“Just had to wait a while to catch the shuttle bus coming back, and with it being cold, wasn't a nice wait, plus it depended on what colour your ticket was too, that was very confusing, but when getting back to the car all was well, on arrive was great to”

“I recently used this airport parking service and, overall, the experience was smooth and convenient. The process was straightforward, and everything ran efficiently, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to discover that a small amount of loose change (£3) was missing from my car upon collection. I had intentionally left the coins visible, and while the amount itself is insignificant, it’s the principle that matters. It’s unfortunate that such a minor but unprofessional action could occur, as it detracts from an otherwise positive experience. This kind of behaviour leaves a sour taste and raises concerns about trust and accountability. Based on this incident, I would now think twice about using Holiday Extras again in the future.”
