“Easy to get to and park up, bus was there in minutes to take us to the terminal, our return was pretty simple! Just the bus didn’t follow the numbered bus stops and we almost missed our parking area stop! Other than this it was fairly easy and stress free.”

“Birmingham Airport Car Parks 2/3 a bit pricey but booking, parking, collection was efficient. I went for late arrival insurance and very nearly needed it.”

“Long Stay parking at Liverpool was very easy to book and the barriers opened on arrival and departure without a problem. The only complaint, not with Holiday Extras is the zone signage in the parking area. It needs to be illuminated or larger signs. Maybe you could have a go at the airport ? Having arrived home in the dark having left with 26 degrees, wandering around a car park in the wind and rain and 7 degrees is not what I needed !”

“Used the Mid-Stay car park at Stansted airport, the whole experience was excellent, from the gates opening just from the reg number of my car, the pick up by coach and then the whole experience on the way back. Would highly recommend”

“Well organised from start to finish. When we arrived at the bus stop at the airport to return, there was no room on the bus, so had to wait 15 minutes, and there were a lot of people waiting behind us. Obviously lots of flights had arrived at the same time.”

“Pick up from the airport went smoothly. Would have liked to have been notified a little earlier about the pickup time from the hotel back to the airport as i had to get the hotel reception to ring and find out to put my mind at ease”

“When I booked with Holiday Extras I wanted an on-airport car park. I was told that this was the case, I even asked "is that the one in the same block as the Premier Inn North?" I was told yes it was. On arrival at Premier Inn we were told that the car park was off airport and closer to East Grinstead!! I feel totally ripped off and was sold a service that was not what was promised! Never again! If I had booked the Cophall Parking and the Premier Inn separately I would have saved over £100!!!!”
