“Requested and booked an adapted vehicle for a wheelchair but a non adapted vehicle arrived. We had to man handle the individual in to the minibus which was dangerous and very degrading for the individual. We paid a lot for the specialised service we didn’t receive. I have made a complaint but nothing has been resolved.”

“Parked in Blue Short Stay parking. I have parked there before so I new my way about. The pedestrian route to the terminal is not Great for the first timer. It needs to be much clearer, especially in the dark. I would park there again as I know my way about.”

“I booked Cobhall parking. It isn’t too bad but it’s very poor value for money- shuttle bus- had to wait for nearly 30mins outside, so when you are travelling to warm weather country, you don’t really wear too many layers. Bus driver- not helpful at all.older people had to put their luggage on shelves themselves which you never expect from other parkings. Overall- it wasn’t worth money as you can get eg. Purple Parking for few quid more.”

“Called when I landed, told car was waiting. Got to stand told car not there. Had ti sit by myself in corridor, line female traveller while they tried to find it. 45 mins later told car was there, thry hadn't been able to find the key!”

“My car was undrivable and damaged when I returned to meet and greet T2 from holiday! Very unhelpful car parking staff who tried to say it was my fault…..never use these people!!”

“Booked fast track, system does not add your details correct, wasted hours of my time trying to resolve it, customer services could have rectified it via email, they asked for screenshots etc, then days of messing about later told me I had to do it via the online chat…. This is the very last time I will use the service for anything, my experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.”

“Everything seems to work out exactly as it should. There are a few simple things you need to do to remember where your car is parked but once done the Long Stay parking works a treat. The buses are reliable collecting you for the airport and bringing you back after your trip. It’s a great set up.”

“Confusion on entering car park as barrier at Liverpool multistory opened, but information from Holiday Extras stated that we had to take a ticket which would be needed to exit. the barrier closed and then opened again. On contacting the c/p operator, they new we had booked with Holiday Extras as this had happened before. Information needs changing. No ticket is needed, just drive in.”

“From start to finish holiday extras made each step from the booking to the actual experience very smooth. There was no fuss or bother every step of the booking was easy. The car was waiting for us at the finish. We did not have to hang around or wait at any point.”
