“We used holiday extras to book parking at Leeds mid-stay. It all worked fine but the instructions were not very clear as to what to do on collecting the car and getting out of the car park on our return.”

“This is a smooth operation and I've been using Holiday Extras (Purple Parking) for some time. One note of concern, however. On my return when I called the number on the card, a recorded message said it was not possible to connect the call. That's the second occasion I've experienced this. Hope it's fixed for next time!”

“Hotel well located. Easy to park and get to and from the airport. Hotel could have advised on procedure for exit from the park when leaving. You have to ring reception from the the barrier phone to get confirmation so they can open it to enable you to leave. Would have been easier to issue a ticket to insert at barrier as quite a queue of confused people trying to exit. Otherwise worked well .”

“Hotel as expected although staff not the most welcoming i have encountered. As this was a hotel booking without caf parking, I did not understand why the HE website insisted on knowing our return home date. Any reasons pleae?”

“I am always skeptical of these bookings actually working (previously had recurring issues of bookings not being recognised at airport car parks) but let’s be fair: you’re here because the price you’ve been quoted is significantly cheaper than paying directly to the company. Only issue was my name on the booking was “tempextra tempextra” but I was found via reference. This was probably a result of their website confirmation page which I just could not get to accept my details! Thankfully it eventually took my car reg, so the car park portion of the booking worked flawlessly. AND I got the hotel portion easily enough.”

“I’ve always used them. There is sometimes a glitch when booking on th app that it doesn’t recognise your return flight if returning from a different destination. So this time my car wasn’t ready even though I confirmed my return flight details.”

“everything good ,only hiccup,paid for express security, barrier closed, queried it with perversion near the barrier who was most unhelpful, so couldn't use it and had to go with everybody else in the slow lanes bit miffed.”
