I always have excellent service, but, and it is a minor but, I drive a VW Amarok because I have two labradors, why oh why do I have to walk to the furthest row in the collection area when I get my vehicle back, it is always parked with all the vans. I usually travel with my autistic son or alone so it would be really nice to not be so far away from the collection centre (I was parked in CA13) my vehicle is long but still fits in a ‘normal’ space.

Great hotel (Marriott Heathrow) which provided secure parking for the duration of our 10 day trip.

Very hard job getting in the mid stay car park and an even hard job getting out of the car park as they struggle to find how booking . We have used holiday extra loads of times never had delays

All went fine with the stay at the car parking. Checking in for the stay and at the end. It was very easy for the collection of my car keys. Thankyou

When I arrived at the parking just after the time I had booked, the barrier did not open. When I spoke to the guy he asked for my registration, checked, then said there was no booking for that registration number. I gave him my booking number and he said 'I'll open the gate then' and mumbled something about when I come back. I asked him to repeat it but he'd gone. I was bothered thinking about my return as I would be arriving about 10pm,. As it happened my suitcase did not arrive on the carousel and it took nearly an hour to find it. Staff at the airport were next to useless! When I got to the gate, quite late by now, it did not open again. The guy asked for my registration again. I gave it to him and explained what had happened on entry. He disappeared and after a short while the barrier lifted without a word and while I was still out of the car waiting for a response. Apart from that everything was ok, lost my £1 in the trolley - they are abominable. Can't get one out of the line without help from a burly bloke and can't get one close enough in the line to get the coin out. I'm a lone 81 year old female; thank goodness I'm quite fit in body and mind, but it's not a very pleasant experience to have to negotiate late at night. I was told it would only have been a couple of pounds extra to be taken and picked up by a local taxi. Maybe I'd better take that option in future.But I'm very independent:) Previously, when I once accidentally left a back window open, it was taped up very securely by the guard presumably. Wonderful service. there was no-one there to thank sadly. I didn't need to confess to my husband, who was alive at the time and had been dropped off close to the terminal having been disabled. 30th April EMA mid stay 3 Approx 3pm When we tried to exit the car park the barrier did not lift. We then had a stressful 15 minutes trying to get out. 3 other cars had the same problem. I admit that it could have been an EMA barrier problem rather than it was your fault. Ed Leicester

Countryside location the other side of Gatwick is compact but well organised. If you are an EV car sounds obvious but bring the hard key because if you rock up with it on your phone they can’t park your car and you will have to find alternative parking last minute, stresssssfulll and no refund. Don’t say you have not been warned.

I used the app but it parked me in triangle for ocean, and our ship was in mayflower ! We had to pay again in mayflower with a different company. I have requested a refund but initially was told it was my own fault. They have now accepted it as a complaint and I am awaiting the outcome.

Park the car in the greet bay drop the key off at reception walk through underpass into airport (Stansted)as simple as that

Lovely hotel easy to get to and park the staff, food, service all excellent. Room and amenities really nice and very clean. I couldn,t fault it if i tried. Also reception staff booked us a taxi to terminal3 for 4 am and he was waiting for us when we toddled down at 3.15. If i fly from LHR terminal 3 again i will definately use the Renaissance again.
