“The room was dingy bed small and uncomfortable room over the ac units noisy all night reception not helpful I’ve stayed here previously and been reasonably comfortable will thing twice before returning”

“The instructions were poor and confusing. The hotel was difficult to find from the parking. The exit barriers did not recognise that we had already paid for the parking, and wanted to charge us £180. Fortunately an assistant was able to sort this out.”

“Really awful experience. The hotel was next to the terminal however the car parking was 25 minutes away. No parking available at the hotel, 4 disabled people in the party, very disorganised and unhelpful staff at hotel and via holiday extras.”

“Great way to recover from the trauma of checking in and actually getting to the lounge. Good range of refreshments and drinks. Only thing I would say is that we were late to our flight because there was only 1 information screen in the lounge. Announcements could have been audible but this didn’t really deter from the whole experience”
