“I paid for the Lounge 1903 but then you tried to move us to the Escape Lounge! We found out through friends that 1903 was still open so after proof we were allowed in ! Not impressed but all was satisfactory in the end.”

“Easy to park, only one small mini bus running to do collections from the airport back to the car park. Had a 15 min wait for the bus which was ok. Bus driver totally over filled the bus (approx 19 people standing, plus all seats taken), driving at speed which is an accident waiting to happen.”

“Parking on arrival with no issues. Bus driver to take us back was very unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance with the luggage when two people of my party were disabled. One disability was very obvious. I did ask for help but he just stood there. Puts me off using again in the future”

“Not enough choice of car park spaces! Very busy and very long walk with luggage and children as only space was one adjacent to exit barrier which is a really long walk from terminal”

“Experience very good but this is the second time I have parked with Meet & Greet & don’t understand why they need to change the channel on the radio, I understand them moving the seat but not changing the channel on the radio !”

“The transfer from airport to hotel was quick and really good. However, can not say the same for the way back. We booked a premium shared shuttle and when we booked we were told transfer time was 20-30 mins. We were picked up half an hour late and then the driver went to about 5 other stops and was continuously going back on himself to get to each hotel, in total we got to the airport an hour and a half after our original pick up time. This was frustrating as the first transfer had been so good and we used them last year and never had this problem so hopefully was a one off.”
