“Used jet parks ringway easy to park buses regular to and from airport ,always make a note of bus stop number for when you return”

“The hotel was located very close to Cardiff airport and parking was right outside the terminal making our arrival and departure very easy and straightforward. We had a lovely evening meal at the hotel . Staff were really friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and changing parking times was straightforward, staff member was very helpful and rectified the problem quickly.”

“Arrival transfer to hotel in Croatia was very good, however I would have given five stars if our return transfer was scheduled better. Our return flight was 10.20am back to London and distance to the airport was 30 minutes from hotel but our transfer was scheduled for 4- 5 am. Our hotel intervened and it was changed to 7am. Unreasonable to expect us to be at the airport nearly 5 hours before our flight.”

“Booked car parking and airport lounge Car parking 10/10 Nil issues Had to change car last minute- straight forward Airport lounge was okay food a bit disappointing chilli prices salad not a lot of little things and the salad didn’t have much, it was busy and they were short staffed, the staff were lovely”

“Easy to park up and a regular shuttle bus to and from the airport. The only issue we had is that we arrived a little earlier than booked and when I tried to contact Holiday Extras the number was not valid. I wanted to pay if needed for the extra time. However it turned our fine. We will definitely book again.”

“Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Short transfer to the airport and the minibus drivers are very friendly. Was very happy as car was locked into the additional parking area this time, and the exit security gate has been mended .”

“Easy to book and park at Airparks Express, Birmingham Airport. Only downside was all the roadworks in and out of the surrounding area, no fault of airparks granted.”

“Easy to book and simple to use. Turned up at Newcastle Airport Long Stay and straight through the automated barrier on arrival. Left via the automated barrier in departure with no issues. Prices have gone up since they gave their own off site parking but I guess the airport will be mostly responsible for that”

“Use meet and greet every time we fly from East Midlands never had any problems. This time the car was not on site and we had to wait fifteen minutes for it to be brought over. This has never happened before”

“Used them to arrange parking at LHR (Purple) can’t fault the booking system and dropping the car of is slick ! Only small negative is that as the courtesy bus does 2-3 &. 5 it takes ages to get back to car park if you’re arriving at 2/3 similarly if you are flying from 5 you need to allow time to get to terminal”

“I have used Airparks at Luton for many years and always use the same route turning first right off the Harpenden Road from Luton. You can imagine my shock to find this road closed off and a security guard from a new construction site sending me back towards Luton. A heads up would have been nice beforehand with directions how to get there avoiding this now closed road. An unnecessarily stressful start to my holiday could have been avoided!”
