The hotel was excellent and the parking very good. The Hoppa bus transfer was very poor! Despite being assured that there was a bus every 30 minutes we had to queue for over an hour after an overnight flight. I could not recommend this service.

Easy App to use. However No One lounge Gatwick south now rather grubby and dull. Food ok but rather Luke warm . Hole feeling was depressing

Parking service OK in many respects but did not appreciate the dirty floor mats in the car and the door sills from the driver. Also I do not see why passenger settings have to be so massively altered….every button pressed for a 5 mile drive as a passenger!

Hassle free drop off at valet parking after making arrival known. Quick paperwork. Collection after tel call resulted on car being available at valet parking. Only downside was transfer to holding area ~ 8 miles caused car to become dirtier and seamed to have had used more petrol / lower mpg in short trip than expected.

Got charged £6.20 for being a few minutes late don't help when it's packed with people waiting for taxis at the entrance and stairwell

Stanhill Court served our purpose well, and is a good hotel. The only negative was that the taxi wasn't allowed to drop us off by our car on our return from Gatwick, and as my husband is 81 and doesn't walk too well, this is a bit of a disadvantage - especially as the car park is so uneven.

Stayed at Brittania Hotel a few times now. Would recommend.Reliable transfer to and from airport. Good to know car is safe and bonus that take car keys with ys so know car will not be moved.

My only complaint is the directions to the actual car park once in Manchester Airport area, the island is very badly marked and not just ourselves ended up paying £5 to drive through due to the bad signage.

Simple process from start to finish to book. Great that at Gatwick I could book a lounge included on the Holiday extra’s website. Parking is a simple process and it works. Still very busy even in October. The return bus stop (same as drop off) seems a bit of a hike to and from the terminal entrance.

Easy drop off and collection process, bus was timely and quick/easy transfer. I paid for the car be charged upon return, which it was but cable was ‘slung’ back Into the boot and not placed back into the bag it came out of nor the protective caps placed back on the charging end. Mud in car, up door panel and on ledge from I’m guessing shoes.
