“Ibis hotel was so convenient for terminal 2. The room was quite small but adequate for our needs as we had a very early flight so just needed to get a few hours sleep.”

“Easy to park at the Short Run car park for Birmingham airport. Spaces are either on tarmac or gravelled area and looked like a there is a generous capacity. Shuttle bus to the terminal takes less than 10 minutes. Sat nav got confused but eventually found the place after it has re-routed. Not cheap to park though.”

“Staying at the Thistle hotel was fine but parking was a bit more difficult as spaces were not easy to find and we ended up driving round the other car park areas before finding a space. The POD system worked well and it was easy to get to T5 and getting back to the hotel from T5 also worked well.”

“Everything good plenty busses to take you to terminal the returning bus was full so the driver got another one to be diverted from his original route to come to our route to save any wait,”

“Travel insurance is one of vital necessities of going on holiday even though I have never had to make a claim I would be too worried to go on holiday without it. Like many other things in life you have to have it just in case, it doesn’t matter how much it costs if you need it it would probably cost a lot more if you need to claim and you don’t have it”

“Not clear directions to find the car park. Very expensive service During the check in all was fine but at the check out the lady who handled me the keys treated me like her employee and certainly not as a client”
