus once on it takes forever as it also stops at north terminal. Seems to have top speed of 20mph even on bigger roads. But with all that the system worked and it was value for money.”

“Service was good however exit blocked by cones and had to reverse a good way back to be able to turn and use alternative exit.”

“Was very happy with the drop off but not so happy with the pick-up I did have the disabled blue badge on the dash but my car was not parked in a disabled bay and was parked that close to the next car I couldn’t get into the drivers side I had to ask a young gentleman to reverse it out via the passenger side entrance in future please acknowledge the blue badge regards Gary Rhodes”

“Parking not cheap, but as competitive as any. Transfers fairly efficient, without having to wait long. Simple to access and exit car park. Overall, as good as any other parking option at Stansted”

“Jetparks 3 was a little difficult to find as this was our first time of using, sign could be a little bigger and more visible from road,everything else was fine, would use again when flying from Manchester”

“Easy to use and busses run frequently only thing would be parking surface to be improved as with gravel and stones currently but other than that would go and book again”

“Parked 6th-11th May 24. Parking surface poor. Spaces tight. Signage for bus stops very poor. Drivers grumpy and did not help with luggage. Pick-up/drop-off stop quite a way from arrivals. Have used better in the past. Would not use again.”

“Process with Holiday extras always good never had a problem. Description of car park spot on and a good place to park and will use again. The only issue is signage in the car park. It is large and lots of space but needs signs in proportion as direction of travel is unclear.”

“Easy to book also easy to amend, added an extra day parking and it ended up £7 cheaper Easy to find the valet parking, but no trolleys available for cases and there is a bit of a walk to departures Called them once we had collected our cases upon return, told the car would be there within 10 mins (due to my mobility took us longer due to the distance) it is easy to get to and the car was there waiting The staff were very polite and friendly at both the arrival and return”

“Nice wide bays at Leeds Bradford long stay car park short walk to bus stop didn’t have to wait long. Coming back bus was waiting outside airport terminal altogether happy experience”
