“Good value for money hotel and parking. Car park instructions and overnight stay charge was different to the confirmation received from holiday extras. Overnight car park charge on the day was more expensive. When entering the car park no receipt given to us and on exit we just drove out with ease but no staff around to ask questions if needed. Barriers remained up on exit.”

“Holiday Extras Was Easy to use and I had no problems . Regarding the parking I would ensure you allow several hours over your time of arrival as Ryan Air is frequently late and it takes a while to walk to the car park, Or take out late arrival insurance I did both so I had piece of mind when my flight was an hour late getting back and Passport control was particularly busy,”

“Easy way to park the car and be taken directly to the airport, with the support of the company bus after checking in the car with the team, on the return the same procedure you show the receipt at reception and they give you the car key and you leave the car park. Thanks”

“Easy way to park your car. Straight into the airport after checking car in with the assistants on the way home scan the receipt which releases your car key and go to designated car park area to retrieve your car so easy. A little costly but no hanging about”

“Good to be able to park securely & close to terminal at Liverpool. BUT, it is impossible to amend booking online as instructed. Had to speak to AI which is slow & I was charged the extra £15 fee because I was unable to make another amendment within time limit.”

“Pretty close and convenient to the airport, though parking spaces were pretty close and tight and the road was pretty rough which meant you had to carry your cases to the bus stop, not easy for elderly people, for the prices we pay please consider better surface for those with children and the elderly…”
