“All went well although on my home I noticed there was an issue with my windscreen wipers. Holiday Extras are investigating and that service, so far, is very good. Hopefully this will be resolved without any hassle.”

“Our room at the Holiday Inn was very good and conveniently placed. Unfortunately we couldn’t have the type of room we booked, so the receptionist gave us a couple of drinks vouchers as an apology! Car parking and transfers to the airport worked well. Only slight downside was our evening meal in the hotel restaurant with which we were a little disappointed.”

“Have used this before and generally very happy but this time small damage to wing mirror but fixable and the car was covered in bird droppings which has not happened before so am unsure if parking area of cars has changed as a number of the cars returned that night also covered in same”

“Used meet and greet at T 2 Manchester, only problem for me was lack of signage driving in! But might have been my lack of attention. Great service, have used many times, and staff very helpful. Thanks”

“Easy to book and great communication. Goffs Park hotel is a little tired but, clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet night. Close to the airport. The meet and greet parking was fabulous. Easy to find and the did exactly what we paid for. Would definitely use again.”
