“The booking process is always so easy, & you can make amendments anytime. The carpark I used was spot on Ringway at Manchester great carpark with plenty of spaces”

“I use Holidays extra’s regularly. The transfer vehicle was clean & on time, driver was happy well dressed & could speak English. He helped us with our bags & chatted to us on the journey. I have awarded a 5, because the last transfer with HE was an epic fail. This was much better. Sjx”

“Couldn’t have got a closer hotel and long stay parking to the airport. Beds and rooms clean and comfy. Menu and choice of food in the bar was very disappointing. Although what we had was very nice and tasty.”

“Would strongly advise to not book Airport transfers with Holiday Extras. Our flight was delayed by 3hours and on top of the stress of the delay, 2 small children etc. having to worry about being left without transfers ruined the start of our holiday. Holiday extras is an intermediary and it was clearly apparent! The phone number given for the transfer provider wasn’t working and no way to contact holiday extras. On top of that due to having signal issues on the plane the app wasn’t working properly and my booking got cancelled, I found out the day after that I wasn’t getting any refunds. Not only this but when I managed to contact holiday extras through whatsapp via msging I was advised that they couldn’t help. I was contacted after making a complaint however 8 days and no response. Feedback would be make it easier to help customers who are in a vulnerable position and make it easier for customers to contact you! No family should be left at a foreign airport worrying about how to start a holiday!”
