“Excellent service so easy. Drop your car and keys and go. Keep your receipt. Return with receipt, scan code and get your keys. So good and value for money. 2nd time used will always use drop and go.”

“Great hotel and room. Very convenient for Manchester Terminal 3. Problem comes with parking. Car park was completely full when we arrived. Literally had to abandon the car on the edge of the car park. On return, car was still parked 5 miles away, off site. Had to call them to ask them to move it to the hotel. Hoping it was a one off as hotel and staff are all really good and helpful.”

“We didn't have trouble dropping off and setting off to our flight. Returning from our travel the flight was delayed (not our choice) when we picked up car, we were told 'you have seven (7) minutes to get out or you'll have to pay the fees for the delay! Well we didn't get time to check if there was any damage while we were away. We hurriedly put our luggage in and left as quickly as we could taking care of all the rest of the travellers also leaving the parking lot. So stressful 😫 Not pleasant at all.”

“Trying to find a parking space when we arrived was a nightmare, there are huge potholes everywhere and we waited 30 minutes for the bus to pick us up. When we arrived yesterday, we waited 45 minutes for the bus to pick us up. Would never use again”

“Used Stansted Airport Meet & Greet. It was very useful and quick. You just drop off your car and that was it! Holiday Extras were very good at giving me information for what to do to ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up. They also gave me useful information for my airport transfer at my destination.”

“I arrived at 10pm for my check in, which should have been available from 3pm. My room wasn't ready - it hadn't been cleaned. I'd left home at 3pm & just needed my accommodation prior to a flight. Eventually at 11:30pm I was told that my room was ready. This location is right under flight paths, so very little sleep too. I usually book a different location, but their prices were 50% more than usual. Whilst I wouldn't pay that increase in price in the future either, I will not be booking this location again.”
